On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received notice that I was being sued by Integras Capital Recovery, LLC ( Cause # : XXXX, filed in XXXX XXXX, Texas ). Prior to receiving notice of this lawsuit on XXXX XXXX, 2015, I had never heard of Integras Capital Recovery, LLC. Before XXXX XXXX, 2015, I had also never received a demand letter or any form of communication from Integras Capital Recovery, LLC. Also, there is a four-year statute of limitations on debt collection in Texas. The alleged debt is more than four years old. Finally, I 've just received a XXXX-page discovery request from the debt collector 's lawyer. I consider this to be a form of intimidation and harassment.
