XXXX a debt collector attorney purchased a Charge off from XXXX XXXX and then Fraudulently filed a Judgement against me XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, using XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to be named as Plaintiff. I XXXX XXXX was never informed or served notice to attend Court. The account was reported delinquent in XXXX XXXX and The Vehicle was repossessed and returned in XXXX. Upon numerous attempts in contacting XXXX XXXX I am told that that XXXX has no Judgement filed against me. As of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX submitted a letter by mail to me stating that XXXX does not " report '' judgements and to contact the debt collector. How can XXXX be listed as a Plaintiff '' if XXXX does not report Judgements? As a Texas resident Statute of Limitations on Auto contracts is 4 years
