Several years ago, I had taken out a loan with XXXX for approximately XXXX dollars. Against my better judgement, my wife and I had our back against the wall, and the only help came in the form of them. I paid the loan back in full, only after paying 75 % of the principle through their bi-monthly payments, and then paying the balance, thus having paid them more than twice what I had owed. However we needed payments to stop as we could not afford them. So we borrowed the money from a relative to settle that debt. Very shortly after, it became clear that my payroll would not cover what was needed to pay our relative back in time, and we ended up renewing a loan with them on the sheer XXXX that my payroll could expedite the repayment. The opposite happened and we could not even afford their payment schedule only less than a month after the loans renewal. XXXX continues to attempt to withdraw payments from my account, causing it to go negative to the point where we could not bring it up and the account was closed.. My wife and I decided to explore bankruptcy options as their XXXX was not even close to the most important of payments ( utilities ) that we owed on. I informed XXXX of this and they accepted a hold status while we waited to work out our plans for bankruptcy. After a lengthy period of trying to solve our issue, it was discovered that bankruptcy while in the military could possibly result in forfeiture of my security Clearence, and we can not afford to lose the income I receive from the XXXX. They contacted me and offered settlement, to which I attempted but could not afford in their timeline. It was eventually passed off to Integrated Services for collection. Again I was offered settlements that I could not afford in their requested time. Finally, last winter ( XXXX ), I gave in and entered into a payment plan that could finally resolve this issue. The settlement would have me pay {$250.00} per month for 6 months continuously - thus alleviating me of the XXXX additional in interest that they claimed I owed. I made XXXX payments to talking {$750.00}. On the 4th month we did not have enough to pay our electric bill so we were forced to have to delay our payment to integrated services. They said they would allow me the time. 5 weeks later I called in to make my payment and they asked for {$1500.00}. Dumbfounded I asked why and they said that because I could not pay consecutive that my repayment would have to start from the beginning. That is when I broke all contact with them as it became XXXX that I was being scammed. Since then, I receive calls and messages 2 or 3 times per week with messages that I am being charged with " bank fraud '' which I can only assume is because the account that they forced closed was not active at the end of their attempts I have been contacted numerous times, even after begging them to let the matter go to litigation. I have had relatives contacted. My employer has been contacted as a means to reach me, even after informing them that they can not and that it jeprodizes my career. For months it has been the same threats. I am in the New York XXXX XXXX XXXX and currently XXXX. I can not be home to defend myself against such accusations - which a false. I tried to do the right thing and was completely played. I need help with this, as I can not afford to lose my job, honorable status in the military, and reputation. Their number is XXXX

