I recently applied for a mortgage loan on or about XX/XX/22 with Integrity Credit Corporation ( MLS ID XXXX XXXX XXXX ). During the origination process I detailed my employment and financial history prior to allowing for the brokerage to pull my credit report. I was assured that I could be placed in a loan product as I was already in contract to purchase my home. I was told to pay off over $ XXXX in personal debt in order to raise my credit scores and be eligible for their XXXX XXXX XXXX. At the XXXXXXXX XXXX recommendation I in fact paid off ALL of the recommended accounts as suggested. After 2 weeks of back and forth communication The XXXXXXXX XXXX processing staff communicated that I could not qualify with the income that was provided. The XXXX did not respond to calls, texts or emails when I expressed my disatisfaction with the discrepancies. I have sufficient income, assets, and now increased credit scores. Since the beginning I was pushed towards a higher priced loan option that clearly benefitted the mortgage company and not me as the consumer. In addition, the products that were presented almost 3 weeks after the loan application were 10 % below the promised loan amount financing of 80 %. During the entire process, I never received 1 LE or federal disclosure as required by Reg X, and Reg z. In the end, the XXXX XXXX tool was never used after all proof of paid accounts were provided to the Broker. This was a case of the old bait and switch tactic.

I did buy a home and get the loan, but the brokers do for me the process, they treat me very bad, I live in XXXX XXXX XXXX, and buy the second home in XXXX XXXX, a second home and investment, the process is supposed take around 3 weeks or 4 to closing the buy, the make me do two time extensions and the second one I should pay because they do many mistakes with the application, actually they make me go to XXXX first time to make the closing house and when I was there they told me all papers not ready yet and I just back to XXXX with not closing and for nothing, after two weeks they told me everything is ready this time and I went to XXXX for second time, And when I was there again told me some papers not yet that they do a mistake and again back to XXXX with not closing, we do closing from XXXX with a notary, but Im still very upset for everything they do for me, all I should pay and they didnt care anything from me, even I was trying be educated they didnt, make me had a lot stress for almost two months and make me waisted money and time. Hope you can help me to make this people dont do this again to anyone, they never treat me like a customer even they make money from me. Thanks
