I received multiple calls from Integrated Mediation Solutions LLC between XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018 regarding a loan taken out with a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX d/b/a XXXX. Upon first speaking to me, the representative stated that she was calling prior to sending a judgment to my employer to resolve this debt because I failed to respond to a court summons. When I did a case search and was unable to find any filings filed by her company, she then backtracked and said that it had not been filed yet and that she was giving me the opportunity to resolve the debt. I asked for her to provide proof of the debt, and I received a form letter from her company via email ( attached ). On XX/XX/2018 I received two phone calls, one on my personal phone and one on my work phone from this company. When speaking to them, they stated that they emailed me a letter. When I asked for proof of the debt they tried to send me back to the original lender to ask for my contract. I advised that I want Integrated Mediation Solutions LLC to provide me with a copy of it so that I know they have legal jurisdiction to collect this debt. The agent/supervisor continued to try talking me out of this, and stated they would no longer be able to settle later on if I requested proof of the debt today. She stated that I was refusing to pay the debt, and I corrected her by saying I only asked for proof. I ended the call by asking for proof of the debt be provided to me. This lender violated the FCDPA by misrepresenting that they had filed a lawsuit and obtained a judgment already. They tried using scare tactics that were unethical because I wanted proof of the debt as Im authorized under law. Lastly, the original lender is not licensed in the state where the loan was obtained, and loan principal has already been paid in full. The original lender utilized an ongoing tactic of renewing the loan weekly so that it could never be paid back. Lastly Integrated Mediation Solutions misrepresented themselves multiple times - 1. Stated they received a judgement against me already, 2. Stated that I failed to respond to suit filed, 3. Stated they were representing a law firm when they were actually representing XXXX XXXX, 4. Failed to provide the mini-Miranda stating they were a debt collector in phone conversations.

I was contacted at work and my cell phone by XXXX XXXX XXXX about a debt I supposedly owed. After contacting them back, I proceeded to try to figure out what company they were representing. I did not receive anything in the mail or in writing 5 days before contact explaining the validity of the debt. According to the fair debt act, the collector is suppose to sent a letter in the mail so I can research and respond to make sure the debt is valid. I requested a letter be mailed to me and the person stated that they could not do that. That is in violation of my rights. They continued to harass me and threatened to sue me. Even though they are not following proper protocol.