Integrated Services ( XXXX ) has called me many, many times on my personal cell phone ( which I understand XXXX but they continually call my place of business and leave messages threatening to sue my employer for fraud, my bank for fraud and use names of individual that I know in some of their communication. They threaten to serve me with legal documents but say they can only serve me at my place of business. On XXXX/XXXX/2015, they called my managers phone number, listened to her message which clearly states her name, title, etc. and left a personal message for " me '' on her phone. I met with a free legal aid attorney on XXXX/XXXX/15 and they informed me that this is against the law and that I should report them to the attorney general 's office. They further told me " not '' to speak with them and to let my debt management company handle but Integrated Services will not call them because they know they can not threaten them with actions that they can not take or that are too costly for their company to pay. They are collecting on behalf of a payday loan company and were told that my debt management company will only work with the originator of the loan. The originator was contacted but disregarded the debt management directions and gave my loan to this company to collect using unethical tactics. I have reported the original company and included the name of Integrated Services in another report to CFPB ( Ref : Case number : XXXX ) but I want these people notified also. The attorney stated that I have the right to tell them to not call my work or cell phone again because that is the law. But what about the fact that they call others who know me and tell them personal information that they should not be sharing? How do I get them to stop that? They have not contacted me in writing and according to the FTC they must do that, and I have no address for them, just the names they give, the phone number they call from and their threats which change each week as to who they are filing fraud against. Their last phone call on XXXX/XXXX/2015 stated that my debt management company wrote and said that they were to work out an arrangement with me. That is not true, it states that the originating company should contact them to discuss payment arrangements and then I would make payments to the originator directly. It does not say that they are to call me and discuss because I have been instructed " not '' to speak with them. I guess they think that I do n't understand the language in the legal notification that their client received. Please assist with this issue. It was not my intent to stop paying this loan but due to medical and family hardships, I was unable to continue to meet my obligations to all of my creditors which is why I employed the services of a financial company. If I lose my job because they continue to harass me or call my employers and leaving confidential information on their phones, they will get nothing. I guess these tactics may force others to pay who are truly able to, but I have nothing extra to give without removing the roof over my family 's head and stop feeding them or paying essential utilities to maintain. Re : Inte grated Recovery Services On XXXX / XXXX / XXXX I received a call & voicemail f rom a XXXX stating that I had a case in their office ( did n't specify what kind of case ) and said that in order to not be served by constable I needed to contact the office. When I returned the call a woman answered and said that my phone number was associated with an account in their office under XXXX XXXX which I confirmed that I was the person calling. Prior to letting me know that it was an attempt to collect a debt or even mentioning anything about what it was regarding, she asked me to verify my social security number. I then explained that I did not want to confirm my social security without knowing what this case was regarding. She then started yelling at me and stating that I had an attitude with her, which I did n't, and said that if I did n't confirm my information, she could not speak with me and would notify the company " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' that I had admitted to stealing the money so that I could be served with paper work, however, those words never came out of my mouth as I did not know what the case was even regarding, she then hung up and said that she did n't have time. I then called back thinking that another person would speak with someone else and again she answered and said that she did n't have time to speak with me, I mentioned that I had never said that statement and wanted to know why an employee from this supposed company was speaking to me in the way that she was and yelling at me. She responded that it was because I was not being an " adult '' and did n't want to confirm my confidential demographics and again said that she did not have time and hung on me for the second time. I called again an asked for her name which she said her name was " XXXX '' ( u nsure if it was legitimate ) and said that I could do whatever I wanted and again hung up. The only reason that I called was to find out more information on what it was regarding prior to confirming my social security and again, they never mentioned that they were calling from a debt collector. I did not appreciate how this woman spoke to me as she was super unprofessional and it is not a way to settle an agreement. Also, not to mention, I have yet to receive ANY correspondence from them regarding this matter. All I received was a phone call earlier today during work hours. If indeed I have an account in their office, I do not know why an employee would threaten to tell another company something that I never said. If harassment is their why of intimidating people, it 's not the key.

