The loan company loan was in two names the name of the person making the complaint and another. The loan was paid by one person the money instrument was written to the loan company in that one name. When the company wrote a loan cheque they wrote it in both names. The cheque can now not be cashed as the second person refuses to attend to cash the cheque. When the loan company was requested to please write the cheque out in the name of the person who paid it. They refused. I am simply asking that facts be recorded accurately as it is causing a problem with the property title.
