RE : Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX , XXXX , and XXXX This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. Finally, you are reporting the INQUIRIES that are the result of the same type of fraudulent activities. It must be noted that I did not apply for credit accounts with the below-listed companies and creditors, some of these are the result of attempts to open accounts, but the companies did not approve the accounts. Therefore, these inquiries must be deleted from within my credit file. You can not delete the fraudulently opened accounts without also deleting the fraudulent inquiries. It should be noted that an inquiry that was not made by me is not a factual record, just as a fraudulently opened account is not a factual record and not referred to the creditor to be disputed directly with them. The credit reporting agencies have attempted to address an inquiry as a factual record of file access, but if it was done through fraudulent means, it is not a factual record. As a consumer, I should not be required to dispute each fraudulent inquiry directly with each company. These inquiries are the result of fraudulent activity and therefore, inaccurate in which the credit reporting agencies or the creditors can not verify, meaning that these inquiries are unverifiable information and must be deleted from my credit files. 1. INNOVATE LOAN SERVIC bal. {$0.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of an identity theft report 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. I bought a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I went on XXXX in XXXX to XXXX with the United States XXXX. While I was gone XXXX XXXX sold my contract to Innovate Auto. When I got back from my XXXX the counselor from the Veterans Administration in Virginia told us while we were on XXXX that our interest rate on our credit cards and our cars should be at 6 % and to let our finance companies know so they could adjust accordingly. I got back in XXXX XXXX and I got in touch with XXXX XXXX who informed me of the sell to Innovate Auto so I contacted Innovate Auto. Innovate Auto told me I need to send them my orders from my XXXX and they gave me the email address to send them to. I sent the orders over to them. I called soon after and spoke with someone who said the orders were never received and asked me to resend them over, which I did. I called again and spoke with someone different who said they see the orders were received and they had been sent over to the team that would handle them and get me taken care of. I never heard anything from them so I called again, only to speak to someone who said they never received anything from me and I would need to send it over to them. I asked for a supervisor whom I was told is not available just to send over the paperwork and they gave me the email address again. I asked them if they could please look through all the notes on my account and see if they see anything about my orders. They finally looked and then said well we received some information, but it is not what we needed from what I am reading, please resend the information. I have sent over my orders several times and never received a follow up email from anyone to say there were received and every time I call they say we have nothing please resend them. I dont understand what the run around is about because like clockwork they call me every month for a payment and as soon as I ask about my 6 % interest that I should have gotten from XXXX they say they know nothing about that and have received no paperwork. It is very inconsistent and very unprofessional on their part and I dont understand what kind of business they are running where they can be comfortable giving faithful customers who help them stay in business the run around. Finally one day I was able to speak with a supervisor named XXXX who took the time to look through my account after going back and forth and him saying they have nothing and I need to send paperwork confirming what I am talking about. He saw the orders and said he is printing them and getting them over to the right department so that I can get taken care of. I really appreciated speaking to someone who took the time to look at everything and understand where I was coming from, and actually see that I had sent in that information over a year ago. Months went by and I did not speak to XXXX again so I called asking for him only to get that he is not in and I was transferred to his voicemail and left several messages that were never returned. Finally, one day I was transferred over and he accidentally answered and stuttered at his surprise in speaking to me. I said XXXX I am following up with you on my 6 % that I should be receiving from my orders to XXXX. He said let me look and see what they said. He said they said you had to be on XXXX while we had the car and you were on XXXX in XXXX and we cant go back that far. They were actually looking at the instructions and policies and procedures. I was very confused because the information on my orders are very clear. I went through the orders with XXXX and showed him where the actual dates are. I then questioned the specialist they have in charge of military information because if they do not know how to read the orders or understand them, what help are they to their faithful customers. He agreed they need to get a better process in order to help faithful customers better. At that time XXXX said he was going to highlight the information to show the specialist my actual XXXX dates so they can go ahead and take care of my 6 %. XXXX apologized for the confusion and thanked me for my service and promised to get it all taken care of and said he would give me a call within a week. I have not heard from XXXX since and this was way back in XXXX or XXXX. I call often trying to speak to him and everyone says they are taking a message and giving it to him. I have even left several messages on his voicemail that they have transferred me to. I asked is he still employed there and they say yes, but I guess he just does not want to speak to me. They call me monthly several times to ask me about my payment and I always ask them is XXXX available and they say no so I ask have they fixed my account yet for my 6 % according to my orders from my XXXX and everyone I have spoken to says we dont have any record of any orders you have to send them to ; and they give me the email address to send my information to. I was making my payment slowly because I know they owe me the 6 % and I was hoping and praying they would do