I 've been working with this " company '' since XXXX XXXX ,2017 to pay off a loan the final balance was {$340.00 } ( original loan company XXXX XXXX XXXX ) the y set up monthly payments of {$60.00} which I made XXXX payment that came to {$240.00}. Everything was going smoothly, made my monthly payments time. Then on the XXXX of this month they hit my account. I was concerned and called the company ( spoke to XXXX XXXX .. if that is his real name ) and let him know that my account should n't have been hit till the end of the month. He informed me that the previous " agent '' that worked with me no longer works there and that he set up the payment. I asked " XXXX '' what is my balance, he stated that I owe {$190.00} but he 'll offer me {$150.00} which will be my last payment on the XXXX . I thought about it and thought it was fair enough. Early Tuesday morning I got a bad feeling that I was going to be billed more than what I owe. I checked my bank account and counted the number of payments I have already made and made the conclusion that I owe XXXX instead of {$150.00}. I called the company back and spoke to this XXXX guy ( which is unprofessional ) and ask him why I am being billed {$150.00}. He stated that I made XXXX payments of {$50.00} not {$60.00} and there was a {$10.00} transaction fee. I was n't aware of this from the previous guy. I asked XXXX XXXX why he told me before I owe {$190.00} when my balance from XXXX XXXX XXXX was {$340.00}. he told me There are interest charges!!! The original email they have sent me show that I owe XXXX ! No interests included! I got mad and argued with him and told him that I googled the phone number and read negative reviews and demand him to give me their website. He spoke in a low tone like he knew that I have caught on. I cancelled my card that they have on file. I am afraid they will take more than {$150.00}. I do n't trust this company and the people that work there. Unprofessionalism and rude.I now know not to work with companies that are n't BBB accredited. I have the original email they sent me if you would that. I will NOT give them anymore money! Few of their phone numbers are XXXX an d ( XXXX ) XXXX . This collection agency contacted me via phone on XXXX/XXXX/2015 at XXXX pm and left a computer generated message claiming that I must contact them to avoid civil action. They contacted me again at XXXX and I was n't able to answer the phone. I called the number back at XXXX and spoke with a XXXX XXXX who was very rude to me and did not tell me what the call was about. When I asked him what the call was regarding and his contact information, he asked " what are your plans to pay what you owe, you owe XXXX ''. He never once disclose that he was attempting to collect a debt, nor did he validate the debt information to me. When I asked him for his contact information, he asked me what did I need it for and that he only accept payments via telephone. I told him that I wanted the information so that I can dispute his claim and he told me that I can dispute the claim in XXXX XXXX XXXX. He simply hung up the phone right after he made this statement. I called the number back because I assumed it was a scam the way the XXXX conversation was handled ; I called back at XXXX and the same person XXXX XXXX answered the number again. I told him that we had a conversation earlier and that I was calling back to get the contact information. He kept trying not to give me his information and continued to asked whether or not I plan on paying and how I plan on paying. He never stated he was attempting to collect again on this call nor did he validate what the debt was for with competent documentation. The representative also claimed that they had a legal department that I needed to contact about this as well and initially I was told that their name was Integrated legal services. I do n't know if the address that he gave me when I called back at XXXX is correct being that they were not honest initially on what the name of their company was and the fact that the representative refused to give it to me. All I have that I am certain of is the number that is on my caller I.D on my telephone from where they called from and the message that was left threatening me with legal action if I did not return their phone call. I have the voicemail that was left on my phone saved as well. The message that was left on my phone nor the representative that I spoke with Disclose that this was an attempt to collect a debt.

A man has been calling my sister for some time regarding efforts to collect a debt that he claims my son is responsible for. This man identified himself as XXXX XXXX. His number is XXXX. My sister contacted me and was very upset feeling as if he threatened her. He used extreme profanity including the XXXX word, along with calling her all kinds of obscene names. I called him today, XXXX @ XXXX and he was so volatile and nasty that it can not be explained. He called my and my son XXXX said my son is in XXXX because his mommy did n't take care of him, he was placed here by XXXX to deal with people like us. He then said word on the street is you have a good job, you work for the state, so just pay it. Give me your debit card number now. I asked for paperwork and he refused. He finally did tell me that this was from something that my son signed for on XXXX. He did say his company was Integrated Service out of XXXX XXXX, NY. He said is boss was XXXX XXXX but would n't provide me a number directly to him. I did tape his call half way through as I felt very threatened and slandered. He told me he was n't harassing me because he had n't physically threatened me. When I told him I was going to speak with my lawyer and law enforcement first he then said he was going to make America great again and my flock would n't be part of it. This man would not allow me to ask questions or say anything, he was just verbally abusive and threatening. When I XXXX this number, many comments were of this same nature - threatening and horrific attacks against people. I am a professional woman who deals with courts and clients. I have never been treated this way before. I can not believe that this man is allowed to call and say such horrible personal things about me or my family. He even asked if I had gotten a good XXXX present from my son. My son is an adult who is currently XXXX that he committed. I am not responsible for his actions. This man basically told me that I am a rotten mother because of this. He called us losers and vile names with extreme profanity.

For a total of XXXX I agreed for a settlement of XXXX to be paid in XXXX payments as follows ; XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX} XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX For a total of XXXX After I received this email I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX that a processing fee of XXXX} will be added for each payment. I explained that the Settlement Letter did not include any processing fees. I also told XXXX XXXX that I was suspicious that the Settlement agreement was not signed by anyone or himself. I told him I will not honor any document without a Company official member signature. After calling the office several times to speak with XXXX. He finally send me a email dated XXXX XXXX with the XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX page and his name on the second page XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I sent an email indicating I only put XXXX payment as agreed for XXXX XXXX that same day about XXXX am est XXXX called XXXX XXXX and harass him about my XXXX payment that was declined from my account After being threaten by Company Lawyer XXXX XXXX and XXXX they XXXX and made a withdrawal of XXXX. I requested a copy of my new balance with should be XXXX that was not send to me via email. If I do not reveive my new balance of XXXX I think this is a fraudulent transaction made by Integrated Recovery Services..I also requested that they contact me via US Postal Services XXXX no more email correspondence. They both was rude and scandalous and scammers. And threatening me with a court prodeeding, I need this company to be investigated for using bully tactics and disrespecting their clients, and not being honest about the selltement agreements by adding so call processing fees after sending the selltement agreement, and stil not sending a new selltement agreement with the fees.

