In XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted regarding help with forgiveness on federal student loans. A gentleman named XXXX working for Integrity Group, Inc.spoke with me regarding the process. He explained I would save thousands of dollars on federal student loans if I would let them help me. I explained that my loans were in forebearance and he said that did not matter. This process would kick in once forebearance ran out which was not until XX/XX/XXXX. I agreed. Paperwork was completed and it appears XXXX XXXX XXXX paid Integrity Group {$1300.00} on my behalf. I was to pay XXXX {$39.00} a month till paid in full. He explained that someone would be in touch with me to move forward. I next spoke with XXXX XXXX from Integrity Group who said he would be administering the process for my student loan forgiveness. As forebearance time came near, I logged into my XXXX account and saw no activity adjusting the promised monthly amount. I called XXXX at Integrity and he assured me something must just be hanging up somewhere and he would fix it and get back to me. I waited a week or so and heard nothing from him. I logged into my account again and there was no change. I then called XXXX and spoke to an associate. She checked andsaid there had been no one in my account or asking regarding my account. I explained to her what I just explained above and she said I should not pay any more dollars as it appears someone was taking advantage of a situation that I could, indeed, do myself. She helped me through the process of loan forgiveness with the adjusted amount. I have not heard from Integrity at all. Of course, I get notices that my {$39.00} is due. I have not paid XXXX amount.

I contacted XXXX out of XXXX because I heard that they helped with loan forgiveness. I was told that they could help me with the entire process but I would have to pay {$290.00} which was charged to my credit card. XXXX # XXXX Transaction id # XXXX this was on the paperwork they emailed to me. I spoke with XXXX people during this time with Integrity ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 234 Boynton Beach, FL. XXXX XXXX Option ( XXXX ) This entire process started on XXXX/XXXX/15. After much going back and forth and telling me the paperwork was complete, I received my new financial payment plan which was about 6 times more than what I was told. I called and again they said they would fix it but it would take about XXXX to XXXX days. I received a letter in the mail from my university stating I was in default with my loans. When I tried contacting Integrity the number has been disconnected. I talked to my student loan provider and they told me to file a complaint because I paid for services that should have been free to begin with and my loans were not handled completely.

I was contacted by Integrity group with the help from you so that I could receive a refund on fees charged to me by them. The fee was {$290.00}. However they put down all of my information wrong including address so I did not sign since it said a check would be mailed to that address. I notified Integrity that the information was wrong and provided the correct info. I have still not received a response from them or the check. This has been over 2 months now.