the honorable thing, their job, and look over my account and see that I was on XXXX from XXXX XXXX until XXXX XXXX. I would like a resolve to this situation. I believe I have done everything I could have done to try to get things handled in a professional way, but I have not had any cooperation, from this company. I do not understand how such a company can be comfortable presenting themselves in this manner and taking peoples hard earned money without first caring about them as a faithful customer. I dont believe this company, Innovate Auto realizes, it is the faithful customer that allows each and everyone of them to come into a job each day and the faithful customer can bring all of that to a hault. I was holding off paying my car off because I did not want them to say well her care is paid off now we should not have to give her anything and being the kind of company they are which in my eyes is sneaky, uncaring, and trifling, this is the only thing I expect from them because this is all theyve shown me. However, waiting to make payments and being late with my payments is only making my credit get worse. This is a serious cry for help to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to help me with this company. I have exhausted all efforts to get these things handled, and because I am just a little faithful customer with a car payment they treat me like trash with no appreciation that I am a part of the reason why Innovate Auto still exists. I have attached emails that I have sent to the company with my orders that were sent to them. I sincerely thank you and appreciate your help in this serious matter. Have a wonderful day.

On XX/XX/XXXX I signed a contract with a buy here pay here car lot company for my car. I was being financed a total of {$14000.00}. I put down XXXX that day my annual percentage rate of 18 % & I have faithfully paid my payments every month sometimes even two payments ahead for that next month. In the middle of my contract & paying for my car the car lot ended up closing down & selling Off all their contracts to finance companies. With this I was not aware they had done this so 2 all of my payments for 2 months were being paid to the original website payment without me realizing that it was slowly being returned to me but taking too much time & so in XX/XX/XXXX I wake up to go to work & my car is missing & I find out that the finance company that took over my account repossess my car for nonpayment. once I figured out thats what happened to my car I contacted the company & discuss the whole situation the confusion & ended up having to pay for the repossession fee, the car storage fee & the payments that they were missing no problem. Moving on from that I made my payments faithfully again as time went on fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX my payments have come to a complete 100 % paid off.. showing on my XXXX XXXX account they updated my loan as paid in full.. when logging into my online account portal with the finance company its also showing theres no payments due & that its done Paid in full. So I celebrate thinking that Im clear with my car. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX I wake up get ready go to get my car & its gone so now Im really confused because theres no reason it should be gone Im thinking my car stolen. I called the police they tell me its been repossessed & Im confused so I called the finance company that I had been working through Before & the woman agent that I speak with tells me theres no reason why my car should be repossessed because The account is telling her that Im good, paid in full, & free theres no payment due & I ask her to doublecheck she again says that Im good so I hang up with her & I called the towing company to try to figure out where the confusion was & they said that they had to get back to me after they talk to the finance company & 5 hours later I get a call from from the finance company but its a different agent lady.. now saying that Im not paid in full that Im owing almost {$3000.00} on my account & that the previous agent was somehow mistaken. I then tell her thats impossible & ask her how is this possible because Ive been paid off since XXXX On top of that I have received no type of contact from them, recieved no bill in the mail telling me I owe them anything, no calls from them, my credit reports has been updated by them saying auto loan paid in full, when I login to their online portal to pay my payments It is saying that I have no payments due, theres no way I can even make a payment on the account even if I wanted to & so this is a mistake. The agent was very reluctant to help me didnt want to discuss the account, tells me that I cant get my car out until I pay them the {$3000.00} in full or theyre going to auction off my car & then when she was getting frustrated with me she decides that she wants to just transfer me to a voicemail so I get transferred to the voicemail I leave a voicemail & I wait all day for return call but dont get one. I called the next day get a new person who also said they cant help me & that theyre going to transfer me to the manager & that they promise that Im gon na hear back from them so I get transferred again, I get the voicemail the manager leave another voicemail still dont hear back from them so now Im on day three of my car being gone not being able to work. Call them again get another agent this person just wants to transfer me right away without even speaking with me but I asked them to not transfer me & to go through every payment with me on the account to make sure that were clear up the mistake so I can get my car & we discover that there is some parts of payments that Ive made that hasnt even been added to the account or notated in the past.. also they are saying that with one of my payments made was used for the reposseion fee from before but was supposed to go to my interest & when they realize they made a mistake they retracted that payment for my interest and not making sense. So going back-and-forth not adding anything up with this agent and dealing with the attitude of her not wanting to be helpful I of course got transferred again. They did not send me a 10 day notice on time after repossessing the car the notice failed to tell me what the full payment amount was that they are trying to say I owe on the account. every time I call I get transferred. I sent them a certified letter for a debt validation report from them & I still have not received anything type of communication back from them or reply or any information. it is now XX/XX/XXXX I am about to lose my job Because of not having my car. my car is still sitting in the impound lot & the storage fee for my car sitting there is adding up & adding up each and everyday and Ive still not gotten nowhere with these people they dont wan na help, they dont communicate, they have not follow the rules or proper procedure of repossessing my car & Im sitting here not knowing what to do.. I have paid all the loan off and this is how I they treat their customers who actually pay all the way to the end of the agreement when I know they have customers who dont even come close to making it To the halfway Point of a contract. I am a single mother trying to work hard to provide for my kids. i just lost my baby brother to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX just a week before they took my car away. I am a good person who just needs her car back so she can continue to provide for my babies please

