I contacted XXXX XXXX from Intelty , Inc in XX/XX/2020 as I was trying to get prequalified to buy a new home. A prequalified letter was provided to me in XXXX and I opened escrow on a home in XXXX. I advised XXXX to submit my loan application immediately to avoid any delay. Throughout this process, he was not very responsive on most messages left for him. I contacted his company and even their receptionist would screen my call and not let me talk to anyone in the office to answer questions on my loan status. XXXX kept saying I would get an answer today on multiple occasions, but it turned out to be a complete lie. You can not leave a message for him or with another employee in his company. We are in the month of XXXX, and still no answer as been provided. I contacted the underwriter and wouldn't provide me with any information as it had to be filtered through this mortgage broker. I lost money in doing an appraisal and I was not able to close on my new home due to his no response. No adverse action letter was provided explaining the final decision on my loan application. This was a very embarrassing experience not only with my realtor, but with the seller.
