I opened an account with the " XXXX XXXX '' mobile app about 2 months ago ( XXXX ). The app was working fine then. I deposited {$10.00} to my XXXX XXXX account. Then I didn't use the app for a while. In XXXX, I started getting an email that I would have to migrate my account to their new platform called " XXXX XXXX Co '' because their existing " XXXX XXXX '' platform will be discontinued. So I tried to log into my XXXX XXXX app. For some reason, the app keeps crashing a split second after the app logs me in. I tried everything from re-installing the app, clearing data, clearing cache. None of these worked. When I tried to sign up from their new app called " XXXX XXXX Co '' ( following their " account migration '' instructions, I keep getting a message saying " You can not open a full account at this time, sorry ''. I tried to contact the support multiple times, but I never get a response. Basically, they have my money in XXXX. I feel they stole my {$10.00} from me, since they keep ignoring me and I have no way of accessing it while they're saying the existing platform I signed up for will be defunct soon, gone, along with my money. I made a transfer on Thursday XX/XX/2022 and until today it has not arrived at the destination, the money left the account but did not arrive at the destination bank, I tried to contact the company through the channels at first without any response chat did not work I kept showing a person in the queue for hours and didn't answer whatsapp either, no email either, after XXXX days that only on the second I managed to contact the company, telling me that I had to wait another XXXX hours and that the bank would receiving should send me a statement proving that he did not receive it, this is unfeasible XXXX that should prove that I send it, they did not give me any proof even though they sent the money to the bank, the amount only left my XXXX account but did not arrive at the destination bank, a bureaucracy to generate a transfer receipt, I'm having a bad experience like this company, I registered because I have an account at XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ), I thought I would have a quality service but it's being a headache solve something simple.

The company Inter & Co Payments, INC dba XXXX XXXX or XXXX is not honoring a request to transfer funds from an account in XXXX to XXXX. I am within the limit established by the bank but they are asking for additional documents, which I can not send at the moment due to traveling reasons. This has caused problems to my family in the United States since they were expecting the transfer. My limit in the app always said XXXX {$100.00}, and after requesting a transfer under that amount they decided to tell me that my limit was USD {$15000.00}. And after 2 minutes arguing with the supervisor my limit was decreased to USD {$12000.00}. Can they do this? They have previously asked for additional documents which was provided right away, but this time I can not send the new documentation request.