I had initially gotten a loan through through a company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of 2016. The payments that i had agreed to was around 380 a month, and i would usually pay early payments, or sometime even divide my payments up into 4 payments a month, and pay every week, as well as paid extra to pay down the balance. 8 payments later i receive a phone call from a company by the name of Innovate Auto Financing telling me they purchased my loan, and gave me the website where to set up an account to make payments to going forward. At first i did not think anything of it until i had asked if i had any paperwork to confirm, sign, or agree to and they told me that it had already been taken care of. I expressed how i didn't agree with this, however they informed me that I really did not have a choice that it was between my previous loan company and themselves. I then googled this companies name and saw nothing but negative remarks on XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, their own company website, etc. on how they always buy existing loans from other companies, they have rude customer service, incorrectly distribute your payments with no explanation, they do late and incorrect credit reporting etc. I did not want this company to assume my loan due to this.I called XXXX and they told me that they had none of my information including contracts, proof of previous payments, or anything that to do with my account because it had already been sent to them. They did not report my payments or account balances regularly, and only to one of the three bureaus. I immediately began to receive calls soon after stating that i had an overdue balance of XXXX dollars that never was received from the previous company. I called Innovate auto and explained to them that i did in fact make the payment, and also provided bank statements and proof of the payment i made. They would place me on hold and transfer me to a supervisor where id leave a voicemail and wait for a callback, I never would get one.They told me that they could not verify the payment unless XXXX sent it to them and continued to attempt to collect payment, call me continuously, charge interest and late fees to my account for months until they located the payment i assume. Numerous times i would have to call my banking service and have customer service on the line in a three way call in order for them to confirm a payment that had been made months and months in advance and that they could not locate, only to still be charged interest on the payments that they could not locate. Every month after i made a payment, i would receive a statement in the mail letting me know of the payment i had due, as well as the distribution of my last months payments towards interest/principle that would fluctuate. Some months it would say that XXXX of the XXXX dollar payment i made went towards interest, while a negative amount was applied to my balance. Sometimes it would show that only a couple tens of dollars went toward it. There was never an average or simple interest distribution towards my accounts principle that can be calculated to see where the money i was paying would go. Every time i called Customer service was in fact rude. They would hang up on me at times, as well as tell me things like " they're not mathematicians '' when i would ask questions as to why i was being charged so much. At times i would pay extra, they would take the extra that i payed and apply it to the next months balance, and continuously keep doing that instead of applying the full payment to my account. I asked them why and they said if i wanted it to go towards my account i would have to call them, and let them know how i wanted it applied every payment. I grew tired of the inconsistencies, so i finally called and asked the company to send me a breakdown of my payment history. After many months of steadily asking weather they were going to send me anything, what they sent me was to printed sheets of paper that showed three or four payments a month, when i only made one payment a month with this company. It didn't show a starting balances, ending balances, my rates, none of my information, etc at all, just the multiple payments with different distributions in each one. This paperwork too was unofficial, and inaccurate so i began to question the morality of it all and asked for them to send me a copy of the contract they received from the previous Company. They then told me that they are not going to send me one because i should have had all of that information when i left the car dealership. I told them i knew what i signed for from the dealership but i was curious as to see what they had and were showing to see why i had been charged so inconsistently. They then told me that i had an interest rate that is above the legal limit in the state of Texas. When i informed them about this they'd either hang up on me, transfer me to a voicemail which id never receive a callback, or they'd just simply be smart and argue with me. They belittle you and tell me things like your just trying to get a free car because you cant afford one and numerous other demeaning things that frustrate you to the point that you just don't want to deal with them anymore. Instead they should be informative, fix your account and adjust your payment distribution to where your account shows a correct balance.since they have not provided me me with any paperwork i have stopped paying them and stored the car. They continue to report late payments, despite attempting to correct my accounts balances, or even provide me with any type of paperwork.

