On XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I owed a payday loan from XXXX ( they said XXXX had bought out several other payday loan companies and were just now collecting the debt ) from XX/XX/XXXX. They stated that unless I paid that day they would charge me with fraud and I would be served with a summons either at home or at work to go to court. They had all my personal information including my social security number. In my profession it would hurt my job if they were to come to my place of work .They caught me off guard and scared me to death. My husband and I paid the {$1000.00} dollars. At this time XXXX XXXX sent me a document through e-mail that I had paid the loan off in full. This is a document that I could have typed up myself. There is nothing that suggests that this is an official document from a legitimate company. I have received no documentation from them concerning this debt. Then I went to my bank and talked with them. They advised me that it was probably a scam and I had fraud protection on my account. I canceled my debit card and reported it to the fraud department at my bank. They are investigating it now. Yesterday XX/XX/XXXX, I received another call from XXXX XXXX XXXX because my bank canceled the {$1000.00}. They said I had to pay then or I would be served with a summons at my home or job. They also said by then I would have to pay for legal representation, court costs and interest on the loan so it would be better to pay now. I have asked over and over for documentation that I owe this money. I also asked for a copy of the original contract from the original company. I have yet to receive any documentation or an address and phone for XXXX. I have tried to find a number on the internet for this company but the numbers I do find are not working. I also XXXX the address for XXXX XXXX XXXX and it is an address for a shipping company. I did take out some payday loans years ago ( stupidly ) because we were in a financial crisis, but I know I paid them all back. I have told them I would gladly pay if they could show me some documentation, but XXXX XXXX just said they would send the information on to XXXX.

XXXX XXXX XXXX called me today XX/XX/2018 about XXXX XXXX and a guy named XXXX XXXX claimed I owed on two payday loans from the past. I told him I do NOT have any pay day loans out from the past, and that the one I do have out is current and I am paying on it. With his bad attitude, yelling in my ear and being rude and demanding, I accused the company of being fake and scamming me, telling him again I do not owe the depts. He got angry and told me it is a crime to not pay loans and scamming payday companies, or something to the affect. He said I was going to be taken to court for these depts. I then spoke to another woman who was very nice and tried confirming my information - SS number, bank, etc. but I refused to give that information up. I was told I owe two loan companies. One being Insight Capital WHICH I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF - in the amount of {$2600.00} or so, PLUS {$1000.00} fees for something else. I laughed and told her they weren't getting a dime because I don't owe anything like that. She switched me to the fraud department and I spoke to a man named XXXX XXXX who was nice until I told him I am contacting a lawyer and was not paying this dept. He started telling me they were taking me to court, going to garnish my wages and he started yelling at me. I just told him to " GO FOR IT '', and he hung up.
I was asked if I had a lawyer or not.
PLEASE PLEASE report this company and let me know if they are legit or not. I believe it is a scam and as I said, DO NOT owe any of these depts or loans.
They are very rude, and nasty - and if they don't get what they want - they scream and get angry, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please investigate.

My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX.I received a call on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from a private number stating I had a debt back in XXXX that needed to be paid and they have made several attempts to reach me. After I had told them now was not a good time, they told me " Good luck in court maam ''., At that time, I became panicked and heard them out. I started asking questions, ( who they were, when this debt supposedly happened, why they have n't tried to contact me before ) The woman stated they were the collection agency and the actual debt resided in a different company. They also told me my ex 's information of his email. They then started to confirm all of my information and asked me to pay now on that day or else someone ion my area was going to serve me court papers, and that would cost me well over XXXX to fix. I was very scared at that point and decided I better pay this bc I do not want that to happen, I transferred money and even called the bank to let the funds go through. After the transaction went through, the lady continued to call me stating they would email me the final paperwork to be signed ( sounded legit, bc I thought that 's how you would handle a debt collection ) so after me not signing for a few hours they called me back to sign the paperwork. I got home from work and signed it online that day and then received an email stating everything was ion close and then I saw the Insight capital LLC. I had then XXXX that company and realized it was a scam. HELP me please!

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a voice message regarding a formal complaint with their office, if I did not call back XXXX XXXX Florida Court would be contacted. XX/XX/XXXX I returned the call and XXXX at ext. XXXX answered, she stated she was calling from XXXX XXXX on behalf of INSIGHT CAPITAL LLC, in regards to a returned ACH of {$430.00} from XX/XX/XXXX. I requested proof of the original debt, she refused, I requested she communicate with my attorney, she again refused, I stated I had all debts discharged in a Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy 2 years ago. I reviewed my bank statements from XX/XX/XXXX and there is no record of a {$430.00} returned ACH from anyone. She gave me 2 hours to callback and pay in full, only emailed me a settlement payment letter and NO ORIGINAL DEBT DOCUMENTS. I researched INSIGHT CAPITAL LLC, called the number on the internet and the representative stated it was a scam and to report to the FTC.

XXXX based in XXXX, Ga contacted me numerous times via phone calls to try to collect a dept they said I owed from an online payday loan. They said this dept was submitted to them on around XXXX from 2 years before this. On XXXX XXXX finally told me this dept was from INSIGHT CAPITAL LLC. When I googled both of these companies via XXXX XXXX & Insight Capital LLC, they both have numerous complaints from others of being srams in attempting to collect money under false claims. XXXX contacted me from the phone # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they had my bank account information. I have NEVER been contacted by Insight Capital.

I received a call from a XXXX XXXX stating that I took out a payday loan in 2011 in the amount of {$840.00}. They wanted to know if I wanted to settle today for a lesser amount. I asked who the payday lender was and they said it was " Insight Capitol ''. I have NEVER applied for a payday loan with this company. I told them this and they said if I wanted to dispute the case, I could but I would be " buried '' in legal fees. I told them that I am definitely disputing it, and then she hung up on me.

Getting phone calls every day stating I oee money on a payday loan back in 2012 to insight capital with a phone number of XXXX. I have never heard of this company and never had a deposit from this company. My response from this company was prove it with your ban statements from 2012. Then they threatened me with taking me to court.