While attending college in XXXX, I received a number of scholarship, the amount of money I received was more than needed to take care of expenses, so on XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased approximately {$8000.00} worth of money Orders to have funds available and for a rainy day. Recently, I started restoring my 1972 XXXX and wanted to use the remaining Money Orders to finance the needed repairs and body work. At the time of purchase, I banked with XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX used Integrated Payment Systems Incorporated ( XXXX XXXX ) XXXX Colorado a third party vendor to issue their Money Orders ; however XXXX XXXX XXXX was the payer for NA and XXXX XXXX California. When I deposited the checks into my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account, they were returned on the grounds : 1 closed account, 2 unable to locate account, and 3 Non-Negotiable. I was advise to go to XXXX XXXX which I did. The XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, told me the checks needed to be presented to XXXX XXXX, because they took over XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. When I went to XXXX XXXX, I was told they acquired XXXX XXXX assets and liabilities. However, because the money was sent to a third party vendor Integrated Payment Systems, and XXXX XXXX was their affiliated Bank in XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX had to negotiate them. When I returned to XXXX XXXX, I was told the Money Orders had to be authenticated. After they had authenticated them, XXXX XXXX said it had to make a claim for lost or unclaimed funds with the XXXX of XXXX 's XXXX. Two weeks later, I was told to contact Integrated Service. When I did, I was told by Integrated Service XXXX XXXX was the payer. Shortly thereafter XXXX XXXX Sent back their copies of the Money Orders stating they were too old to process. This in my opinion is not a valid explanation, because there is no expiration date on the Money Orders and I paid for them with cash.

On XX/XX/XXXX, My son contacted me by text, to inform me of a call he'd received from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( " A law group '' ). He informed my son of an amount due and said that they were filing a court case against me, that I " had committed fraud '' On XX/XX/XXXX I was able to reach XXXX XXXX. I contacted him, to gather information. I assumed the original debt, had been " sold '' to his company. I asked for an account number and the address of the company. XXXX XXXX began a verbal assault of my character and cited details of my credit report to back his assertion that I am " a loser '', and refused to give me an account number or their address. XXXX XXXX called me a " loser '' several times and said, among other things, that I " rip people off ''. There was a lot... 7 mins of character assassination. I was able to record the last 2 min or so. XXXX XXXX said the debt about was {$2000.00} more than it actually is. I also reminded him that it was illegal to have informed a member of my family of the debt amount and I felt certain it was not correct. He verbally assaulted me some more. Through more research, I was able to find the actual " owner '' of the debt - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They " outsourced '' the collection, but XXXX does not " own '' the debt. I was also able to ascertain the correct balance and the representative I spoke with ( at XXXX XXXX ) said there was no reason for the account to be {$2000.00} more. Not only did XXXX XXXX threaten me with jail, and verbally assaulted me, saying I was a criminal and a loser, he tried to coerce {$2000.00} extra dollars from me. I am so grateful I persisted and found XXXX XXXX. They have agreed to " pull back '' the account from XXXX, so I should not hear from them. XXXX is not capable of decent conversation, compromise, or negotiation on behalf of anyone.