The company of which I financed my car, Innovative Auto Finance, is an absolutely terrible company when it comes to communicating with their customers. I asked for an extension for my vehicle for XXXX 2017, as a first time request and I was contacted today by a XXXX and told that they denied it. It is more than a month later that they told me this and I had no money to give them because I was told that if I was not contacted within a week, every thing was ok. Now XXXX called to collect a debt. The company never keeps notes of previous conversations and the call was very upseting. I had to repeat myself over and over again because I was so upset and I am XXXX . Here is a recap of what was sent to their customer service emal per XXXX today. There was no reason for them to deny a person with a great track recored an extension because they know that they are swendling people with there over-exuberaed costs. I am paying almost four times what the car is worth, but my situation called for getting the car from the company in XXXX XXXX --yet, the previous finance company sold to Innovative Finance a year or so ago. I just spoke with XXXX today and I am highly upset with the way your company has treated me as a customer. The communication is terribly disorganized. Last month because of several incidents: 1. Bought 2 tires and a battery 2. Had to pay taxes on my house 3. Had an terrible incident with a neighbors pit bull and the neighbor refused to pay me for expenses spent. I have listed the email below and I also contacted the Texas Attorney General about my injury. I have been a loyal customer and I do not expect special treatment but I do expect that communication is better than what it is. The last customer service person told me that my request for an extension would be reviewed by management and if I did not hear anything in a week, it would be ok. I never heard from anyone. So, I get this call today from XXXX saying that my request for an extension for XXXX had been denied and that is almost a month later and that is terrible. I know that tires and batteries are normal wear and tear but I specifically explained all of my situations today and on the call from last month. To receive a call as such today was shocking. I plan on making the normal payment of $ XXXX on Wednesday for XXXX paymentbelieving that XXXX was deferred. On one occasion, some months ago, your company called me about payment and the payment was in their system. The customer service representative apologized and I called and left a message; however, no one ever called me back to say I am sorry. I enjoyed the company that I originally financed the car with until your company, Innovative, bought that company out and my how much of a difference it really is. Innovate Loan Servicing is reporting false information to XXXX reporting. On XX/XX/XXXX, I opened a CFPB complaint ( XXXX ) with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They got back to me and told me that reporting is done by Innovative and that this would stop being reported and removed from my credit due to the other companies faults. On XX/XX/XXXX, 1 : Innovate removed on account that had a collection fee but there is another that shows a repossession which the vehicle never was. They removed an existing account and left the one with false information and bad remarks open which affects my credit score. 2 : it shows that there were late payments which XXXX auto finance 's complaint addressed for problems 1 and 2. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I have received nothing from Innovate Loan Servicing after contacting them via phone time and time again. Please see the notes below. XX/XX/XXXX - Spoke to Customer Service Agent XXXX, where I was disconnected. Called and spoke to XXXX who confirmed account information about XXXX report that went out XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX stated that she would ask Customer Service to send me a copy of the letter sent to XXXX so I could send it to my lender. Called back later that day and spoke to XXXX who also " asked for an expedite '' of the letter. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX and they said that they updated per what was sent to them. Note they changed it to a repossession, which it never was and also kept reporting on it after they said they would have it removed not only on XX/XX/XXXX in their XXXX response but also what I was told is in their notes. There are derogatory comments that are bringing my credit score down and impeding on closing my mortgage loan ( transunion file # : XXXX ). I received paperwork of a new acct that they opened On XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke to XXXX who stated that in the file, it says they asked XXXX to remove it. I asked for a copy of what was sent or a confirmation to provide to my lender. She referred me to speak to XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX, who I have received a call from XXXX XXXX ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) but no paperwork yet. This is still being reported to XXXX at this time. XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke to XXXX who mentioned XXXX XXXX is out and I needed to speak to XXXX XXXX. He has not yet returned the call, emailed or any communication whatsoever so I shall stop by in person since his phone and email are apparently not working. Was told that they do not see customers in person at their location : ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX ). Furthermore, on the drive back I attempted to reach them again and left a voicemail for XXXX XXXX as XXXX XXXX was out. I called back