Integra Auto Capital LLC has reported incorrectly and falsely to XXXX that I have XXXX. Missed payments XXXX have been XXXX days late and an incorrect balance. I have never missed a payment nor have I been XXXX late as reflected on my report. They went months XXXX months without reporting anything I bring it to their attention and next day it pops up as missed payments. This has severely depressed me I am in the process of home buying and now this. I feel cheated and unfair. They have high payments already and no grace period after XXXX late you are charged a hefty late fee and after XXXX car is repossessed so how was I XXXX missed payments but balance decreased by thousands

I made a promise to pay for Monday the XXXX. I got an email telling me to make sure its paid by XXXX that day. I made the payment that day XXXX the next morning I went to go to work and my car was repossessed and that they said I cant get it back. I cant get anyone to talk to me about it. The only man that seems to answer the phone doesnt want to listen or even care about my situation. He tells me that they said XXXX XXXX on the XXXX but I got proof in email letters that it said XXXX XXXX Im walking and have XXXX children now I lost my job and about to lose my storage because they took my car that i made a payment on. I dont understand how they can do that to me.
