I was contacted by Integral Recovery Services and they claimed I owed {$190.00} for a collection stemming from an outstanding fine in XXXX County, Colorado from XXXX. I obtained the case number and contacted the XXXX County Court to verify the information. The court informed me that the alleged ticket ( which I believe I paid in XXXX ) no longer exists, as the paperwork regarding my case was old and has since been destroyed. They claimed that they were audited in XX/XX/XXXX and as a result of that audit, they determined that my fine was delinquent because they could not locate record of payment. I told them that this was concerning, as they could not prove that I owe them anything, but they sent it to a collection agency anyway. She responded with the challenge, " well do you have YOUR receipt? '' I responded that I do not, but I 'm a private citizen and I 'm not responsible for maintaining proof of my innocence in a matter that was 7 years ago. I also raised my concern that no good faith effort to collect this amount I supposedly owed was ever made prior to sending it to collection. My information is not difficult to find ; I 'm a registered voter, I have a current driver license, passport, etc. Once it was clear that the court would not deal with me on this, I called the collection agency back to pay the amount and get it over with so that I do n't have an open collection on my credit report. The representative with the collection agency refused to allow me to complete the payment until I had provided not only my current address, but also my current employer. I told her that I failed to see why that would possibly be relevant and she responded that I could call back and settle the debt when I was willing to tell them where I work. She also said, " if you 're taking care of this debt, you should n't be worried about us knowing where you work. '' Furious, I said that it 's incredibly inappropriate to dictate to people what they should n't worry about, especially personal information in the hands of a combative, unprofessional cadre of debt collectors. I finally gave in, told her where I work, and paid the full amount they CLAIM I owed. She also said that they do not report to the credit agencies, which is patently false. I was requesting that this be deleted from my credit report upon payment and that I be provided a letter stating as much. Her response what that the collection agency could not assist in that matter because they do not report to the credit bureaus at all and I would have to deal with the court. The court had made it clear on my earlier call with them that they could not deal with me at all in this matter and that all resolution would have to be accomplished directly with the collection agency. Now this will be on my credit for 7 years and nobody can show that I owed ANYTHING, but with it already being in collection status, I felt I had no choice but to pay it and prevent it from reporting as an open collection for any longer.

On XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019 I was contacted on my cell phone number from someone named XXXX asking for my husband to call her back at XXXX ext XXXX. She did not express that she was calling in regards to a debt or identify what company she was calling from. My husband has also been receiving these voicemails. There have also been calls made to his work where a woman asked for my husband but refused to say where she was calling from. She was rude to his coworker and as my husband was not available, they did not leave a message, they just hung up on his coworker. Today I called the number they called me from, XXXX and spoke to a woman named XXXX who did not identify the company name until I repeatedly told her that she needed to identify the company they are calling myself, my husband and my husband 's job, from. She finally told me that they are with Integral Recovery Services. When I told her I am going to report them for the harassing phone calls and voicemails where they have refused to identify where they are calling from, she laughed and said who are you going to report this to. I just let her know they will be contacted regarding this. It is inappropriate for a debt collector to not identify where they are calling from, to not even say that this is regarding a debt, to call multiple phone numbers multiple times and then to act rudely towards the people they are calling when we want to know who they are employed with. This has become very disruptive to both my husband and myself, as well as my husband 's job.

I have received a collection notice from Integral Recoveries of XXXX, XXXX alleging that I owe {$160.00} to Colorado Dept. of Revenue acct no XXXX for period ending XX/XX/XXXX however, I no longer live in XXXX and filed my tax return in timely fashion with a REFUND owed to me for XXXX that XXXX still has not paid. I was forced to retire in XX/XX/XXXX, moved to XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX took money out of my pension because they claimed I was still working in XXXX. XXXX continued to collect tax on my pension in XXXX in violation of law but when you waste so much money as XXXX does, then you have to harass former residents. I have never hired Integral Recoveries and owe NOTHING. They are threatening to harm my credit record which is an illegal shake down of a senior citizen, and they are fully aware of the lawless behavior of XXXX under the direction of XXXX XXXX, former director of Colorado Dept of Revenue. Colorado has a part year exemption for income that should have applied to my pension and they FAILED to do so. I owe XXXX NOTHING. The alleged debt does NOT detail how the debt was calculated but is clearly in error. I am requesting that Integral Recoveries cease and desist immediately, and that they be forced to pay me for my time used to respond to their false allegation of not less that {$150.00}.

I received a letter from this collection agency saying it was on behalf of the XXXX dept of revenue. it looked like a scam, but I called XXXX immediately to verify if it could be real ... it is. I then made immediate action to communicate with XXXX and XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and also called this collection agency to inform them i am taking immediate action to resolve this issue with XXXX. The collection agency wont give me any 'grace period ' so I can get this resolved with XXXX and they continue to threaten me. I just found out about this!!! XXXX revenue needs forms from the IRS sent to them to fix this issue and the IRS has my request and states they need up to 2 weeks to get me the response, and then XXXX says they have 30 days to review. the collection agency says they are moving to garnish my wages, issue liens, etc!!! I have excellent credit score and NO history of evasion of any of my responsibilities. In a couple of months this can all be resolved .... and in a couple of months this collection agency can do me great harm.

I had a {$30.00} dollar failure to appear bench warrant issued in XXXX. I did not pay the fee, it was sent to Integral Recoveries. It is currently {$45.00}. This XXXX particular fee is stopping me from obtaining my driver 's license. I called the agency and tried numerous times to pay these fees. Each time that I call I am told that I owe fees from a XXXX case. I was told that I can not pay the {$45.00} fee until I set up a payment arrangement for the XXXX case. The fees associated with the XXXX case are approximately {$2000.00}. I have been fighting this company ( same person every time I call ), for months now. I ca n't find any serious job prospect 's without my license. Please help! Thank you for your time!

Integral Recoveries Inca is attempting to add interest ( {$17.00} ) to a Medical debt owed to XXXX XXXX NY. I would like to see original signed agreement where an interest accrual was permitted on this Medical debt. The company also threatens to report to major credit reporting agencies if not paid. Credit reporting is for consumer transactions, not obligations such as Medical, XXXX etch. See XXXX vs. XXXX. This notice not only provides an inflated balance but threatens credit reporting when they have no legal right to do so under the FCRA

I received a letter today trying to collect a debt against " XXXX XXXX '' by the debt collector company integral recoveries. My name is actually XXXX XXXX XXXX. The debt is owed to the state of Utah. I've never been in Utah. I have no business with anybody in Utah and i would not have any reason to owe that amount. It is clearly a case of mistaken identity. I tried to contact the company, but all of their telephones are unresponsive and they do not provide any email mechanism to get in contact with them.