to see if I could speak to the other manager ( referred to as XXXX ) and I was hung up on. I also called XXXX to see if the reporting had been removed and they stated " 1 account was removed and the other one that had been open since XXXX that shows late payments '' is still open. How can that be possible if this account was not with them until circa XXXX? There has been a pending dispute since XX/XX/XXXX which I opened after not seeing the incorrect changes to the account. The agreement to remove all these accounts reporting and to stop them can be seen from the XXXX attached with their response, the CFPB complaint attached where they were contacted and per verbal confirmation from their own Customer Service Agents. Please see below that they were notified of the past complaints by original creditor ( also attached in the documents ). My complaint starts with Innovate Auto Finance. Last XX/XX/XXXXmy auto loan was still with XXXX XXXX and unbeknownst to me they sold it to IAF. From the get go I have had issues with this company. When I would make a payment using my card, I would get calls stating that I still owe them that months payment. What had happened is that they never linked my account to the card I was given from the previous company ( as I still thought that my auto loan was still held with XXXX XXXX ). This happened several times until finally I was speaking with a representative that I paid this way and they told me that I was able to pay online. Easy problem solved. Then came XX/XX/XXXXof 2018, my vehicle registration became due and I never received a letter from the DMV stating this. I was unsure as to what was going on so I contacted the DMV, contacted IAF, each company blaming the other. I was told by the loan company that the loan company hadnt sent a letter of proof to DMV until XX/XX/2018. Which is already past my registration due date, though the DMV stated that they never received this very important document. Putting me in limbo again. I was also told by the loan company that I needed to pay a fee with the DMV before they could resend a letter. I contacted the DMV and they stated that this was not true. This constant back and forth with this company was almost daily, as I would have to use my 30 min lunch break not to eat rather using it to try to get to the bottom of this issue. On Friday XX/XX/2018 I spoke with XXXX and XXXX from the IAF, who assured me that if I email her was is needed and how to get in touch with the DMV, she would send a notarized and certified letter and this should be lifted no later than Monday XX/XX/2018 or Tuesday XX/XX/2018. I called back IAF on XX/XX/2018 and spoke with XXXX. I asked if I could get the tracking number for the letter. XXXX stated that there was no tracking number ( was not sent certified ) and that there was a letter that had only been sent XX/XX/2018. I was then transferred to a manager, XXXX, she assured me that once the letter is received that everything would be good to go regarding receiving my registration. I waited a couple days then, optimistically I checked the DMV website to see if I could access the registration online. It was giving me the same message as before, that there is paperwork needed from the lien holder ( loan company ). I thought that was odd and decided that maybe it needed to be updated. I went into the DMV on a Friday I had off and spent 4 hours there just for the lady to tell me that the XXXX location nor the XXXX location had seen anything for me from IAF. I asked what it is exactly that this company needed to do, I was told the same exact thing again, have proof sent from the loan company that they are now in fact the new lien holder, the same thing that I had been telling the loan company all along. I also asked if I had any outstanding fees with the DMV ( besides the late fee for the registration ) and the lady said no. I was able to pay the late fees and regular fee for a temporary tag that has since expired at the end of XX/XX/XXXX. Since XX/XX/XXXX, I have exchanged over 50 emails with the loan company promising that they have my forms and continues to apologize that this is so delayed and that if I also submit a receipt showing that I paid the late fee, I will be reimbursed. I ask where my registration is and I typically dont get a response for several weeks to a month. I find that way to conduct business highly unacceptable. Then I got an email asking what forms exactly are needed, this is all on the same email thread stating that they have the forms needed. Then on Friday XX/XX/2018 I spoke with XXXX who then transferred me over to XXXX XXXX. She continued to state that she is the VP of the loan department and that she has no idea what is going on and that I need to send her exactly what it is that is needed for the DMV. As a loan company who deals with customers around the country, it is not my job to know what is needed, I believe that would be hers. She was beyond rude, cutting me off when speaking, accusing me of yelling at her when she was the one who was raising her voice to try and speak over me, she was condescending and hung up the phone on me. Leaving me again in limbo regarding the state of getting my registration. With her being a VP for this company I would expect professionalism and amazing customer service. That I did not get. Though the way this company seems to run, Im not surprised because they have a terrible work ethic and treat customers like they are beneath them. We the customer and consumer are the reason why she has a job. I also made my last payment to pay off the loan and the car and the company has yet to send me my title as I now own the car.

