We purchased our home in XX/XX/XXXX. We have a conventional loan through InterLinc Mortgage. Shortly after the purchase of our home ( approximately 2-3 months ) I filed our homestead exemption with our local county. Our mortgage from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX was {$1400.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX we received notice that our mortgage was going to increase to {$1800.00} which was due to a substantial increase in our property taxes. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted InterLinc Mortgage about the issue. They advised me to send in proof of my homestead exemption as it appears that the increase in the monthly mortgage payment was due to their estimated increase in my property taxes. On XX/XX/XXXX i emailed them proof of my homestead exemption. InterLinc advised me they received the document and would send it to the research department to adjust my mortgage to reflect the correct amount as my homestead exemption was filed timely. I continued to call InterLinc Mortgage approximately 15 times speaking with various customer service representatives between XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Each assured me that they were working on my account and they had all the information they needed to correct my mortgage amount. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with another representative that advised me that they did not have all the information that they needed and that they needed my tax bill for XXXX to correct my mortgage. Obviously this was frustrating since I spoke with several customer service reps and nobody advised me until almost 2 months later that they needed additional information. By this time we have already paid the incorrect increased mortgage of {$1800.00} for 2 months. On XX/XX/XXXX I left work, went down to the court house and obtained my XXXX property tax statement showing my estimated property taxes would be {$2000.00}. InterLinc Mortgage claimed the property taxes I would owe in XXXX was {$3800.00}. I contacted InterLinc Mortgage again last week. She advised that they have the documents and that the analysis department was reviewing them. She then advised me that after the analysis department reviews the document, calculates what my mortgage should be, it would take 2 MONTHS for them to adjust my mortgage and charge me the correct amount. InterLinc Mortgage has had all the necessary documentation to adjust my mortgage to the correct amount and they are either incapable or unwilling to do so in a timely manner. I demand that InterLinc adjust my mortgage to the correct amount which is something closer to what I was originally paying and refund me for the increased mortgage I have been paying for the past few months.

Interlinc Mortgage ( Loan Originator : XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and XXXX -XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ). Was interested in a home with XXXX because they were providing some incentives, last minute they insisted that the incentives were based on my use of a preferred lender. I paid Earnest money- {$3000.00} ( XX/XX/XXXX ), applied for pre-approval with XXXX Interlinc ( XX/XX/XXXX ), Got a pre-approval with so many fees and unrealistic ( for me ) built into it and more importantly did not include the discounts/incentive that I was expecting : they tried to explain this away and I was going with it " unhappily '' but found that I couldn't get another regular 401k Loan as planned ( I had 2 ). I explained this and XXXX comes back with a program that Interlinc is about to roll out on the XXXX of XXXX that will cover the downpayment and be forgivable only after 10 years. I declined for 3 reasons 1. ) 10 yrs is a lot of time for us to not be able to move/sell/refi if needed and 2. ) This program is yet to start, but she and XXXX of XXXX XXXX are insisting that I sign Disclosures based on the " coming soon '' despite that we can not lock down any rates/pricing until the XXXX ( cos she will be trained ) 3. ) We are due to notify the current landlord of our intent to vacate or renew, the XXXX of XXXX puts us outside of the time needed to notify, and also for us to make decisions that will impact our life, kids, and work. I was depending on the incentives and discounts to cover most of the closing and other costs-however the incentives turned out to be charged and not the dollar amounts as well as an increase in the loan amount. As of today, I only have a pre-approval and can't wait until the XXXX to know what it's going to be. I requested they refund my Earnest money and They are insisting that I request a hardship loan against my wish on my 401k, my future! There is no underwritten approval because I did not sign the Disclosures since it was based on an upcoming program that she does not have any definite information about except for dates. XXXX XXXX XXXX is also threatening to put the house back on the market for which I paid Earnest Money.

Interlinc has violated the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. We submitted on XX/XX/XXXX our property tax exemption letter issued from the XXXX Central Appraisal District. They continued to withhold funds in our escrow account that far exceeded their own company policy that states " If your escrow account is more than {$50.00}, it will be refunded. We have asked for more than four months for them to refund the escrow and adjust the account collection properly. I worked at the XXXX and their incompetence is not allowing us to file our taxes in a timely manner. Interlinc Mortgage has exceeded the 60 Business days to correct my written inquires to them. They will state XX/XX/XXXX Total Amount Paid from Escrow : {$5300.00}. I inquire about the check and their email response today is " Regarding your escrow refund check, the check has not been mailed as of the date of this message. '' I am not ok with this answer. My initial written inquire was for them to correct it back on XX/XX/XXXX. They are violating the law, they are not entitled to tell me. " Please allow 5-10 business days for USPS delivery after the check has been mailed. '' It's past the 60 working/ Business days for them to fix the issue. We won't allow our money to sit on a desk in their office for them to mail when they get around to it. I worked at the XXXX and understand my Civil Rights very clear and my wife is a XXXX XXXX. Interlinc needs to do their job and follow the Federal Laws or I will take them to court. They kept withholding property tax when were exempt for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. These are continuous illegal acts and its been brought to their attention multiple times on the phone to their call center and more importantly in writing. If it's not in writing then it didn't happen.