This company contacted a number where I have not lived in 20 years several times over the course of a month. The number they called belongs to my parents ( XXXX ) and as I stated I have not lived there for almost 20 years. My parents were XXXX for several weeks and returned to 14 messages ( which I have recordings of ) from this company claiming they were trying to reach me about a " Legal Situation '' and provided a " Case Number '' to reference. One of the messages made a threat that I will be contacted by the Sheriffs Office if I did not respond in 48 hours. When I contacted the company they provided a lot of the very same threats, and at one point they stated they have already filed a case in my county to sue for the debt and provide the same " Case Number '' they listed on my parents voicemail. He was not able to tell me which district court or XXXX precinct the case was filed, and a quick search on my county clerks website showed there was not case filed with me listed as a defendant, and the case number format given by the company was not even correct. The representative eventually hung up on me after he couldnt answer my questionsIt took me asking several times to find out what they were claiming to collect on. I still do n't know. The representative kept saying " you know you owe the money, just pay. " This was the first contact I have ever had from this company. He was not able to answer very basic questions required under FCRA and FDCPA. I also believe that they are violating UDAAP by claiming a case was already filed against me and they would send the Sheriff to contact me if I did n't call back. I have recordings of all their messages left at my parents phone number as well as a recording of my phone call with the company.

I received a phone call from Intgrated Recovery Services regarding an installment loan that I could n't finish paying. I asked if I could call back after I checked the information out. I found that I did take the loan out. I could not remember this company when I was first contacted. I called back the same day to see what kind of arrangements I could work out. The first man I spoke with was busy so I got another man. I told him that I had never received anything in writing to validate the collection. I know I owe the pay day company but was n't sure if this company had bought the debt. I wanted a notice in writing. They asked if an email was ok. I said that I wanted it in writing by mail. The guy started yelling at me telling me that Trump had changed the laws and I am going to lose and I should just pay my bills and my tricks do n't work. Trump changed laws and he is not on my side. I 'm finished. I find that to be so belligerent and rude and honestly scary that someone would speak to me that way when I just wanted some validation that this company actually bought the debt. I only borrowed {$300.00}. It ca n't be that hard to make an arrangement once they verify that they actually bought the debt from XXXX. XXXX. I do n't want to call them back and be talked down to and screamed at. I did n't treat them that way and ca n't participate in resolving the issue if they cant be professional. I also do n't know why they find it so difficult to send me something in writing to validate the debt. Legally they have to sdnc something in writing notifying me of the debt. I have never dvdn received any collection notices from the original creditor. I find it fishy.

XXXX from Integrated XXXX called asking to speak to an employee of our company, we let them know this was a place of business and personal calls were not allowed. XXXX then laughed and said it was funny that he ca n't speak to the employee about her debt she owed. Our other employee asked how he could be discussing her personal matter with someone other than his customer he said he was n't. She asked him not to call the business number again. He then called back and when he was again asked not to call our business again, he said get use to my voice you will hear it everyday til she pays and hung up. We then called the company spoke to another gentleman who said he would take us off the list of people to call. The next morning our manager called the company and spoke to XXXX after we had received an automated call asking for garnishment information about our employee. She spoke to him about his employees collection efforts, he then said he would take care of the matter and that he recognized the error of XXXX collection efforts and assured us that our business would not be contacted again. at XXXX XXXX/XXXX/2016 XXXX called again, asking for our employee, we let him know we had spoken to his manager who said we would not be contacted again. He said no we did n't, there was no XXXX and that he would continue to call everyday. Our manager then called XXXX back who said would you like me to spank him? She asked why his attitude had changed since their earlier discussion, he said that the only way they would stop was if the debtor had her lawyer send a cease and desist letter. Our manager let him know that was not true and to be expecting XXXX.

I was contacted by phone by a man who said he was calling from a law office, and that they were collecting on a loan that I owed to XXXX. He said I owed {$600.00} on the loan, and with late fees over time, I now owed {$1300.00}. But then he said that he would work with me, and that if I paid {$330.00}, within 24 hours, then that would settle it. I did have a loan from a few years ago, and I did have as dispute with the lender, because they took more debits than they were authorized for, and so I did not pay them anything else, but had paid back much of the loan. I am not certain if the loan was with multiloansource or not, and I could n't find documentation to support that they were the lender I used. I have also gotten a lot of other calls from other debt collectors who say I owe on a payday loan from online, and they all had things they said which made me think it was a scam. When I asked for information to be sent on the documentation of what was owed in writing, they said they could n't send me anything by regular mail, but that they could send something by email. They already had my email address, which I thought was strange. They also never identified themselves as to what company they were with until they sent the email which appeared to be sent from Integrated Recovery Services. The email was just a Word document saying that I owed the debt, but not any proof. I also recently learned that internet loans are void in my state, so I do n't know how they would freeze my assets, contact my employer and garnish my wages, as they said they would do. They said I had 24 hours to respond or they would take legal action.