Innovate XXXX XXXX stated their company did not have the contracts and was not in position to accommodate. However Innovate XXXX XXXX withdrew funds ( {$190.00} ) from my account. XXXX XXXX, XXXX. ( Now, I wonder if the XXXX XXXX is a flood car. XXXX. I noticed indentations on both side of the hood of the vehicle. As if the vehicle was lifted up by a huge clamp on both the sides of the hood of the vehicle. ) The services which accompanied the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has became non-existent. Additionally Innovate XXXX XXXX withdrew an unauthorized {$80.00} cash from my credit card account. Cash. Not from a debit account. Cash from my credit card account. The bank reported the transaction as fraudulent. The charges have been reversed. My concern now relates to retaliation. XXXX XXXX XXXX can confiscate the vehicle along with my personal belongings ( Video equipment, tripods etcetera. ) in it ( as abandon ), in the middle of the night or day and make me continue to make weekly payments. I refinanced two vehicles under one company XXXX Innovative Loan Servicing Company ) in XX/XX/XXXX. This company that I choose from online to help refinance my two vehicles ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, and my XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The company placed both vehicles under two separate accounts. XXXX XXXX XXXX : Account # XXXX * XXXX XXXX XXXX : Account # XXXX. Both vehicles were being paid as agreed. Then I decided to sell my XXXX XXXX back to the ( XXXX XXXX Dealership ). The problem occurred with XXXXnnovative Loan Servicing Company was when it was time to reach them on the affairs of selling my vehicle. I came to see that their company was very horrible to deal with and they lacked the customer service/ services. I had to speak to several individuals including emailing them a couple of times in request for a payoff amount. Finally, after 4 days of trying to reach someone with their company to help me obtain a payoff amount as of XX/XX/XXXX. I was then able to conduct business with the dealership. The payoff amount {$38000.00}. The dealership offered to buy my vehicle for {$29000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I withdrew {$9000.00} and gave to the dealership the casher check of the amount withdraw. The dealership submitted that money over to Innovative Loan Servicing Company the same day. 20 Days later : I discovered several inaccurate information on my credit report from Innovative Loan Servicing Company. I immediately wrote and contacted the company. The company said I owed {$130.00} more dollars which they claimed that the payoff was only good for XX/XX/XXXX. At the time I didn't think much of it, so I paid {$130.00} on XX/XX/XXXX after speaking with the companies representative. On XX/XX/XXXX, I begin to look over all my Finances for the last 6 month. I discovered that the company Innovative Loan Servicing Company is charging me another {$730.00}. This raised my awareness so I looked back at all my information and discovered that the payoff amount was good for 10 days, and I paid an additional {$130.00} which brought the total amount paid {$38000.00}. Now they requesting an additional {$730.00}. This is very alarming! Not only did they scam me for an extra {$130.00} they want more money after this vehicle was sold. This company has shown so many unethical practices and now including fraudulent activities. I have been trying to reach this company by phone, and email. No one is answering, nor responding. I'm really asking CFPB to looking into this company because there is some fraudulent activity going on. I am very upset that companies are allowed to harm people 's credit without sending out legal documents to reflect there information. Plus, scamming consumers for money. This company not only owe me in return {$130.00}, now they're scamming me to pay {$730.00}. Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to file a claim against Innovate Loan Servicing Corporation, also known as Innovate Auto Finance, for their failure to report my auto loan to the credit bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX, I took out an auto loan for {$34000.00} to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, with an annual percentage rate of 20 %. Since then, I have made on-time monthly payments of {$830.00} through the platform ils.theinnovatecompanies.com. However, when I attempted to refinance my auto loan with a different company in the first week of XX/XX/XXXX, I was informed that my auto loan did not appear in my credit report. Upon checking my XXXX XXXX account, I discovered that Loan Servicing Corporation