As a condition precedent to violating my right to privacy, Inflection Risk Solutions , LLC, ( 'Inflection ' ) a consumer reporting agency per 15 USC 1681a ( f ) was to take proper procedures in ensuring it is reporting accurate information about consumers. As a debt collector per 15 USC 1692a6 in its conduct to conspire with XXXX XXXX XXXX to suspend my consumer account, it failed in its commercial obligation to protect the consumer. Absent a court judgment or without my prior written consent to use my nonpublic, personal property Inflection stole my personal property & used it for what I believe was profit, trade or gain of which I received no benefit nor knew about. By Inflection taking an adverse action against me, it caused me harm that violated my right to privacy, reported that I was a criminal & was the main source of my XXXX account being suspended leaving my family & I stranded for days, being inconvenienced in having to pay out more money to retain a place to live! In violation of 15 USC 1681a2, without first contacting me to verify if information it reported was mine or not, Inflection took the law into its own hands & took an adverse action against me, even though the information it reported was not mine! I do not take this crime lightly! I do not believe a company should be allowed in business causing harm to consumers that is not ethical, moral, legal or lawful! Nowhere in the FCRA or FDCPA is Inflection 's behavior authorized. The matter is not about confirming if a record is accurate or not. The violation occurred when I, a consumer was harmed by a third party debt collector intervening in my " private '' affairs that caused harm to me & my family. Where have I given consent for Infection to use my trademarked information in the 1st place? Can it provide my written consent to the CFPB? This is identity theft and unauthorized use by Inflection. What is Inflection 's claim of permissible purpose as I did not apply for any service, employment, etc., with them? What business is it of Inflection to intervene in my private matters & then profit for reporting misinformation that caused a harm to us? What model did Inflection use to make a legal determination about me? I believe Inflection discriminated against me when it used personal information to report negative and erroneous information it presumed was mine.

After booking a stay on XXXX and submitting my Drivers License for verification Inflection Risk Solutions performed a background check ( I had no knowledge of this being done ) this may be in XXXX terms of service when you click you agree. The dispute was initiated after XXXX cancelled my booking due to the erroneous case XXXX that I have reported to the CFPB several times on other background check companies that have incorrectly reported the reversed and dismissed case by the XXXX district appellate court of Illinois under order XXXX XXXX The XXXX are of no consequence no law saying a XXXX prevents you from paying for an XXXX. Instructions to contact XXXX lead supervisor at XXXX XXXX clerks office were given ( this is a step Inflection Risk Solutions did not even take or they would have known the case was Reversed and the " In Custody '' was erroneous ) and she keeps a record of the companies that reach out after they have been provided the accurate information per the Clerks office, NOT XXXX SEARCHES!

There is another womans information coming up for employers and other companies that use this service, telling them that I have a criminal record, but I Do not. Ive never been arrested or put into handcuffs or even been convicted of a crime.
I have a letter from the local sheriffs department showing that I have a clean record, and Im willing to share addresses, my ssn, and anything else I have to to get this report fixed. It is ruining my life, Ive been denied jobs without a second thought from them, Ive been denied air bnbs, and credit cards and even housing due to this other persons information and I cant handle the stress anymore. Its causing me a great amount of grief and stress, I cried all morning because our vacation is ruined because of this incorrect report you gave to air bnb.
Please tell me what else, other then this letter from the sheriffs department, that I can send to help prove Im not this other person and to help Separate myself from this other person.

I had an employer run a background check on me and the results came back as " The social Security Number is valid.