I was referred to XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KS ( XXXX XXXX ) by a friend who was a current employee. When I first began the loan process, I was told that I should qualify for a Conventional Loan. After going through several weeks of continual submitting documents I was then told that they will need to transfer my loan to FHA. I submitted several other documents and were told that we should be good to go however just a few days before closing date I was informed that the Underwriter would not clear me for the loan. At that time, XXXX XXXX had another suggestions that was to send my loan to a private investor, XXXX XXXX 's father. I did not know what was going on but I meet with the private investor and learned that there would be an outrageous cost to fund my loan. I then spoke with my realtor and she suggested that I might want to reconsider because she had learned of some disturbing news about the situation. I was later informed that there was some illegal action going on by XXXX XXXX ( skating ). I nicely declined the services of the private investor. I then contacted another lender and was approved and closed on a Conventional Loan that the lender told me that I should have been approved for several months earlier. I was very vulnerable at the time that I was trying to go through XXXX XXXX because my wife had recently passed away in our home and I could no longer live there. I feel XXXX XXXX took advantage of my situation in an attempt for a larger financial gain with her father. Please investigate this matter because my friend who was employed with XXXX XXXX informed me that my application was not the only one that dealt with this corrupt situation. Thank you. XXXX XXXX XXXX

It has been very difficult working with Interlinc Mortgage LLC as a whole. Starting from XX/XX/2020 to date.. Unfortunately, in my case Professionalism was lacking and Communication was not there ; nothing was explained to me during the loan process. I was asked to share personal and proprietary information via text message to the branch manager as well as 2 employees ... Later, I was asked to re-submit the same documents more than 3 times. The branch manager ran my credit scores twice in the same week, and again in less than 30 days. My mortgage rate was locked without informing me. The branch manager constantly talked down to me, and was not helpful at all. He reached out to me and informed me that he would take my file home with him and call me that night. I had to reach back to the branch manager to follow up. Constant promises and no results. I was scheduled to close 3 times and for various reasons that I will call mistakes, my loan has not closed.

My wife and I were approved for a home loan by InterLinc Mortgage Services in XXXX XXXX, TX. My wife and I were scheduled to close this Wednesday, XXXX XXXX. On today, XXXX XXXX at XXXX InterLinc sent me an email and stated that we were full approved and to proceed with the final walk-through of the property and to provide a time to meet at the Title Company. At XXXX today, XXXX XXXX, InterLinc called and stated that I was no longer approved. They stated that the reason for the last minute denial was because of the current home that we are renting is under forclosure and that rent payments have not been made. I sent them an email from the property management company which shows their approval to stop paying rent due to the forclosure, however, InterLinc still revoked their approval. This has caused us to lose our dream home. Please help us.

On XXXX XXXX , 2017 , I was in the process of applying for a mortgage loan and XXXX XXXX XXXX processing department sent over the VOA ( Verif ication of Employment ) which including my full name, social security number and address. The information was not sent to m y Human Resource conta ct but was sent via email to a general email box that is only meant for " Inquires '' not for confidential. This email is monitored by over 50 pe ople in my company. So as of XXXX XXXX , 2017 my personal information has been released. I was informed by this breach of confidential information by th e Vice President o f my company, which could have resulted in disciplinary actions. I have spoken with the president XXXX XXXX of the company and he has only offered a 3 year credit monitoring plan.

My name is XXXX XXXX and I have been working on purchasing a home with Interlink Mortgage. I agreed to have my credit pulled XX/XX/XXXX and one more time XX/XX/XXXX. I was highly upset when I say they have been pulling my credit monthly since the process. I was never told or asked about obtaining a new credit report every month and now due to the number of inquires it's having a huge impact on my scores. I am XXXX and they had no right or authorization to request my credit every single month without permission.

I have had problems with Interinc mortgage since day one. But this problem has been reoccurring since closing. They have failed to pay my escrow, raised my mortgage amount, double billed my account and it keeps happening. I have unauthorized charges and feel targeted by this company personally.