had not reported my auto loan to any of the three credit bureaus - XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX. I contacted the company on XX/XX/XXXX, and spoke to XXXX XXXX, who assured me that they would send emails to the credit bureaus to rectify the situation, and that they would call me back in two days. After a week passed without any communication, I called Loan Servicing Corporation again and spoke to XXXX XXXX, who provided me with the same response. She told me that the company would call me back, but they never did. As a result, I continued to lose money as I could not refinance my auto loan with a better interest rate. I called Loan Servicing Corporation again on XX/XX/XXXX, and spoke to XXXX XXXX, who informed me that the company had already sent emails to the credit bureaus. However, when I contacted XXXX and XXXX, they confirmed that they had not received anything. After speaking with XXXX XXXX, I requested to speak with his supervisor, but he refused to connect me. I called Loan Servicing Corporation again on XX/XX/XXXX, and spoke to XXXX XXXX, who provided me with the same information that they would contact their supervisor to resolve my situation. On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a claim with the XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they tried to reach the company in several occasions, with no success. I am frustrated with Loan Servicing Corporation 's lack of responsibility and inability to resolve a simple issue. It is their responsibility to report my loan to the credit bureaus and follow the law, so I can refinance my car with a different company. I called XXXX again, and they opened a case number XXXX so that Loan Servicing Corporation could send my loan information via fax to resolve my situation. I have made multiple attempts to contact Loan Servicing Corporation, and I am no closer to resolving this issue. I feel as though they are mocking me and disregarding my situation. Back in XX/XX/XXXX I refinanced my used vehicle XXXX XXXX XXXX. My previous lender was XXXX XXXX XXXX. New lender was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Literally the same day I signed the contract I received notification from XXXX that my loan is being assigned, sold or transferred from XXXX to XXXX XXXX with servicing to be provided on their behalf by Innovate Loan Servicing Corp. ( with the same terms and conditions ). Beginning XX/XX/XXXX I started making payments to XXXX XXXX. I have made total payments in the amount of {$3500.00} ending in beginning of XX/XX/XXXX when I again refinanced my car to XXXX XXXX XXXX. The reason I decided to refinance was to lower XXXX more than with XXXX, where it was about 1 % down - now my XXXX was decreased from almost XXXX to 6.49 % XXXX. Just paying your attention for one detail : when refinanced with XXXX they put my employment as XXXX XXXX with unknown company despite I put XXXX ( XXXX and XXXX ) in application as my primary and only source of income. When switching to new ( latest ) lienholder from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loan was funded by XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX paid to first XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) when I refinanced {$25000.00} ( payoff amount ) When refinanced with XXXX - they paid {$24000.00} to Innovate. My total loan balance decreased for less than {$1000.00} despite I paid to Innovate ( XXXX ) {$3500.00} for the period of 7 months with simple interest rate of 10.98 %. I suspect I have had usury loan from XXXX ( Innovate ) with hidden fees and charges. I also had GAP Contract with XXXX ( Innovate ) that must be cancelled when refinanced. And now I have new GAP Contract with new lender XXXX. I have contacted multiple times with Innovate ( XXXX ) recently by email ( messages ) and by calling them regarding getting refund for cancelled GAP. Regarding GAP refund I was told by GAP company ( https : XXXX ) I need to contact seller, i.e.Innovate. When reached GAP by phone they confirmed my GAP contract # and was then told I have to call them different time about refund cause they are not available. It's like the circle ... completed... When I asked Innovate ( by phone ) about loan charges they responded like refinance loans always work this way - more money goes to interest. Was it like I wasted my money paying off the loan that after 7 months of payments I owe almost same amount when car value drops much faster?! Also I want to add that as for today as seen from XXXX payment page it still shows my next payment due is on XXXX, despite loan was refinanced and they received payoff payment from XXXX on XXXX.

