Dear Sir or Madam, I am a XXXX person. In XXXX while visiting XXXX, I was erroneously given a parking ticket for parking in a XXXX space. I immediately responded in XXXX while in XXXX to the ticket with correspondence that clearly identified XXXX and date of XXXX. The correspondence included enclosures : copies of my XXXX driver 's license, XXXX placard and XXXX vehicle records. I clearly requested that the ticket was clearly an error and should be cancelled and to contact me if additional information was required to contest the ticket. In XXXX, I moved to XXXX, but I did not receive a response until recently. As a result, I considered the matter closed. However, I received a letter from Innovative Collection Services on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, informing that I had a parking ticket that was in collections. In response, I wrote another letter with the same information as before that requested the claim be cancelled. They responded with a letter that the full fined was unable to be contested since the date exceeded the 14 day limit and that the debt would be reported to the credit bureaus if not paid in full by XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I am now formally requesting a complaint be filed against this debt collector for not recognizing my XXXX and cancelling the fine of {$460.00}. I have not contacted any lawyer and do not intend to pay this illegitimate bill. I would like any assistance or recommendations for resolving this dispute. The following information was included on the bill from Innovative Collection Service.

My collection repair firm sent a dispute letter to the collections company regarding verifying the debt my client owes. The date of this original dispute was XX/XX/2018.
The collection company responded back with partial information originally requested by email on XX/XX/2018. The contract they sent was missing pages 6 pages from 8. The amounts there trying to charge my client is not in the contract and over charging on cleaning fee 's, a months rent when he already moved out after his 30-day notice.
When speaking with their collection manager on XX/XX/2018, she clearly admitted that they did not have all the information that was originally requested and claimed my client did not give notice. I asked for that information in our phone conversation and she did not have that ether. This company is attempting to collect on a debt with no information that is valid nor have sent all requested information to my client or my office and continue reporting his debt they say he owes unlawfully. When collecting on a debt the collection company must prove that a consumer owes the debt, this has not be done as originally requested. There fore I clearly see my client is being violated on his Fair Credit reporting rights and ask that collections stop due to this clear violation from Innovative Collections.

Hi, My name is XXXX XXXX.
I got a parking ticket back in XXXX 2015, that I had no knowledge of, which was sent to my old address. That old address does n't exist anymore as the property is under construction. This resulted in the outstanding debt/bill showing up on my credit report as a Collections.
This was how I gained knowledge of this outstanding bill.
I right away paid the collection agency the full amount owed, {$110.00}.
They, XXXX INNOVATIVE COLLECTIONS, XXXX ), still have not notified the Credit Bureau, XXXX, that this was paid in full and therefore still shows up as an open collections on my report, when I paid this off 4 months+ ago.
Innovative Collections is practicing their business in a sleazy way.
I repeatedly called them about this and all they have to tell me is that they notified the Credit Bureau XXXX which they have not really done, according XXXX XXXX and that they can not notify XXXX again that this have been paid off.
I am stuck here being thrown back and forth not being able to take care of this issue and fix my credit.
I was directed here by XXXX saying that this is the next route I can go?
Is there anything you can do to help me with this?

I received a debt complaint from Innovative Collections on a rental car that I turned in on the day of the supposed violation. I returned the car early AM and did not have any ticket whenever I used the car, and I don't own the car, and I don't know if I was the one driving the car if/when any violation occurred. To verify the debt / incident, I disputed the debt by following the exact procedure written out on their mailing ( attached ) within 30 days, and then I received a mail reply signature receipt ( attached also ) from a person who received it. That person 's name is XXXX XXXX and they received it last week. Yet, when I call, they say they never received anything and make up that I would be late for an appeal. I corrected the phone rep who seemed to be in error that I meant I disputed and I was within the time frame, and she was talking about an appeal w the city. I never saw anything from the city. I asked to speak to supervisor and she said there are none on staff and someone would return my call. Then later in the call, she said nobody would be calling me. The whole thing sounds illegitimate and beyond inappropriate.

I recently checked my credit profile with all the credit bureaus and discovered that a parking ticket from XXXX was on my report and had been turned over to a collection agency called Innovative Collection services. At this point I knew I had never been to XXXX and it was not a car that I own. The license plate and the model of car is not owned by me. I then sent Innovative Collection Services a certified letter requesting verification of this debt that was entered on my credit profile. I received a response from the collection agency way pass the 30 days required to respond. I finally received a collection letter ( see attached ) stating that this does n't apply to the fair Debt Collection act because this is a fine. How crazy when they are stating they are collecting a debt. Please assist and have this bogus company remove this unknown debt off my credit profile immediately.

Innovative XXXX XXXX has contacted me on a credit card debt in which they are trying to collect. I have received multiple calls from this company in which they state my name, my mailing address and advise that they are sending out immediate paper from the court county clerks office, If I dont answer the phone they contact relatives and if no answer this is a message that they leave on the answering machine services, they never disclose who they are when they call and they just repeatedly harass me over a debt that is past the 4 year statute of limitations in the state of california, I was able to locate who this company was by reverse look up of the phone number. I have never received any written correspondence from this company just harrasing phone calls. Everytime I speak with these individuals they say somethings coming and nothing ever does just using tactics to scare me.

Innovative Collections has several paid collections listed on my credit report. They have illegally re-aged the date resulting in a false date of first delinquency and causing this to be left on my credit report longer than it should be. In addition, they have the payment amounts and dates incorrect. There are several things wrong with their reporting which are negatively impacting my credit rating and ability to obtain new credit, including a mortgage. My wife is XXXX, we have a XXXX, and we are looking to purchase our first home.

Innovative Collection Services is attempting to collect a debt that I never came into contractual agreement and never agreed to pay. Basically the debt is not mine because I never agreed to it. I received a final notice on XX/XX/2019 requesting XXXX dollars for something called a city booking fee.