The Representative - XXXX XXXX for Integrative XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX repeatedly contacted me earlier today with regard to collecting an outstanding Payday loan that had been referred to his office for collections. He left several voicemails on my cell phone while I was at work with him laughing stating " I win '' and singing " it 's a lonely world '' XXXX XXXX repeatedly called me " XXXX '' and " terrible person '' who " does n't deserve to walk the face of this earth '' and demeaned my level of education although I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX from a very reputable university. He proceeded to threaten to expose private confidential personal information to my employer which is wholly illegal. He even went so far to attempt to demean me by asking if I visited my mother in jail, she is n't and has never been incarcerated and even if she was, this is beyond acceptable conduct. He threatened criminal charges would be filed against me and that my assets would be seized if I did not provide him my credit card information immediately. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX refused to allow me to speak with his supervisor or another representative as his level of harassment was well beyond anything that I have experienced before. The conduct of this company has been well documented by multiple parties other than myself and was substantiated by another representative whom I speak with who also stated " I do n't like him either because of the way he treats people. '' It is absolutely unfair to the consumer to endure such harassment and defamation because of {$400.00}.

I have received repeated calls from XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX. I returned the call after several empty threats that I would be arrested if I did not reply by a certain date, one was to reply by XX/XX/XXXX and then more calls were received that I had to respond by XX/XX/XXXX. The date kept moving, I had not received anything via mail and I finally had enough and called back on XX/XX/XXXX and I left a message they needed to tell me what this was about. the next day I received another call with more threats, and then it escalated on XX/XX/XXXX when he started calling me at work. I told him that was my work and he could not contact me there. He kept calling back, I told him again to not call me at that number and he kept calling. I finally told my co-workers to hang up, and he kept calling. Finally I went to my manager and asked him to take the call and he got on the line, told XXXX XXXX that he was not to call there and then XXXX XXXX started cussing at my manager and threated him, he told him that he could not protect me, called him derogative names, and threated to call back every minute all day long to tie up the work phones. I told him I believed the debt in question was paid to another collector in XXXX. I returned their telephone calls on multiple occasions telling them that I do not want them calling my employment, and they told me that it was " automated '' and " too bad ''. The automated message leaves a " sketchy '' message about trying to locate me, and wanting verification of a current address, wages, and my liquidated assets. Quite intimidating, and quite ridiculous when you know that they are a scam business that buys old debt for pennies on the dollar, and try to scare you into thinking that they are attorney 's and are going to send you to jail. I am aware of the old debt that they bought. However, I do not want them calling my employment, which I am allowed to have stopped, and they refuse. They are " bullies ''. If they try to pull their antics on naive or older people, they may just scare them enough to hand over their account numbers. I am getting calls from a collection agency. The calls are left on my answering machine and threaten legal action and prosecution if I do n't return their calls. I call and explain that they are trying to reach my ex-husband 's first wife. They were marries in the 1970 's. That I never met the woman. That I have been divorced from my ex-husband for more than 10 years and have no idea where he is or his former wife. She never lived in the home that they are calling, never lived in the city they are calling and never had the phone number they are calling. I ask them to take my name off the information that they are using to reach this woman. Sometimes the caller is friendly and apologizes and agrees to correct their records. The company, Integrated Recovery Services , Inc. has been calling me 3 to 4 times per day, they are calling my brothers and leaving messages at least twice a day now. I was contacted by XXXX at Integrated Svs. regarding a complaint that had been red flagged for fraud. A company called integrated services calls my cell and work place about a loan that I believe that I have paid in full from over a year ago. It is my understanding that according to the FDCPA a company ca n't leave a voicemail message like this without my consent as a third party can hear it. This message is also asking for me to make a formal statement which insinuates this is an attorney or law enforcement agent. If this is a legal debt then i would like this agency to pay it for violating the FDCPA.
