I had financed my house in XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX and my house payments were XXXX per month. This was a VA loan, which requires that all taxes be included in the loan. At the end of XX/XX/XXXXI got a large Tax Bill from the MUD and the Independent School District totally around {$6000.00}. At that time I refinanced to pay the taxes and stipulated that the taxes needed to be in the payment. I got a quote with a lower interest rate and the payment was raised to {$1900.00}. I didn't pay much attention until the end of XX/XX/XXXX I got another tax bill for {$2800.00} and {$3300.00} = XXXX I was shocked to see it but I was really surprised that they didn't pay the XX/XX/XXXX tax for the MUD however XXXX XXXX who bought the loan from XXXX XXXX charged me for it. In essence I had paid the tax twice by refinancing. The hit is XXXX which should have been paid at closing ... in fact you can not close until all taxes are paid. And then I was charged that much by XXXX XXXX {$5500.00} Has evaporated and talking to first integrity they say the bill hadn't come in before closing, but I had the bill in hand and it was the sole reason I refinanced. Their good faith estimate was for XXXX a month and at the end of XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX had moved a fixed mortage payment to XXXX with the tax payment for XX/XX/XXXX added in. I would have never bought the house if I knew the MUD and ISD were so high. I definitely wouldn't have refinanced to pay it. The companies involved are : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX XXXX XXXX Closing Date XX/XX/XXXX They closed without paying the tax from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They then sold the loan to XXXX XXXX The Title Insurance Company may be XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX I have talked to XXXX XXXX many times, the last few times they stopped returning my phone calls. XXXX, which is their agent or title insurance told me they paid the ISD but they didn't have the MUD bill and assumed it had been paid. XXXX XXXX said they cant help me. For me this loan was turned over twice without paying the taxes. The VA says that taxes must be included in the payment. The taxes must be paid to close a loan. So I have been defrauded in two different ways and had to sell the house.

In XXXX of XXXX I made an application with Integrity First Financial Group for a non-credit qualifying FHA Streamline Refinance of my primary residence. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I received an email that was sent unsecured and unencrypted from the lender with all of associated loan documents that included non public personal information such as my Social Security number and birthdate in a pdf format attachment. Upon receipt of the unsecured email I contacted the loan originator that took my application and advised of the breach of security and the potential compromise of my personal data as a result of the unsecured email that was sent. On XXXX XXXX I received yet another unsecured from the lender that also contained my personal non-public information. I placed a second complaint to the lender of the potential compromise of my personal information. I eventually withdrew my application as result of excessive fees the lender was charging. Skip ahead to XXXX XXXX, XXXX : As a customary practice for at least the last 16 years I prepared my income tax returns utilizing XXXX software. I filed my taxes electronically on XXXX XXXX of XXXX. Upon filing my XXXX XXXX 's I discovered that the electronic tax returns were rejected by the IRS for the following reason : XXXX Taxpayer TIN in the Return Header must not be the same as s TIN of a previously accepted electronic return for the return type and tax period indicated in the tax return. I contacted the IRS to get details on why my tax returns were being rejected, this is when I found out that my tax returns were fraudulently filed by a third party. In meeting with the IRS it was determined that the possible source of the data breach was a direct result of my non public personal information sent via an unsecured and unencrypted email

I applied for a refinance through a real estate agent, sent in all the required paperwork, esigned all the required paperwork, and paid for an appraisal. Once my file was in underwriting, the underwriter told the realtor my 2015 tax return was incomplete because XXXX was not filled out, and the return needed to be amended. I did not fill out this part of XXXX since I filed form XXXX. I was told once the underwriter received the amended return the loan would be approved. I told the realtor I did not agree with this ruling because I felt my return was filled out correctly and no amendment was needed. I said this for the reason that when you file form XXXX, you do not fill out XXXX ; you do not do both, it is one or the other. The realtor told me it would be great if I could get that in writing where she could submit the letter to the underwriter. So, I contacted XXXX attorneys ( XXXX being a tax attorney, XXXX being a real estate attorney ) who confirmed that when you file form XXXX, XXXX should not be filled out. The underwriter was wrong, and the attorney did write a letter to this effect that I submitted to the realtor, who submitted it to the underwriter, and some more people involved she told me. In the meanwhile, the realtor informed me that when a decision is not made in 30 days, what she could do is withdraw the loan until I either amend the return or produce the letter. The loan was neither approved or denied at this point. To my surprise, I received papers in the mail indicating I had withdrawn the loan, and in terminology as if the loan had been denied. To date I have not heard one way or the other what the outcome was after reading the letter from the attorney. I am most upset over paying for an appraisal.

XXXX XXXX has had complaints filed against him in states across the country. He is on every rip off website that exists. He employs a bait and switch method to draw in business. The CFPB has received complaints in relation to his business practices and has done nothing about it. He was being investigated by the State of Georgia as well. He currently has unlicensed LO 's putting XXXX dollars of business in his name, they do the work and get the loan closed in XXXX 's name, and then XXXX 's company pays the unlicensed employees. The name of this company is ironically Integrity First Financial. If we really want to safeguard customers, then action needs to be taken quickly and swiftly against XXXX XXXX and Integrity First Financial.

In XXXX of 2017 I applied for a mortgage from Integrity First Financial Group. I was told that I would easily be approved for a mortgage and after submitting the required documents, my mortgage was approved for {$800000.00} with a 15 % down payment. Then company charged me {$400.00} for a professional appraisal. The appraisal came in as expected but the approval was withdrawn when I refused to accept loan conditions different then what was specified in the approval letter. I was not refunded the {$400.00} that they charged me for the appraisal as I requested.