My husband and I decided to go get a car in XXXX XXXX. We were approved for a loan with a lender by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. We received our car and have been paying our car note ahead of time every month. At least 5 days before its due. In XXXX like every other month, I made a payment on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I paid on XXXX online payment center and received a confirmation email that the payment was successful. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I received a call from XXXX stating that they are now my new lenders. Innovate loan company has been calling me numerous times out of the week and I have constantly told them that I have already made the payment. I offered to send in a copy of my bank statement and also the confirmation email that I received. They advised me that it would not be necessary. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX after being told that they still have not received the payment I contacted XXXX personally and spoke to XXXX XXXX to check on the status. XXXX informed me that they have already sent the payment electronically and no one from Innovate Loans has reached out to them. I then contacted Innovate Loans back and spoke to XXXX and offered her a contact number and a contact name. She advised me that they are unable to make third party calls. I asked her if they do n't receive my payment in 30 days what would be the outcome of my account. She advised me that they would report to the credit bureaus that I am delinquent. That would be incorrect information. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. She transferred me to a supervisor, XXXX voicemail. I have called back twice a day and now only being transferred back to XXXX voicemail. I have not received a call back with a resolution or even options. I should not be held responsible for something I was not even aware of. Now my loan, car, and credit is at jeopardy. My next payment is due XXXX XXXX. I have looked for a corporate number and have been unsuccessful. The agents are very rude and very unhelpful. I will attach my bank statement and email confirmation to show that the payment was made. I had a XXXX with a company named XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX which dissolved and transferred to a company called innovative Loan Servicing. i received a letter on XXXX XXXX that the loan would transfer and XXXX would be the last month that my payment could be made and beginning XXXX i would be making my payments to Innovative Loan servicing. I refinanced my vehicle back in XX/XX/XXXX with this company and since then they have never reported to the credit bureaus. I called them back in XX/XX/XXXX and they said that they had just migrated to a new system and were trying to get accurate data and they would report to the credit bureaus within the following 6months from the date of my complaint. 1 year down the line and that has never happened. I contacted CFPB for assistance about 10 months ago and the company gave the same response but nothing has been reported. I called their customer care number in XX/XX/XXXX and the agent gave me the same response. I pressed him that that's the same info given to me almost 2yrs ago and he said that's all the response they have from the company. Come to find out that the company doesn't have an actual customer service department, but they have outsourced the service. They don't even have a physical address, just a XXXX XXXX XXXX which they don't even reply to letters when written to. This seems all sketchy and i'd greatly appreciate your assistance. I origonally leased a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. My lease agreement states that the company is responsible for maintenance on the vehicle up until 90,000 miles are on the vehicle. I am writing because I wrote a while back that this company was trying to charge me an additional XXXX on a loan that was supposed to be over in XX/XX/XXXX of this year. Even if that was the case there is no way that from XX/XX/XXXX to now I accrued XXXX in interest. There is no way interest jumped up that high. My original loan terms was that it would be over in XX/XX/2020. Instead of the XXXX for the car that I was told I was to pay ... now I would have paid over XXXX dollars for a XXXX car. The dealer that sold me the car said the paperwork was damaged in a flood.this company really needs to be investigated for their fraudulent billing practices. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an alert that I had a new hard inquiry on my report, but knew that I hadn't applied for a loan or new line of credit. When I looked at my report, it appeared that Innovate Loan Servicing had made a hard inquiry. I had never directly applied for a loan with them, but in XXXX of 2020, when applying for financing for a car, XXXX XXXX apparently shopped my info out to them. My Innovate loan is NOT reporting my current auto payments to the credit bureaus accurately they have my current monthly payment listed as {$390.00} a month its actually {$360.00}. They just updated my credit report to ONLY reflect the month of XX/XX/XXXX but made it seem like i made a {$500.00} payment only. I have made I have paid XXXX. + plus some bogus fee for them to take my payments every 2 weeks. So far I have paid a total {$1000.00}. Back during hurricane Irma in XX/XX/XXXX, My job was closed for 2 months due to damage, XXXX XXXX offered me 3 month deferment on my car loan, once we got to the end of the loan, which was suppose to end XX/XX/XXXX but extended to XX/XX/XXXX due to the deferments. We just received a bill stating that we have not paid them in four months ( false ). We have been paying our agreed loan payments, and we have also notified them when we have had to make repairs ( for example : replace steering column ( purchased for {$85.00} at salvage yard. I had a loan with another company. The company sold the loan innovative. Innovate forced me to pay the loan every two weeks on my pay day. They never allowed me to pay monthly and they charged me the highest interest rate. My credit score was XXXX and I didn't understand why. I was able to refinance the car for only 5 % I've been trying to get the title released and the representatives took over 2 months. The bank has called and my wife. In XXXX of this year, I refinanced my car loan and Innovate Loan Servicing was paid in full. I took the necessary steps to get the refund of the Gap Insurance and a Protection policy. I was informed that the Gap Refund check was sent on XX/XX/XXXX and the Protection check was sent on XXXX to Innovate. I paid my loan off on XX/XX/XXXX, and had auto pay set up. They autopay did not cancel as it should have after the loan was paid in full. The company refuses to provide a loan payoff amount to myself or the loan refinancing company. Theyve claimed their system has been down for 2 weeks and are unable to provide any account information.
