This has been happening since last year and the calls were not as frequent last year as they have been at the beginning of this year. They 've been calling my phone hounding me everyday about a medical hospital bill that I owe and no matter how much I tell them to stop calling and I will pay on it when I have the money, they still keep calling. Sometimes more than once in a run of a day. It 's persistent and annoying. It 's gone beyond the point of phone harassment because I tell them to stop and they still keep doing it. I just paid them XXXX XXXX dollars on this medical bill they keep talking about and normally when you make a payment, the calls slow down, even if it 's just XXXX payment. But no. I make XXXX payment, they 're still calling my phone bothering me to make another payment when I already told them that I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY. I do n't get paid much at my job and I said I 'll do what I could after my bills are paid. My more important bills are a XXXX of a lot more important than XXXX hospital bill. I 'm not about to go homeless just so they can stop calling me. I want them to stop. I made a payment online that was on the paper bill I received and they said they got it. If they got it, they need to stop calling me. Or I 'll have them sued for phone harassment. I understand they 're bill collectors and all but I 'm not made of money. If I do n't have it, then I do n't have it and I 'm not going to make promises on days saying I 'll pay it then because I know I wo n't be able to if something comes up. They want their money and they will get it but I do n't need them harassing my phone. So long as they got XXXX payment they should be happy and not annoying as XXXX. I want something to be done about this and if nothing is, I 'll just have the XXXX phone turned off and any new phone number I get, they will not be getting. I do n't need the sound of constant ringing in my ear from people who just want money. I do have a life and other things take top priority of it. It will get paid when I have the money. Simple as that.

My husband and I relocated to XXXX from XXXX in 2013. We lived in an apartment while we were house hunting. Our apartment lease was up in XXXX 2013 and we signed a home lease to begin XXXX 2013. We moved out of our apartment XX/XX/XXXX and returned our XXXX XXXX 'box ' to the local center. We both walked in and handed it to the XXXX XXXX employee. We asked if there was anything else we needed to do to cancel services, and he said, " Nope, you are good. '' We forwarded our address to our new home, and almost two years later, my husband received a call from a debt collector stating that we owed {$100.00} because the box was never returned ( we canceled our service and switched to XXXX when we moved ) -- and accused us of " stealing '' the box. He argued with the debt collector and insisted we had done this, but since the debt was so low, he agreed to pay the {$100.00} immediately because we are looking to buy a home and have been aggressively protecting our credit. We are now going through the loan process to buy a home, and our banker said that the XXXX XXXX credit hit knocked our score down XXXX points and we will not qualify for our home loan. Our banker has encouraged us to go back to XXXX XXXX and argue this " debt '' ( which we paid the first time we received a phone call ). After talking to XXXX customer service agents yesterday, they have " no record '' of our account and can not help us. It seems absurd to me that a company can literally ruin a family 's credit without any proof of our wrongdoing. Again, the " debt '' was {$100.00} and we would have paid six times that amount to keep our credit history in tact. Now, we are faced with not being able to buy a home for our family of XXXX. Please advise. This should be illegal!

The company filed a report against my credit without contacting me. When I contacted the company to see why they had filed a report against my credit without contacting me they stated I had given false information about myself. As I had never given any information on the debt as it was not mine ( it was a mistake from XXXX ). When I asked them to give me the information that led them to file the report against my credit they refused. They stated I had provided fraudulent material to XXXX and it was my responsibility to give a phone number and address I never gave any of that information to anyone as it was not my debt. They stated that I must contact XXXX. Only through them could I contest the charge. The company never contacted me and filed a resolution against my credit score and never provided any information to me on why they did this. They refused to help me at all when I explained their numerous mistakes in contact information ( that I had never provided as the initial company made the mistake ). XXXX worked to resolve this quickly. The debt collection agency said it was all my responsibility for THEIR mistake. They have kept the mark on my credit report even though I never had an opportunity to respond as they had wrong information and never contacted me to allow me to dispute their claim.

A loan that I have for XXXX XXXX was transferred to Pinnacle Financial Group. I made a couple of payments via the web site provided. However, I never got a payment statement, a late payment notice or was shown a past due amount on the web site. So, I did not pay the note for a couple of months because I had know way of knowing if the web site was official, active or where my money was going. Needless to say, the principal amount was not being reduced by my payments. When someone finally made contact with me about my loan, I asked for a schedule to show how my payments were being applied because the principal remained the same. I found that even though this is a simple interest loan, my payments were being applied only to the interest with no principal reduction. This practice has continued as late as XX/XX/XXXX. It also happened on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I will never pay this car off at this rate and they have continued this unfair practice of not applying my payments to the principal and interest correctly or to schedule.

XXXX XXXX XXXX owned this debt with account number : XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to verify this account that was not being reported accurately on my credit report. XXXX sent me a letter on XXXX/XXXX/2014, after reviewing their account on file they were deleting it from my credit report. The account was deleted from all three credit reports. Two months later the same account was sold to " XXXX XXXX '', I contacted them several times to dispute this account that had been closed. XXXX did not respond to my debt verification disputes for the past few months. XXXX resold the same account two weeks ago to another collection agency called " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, formerly Integrity Solution Services ''. This account was closed from the original collection agency due to inaccurate reporting, and now has been affecting my ability to establish credit. XXXX has been ignoring my mail correspondence regarding the validation of this debt, and sold it again.

Company continuously calls my cell number and place of employment saying that they have legal documents to serve me. My private student loans have a balance of {$130.00}, XXXX. I attended school at a for profit college, XXXX ( XXXX ) in XXXX, GA. I was not aware of the paperwork I was signing as a young adult and I was lead to believe I was signing federal student loans and my loans would n't exceed a certain amount. I did not graduate with a degree in medicine or law so the amount is ridiculous for someone in my field. The lending practices of XXXX in conjunction with the private loan company are wrong and misleading to students.

INTEGRITY SOLUTIONS SERVICES is a third party debt collector. They are reporting info on my credit report that I owe them {$1100.00}. I have not ever dealt or even heard of this company. I do not have a contract with INTEGRITY SOLUTIONS SERVICES. I also looked on the Secretary Of State website to verify that they are bonded with the SOS and was not able to locate them.

Many agencies continue this process of adding, I continue to dispute them, they get removed, then reappear under a different name ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ).
