I took out a loan for XXXX $ in XXXX and by XXXX they hit my account for {$420.00} then I made a payment in XXXX of XXXX $ come XXXX first they hit my account for another {$380.00} which the original loan States I would pay back {$1200.00} total with interest. According to my records I have paid {$920.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. I have been receiving phone calls 4 times a day asking for another {$1000.00} in payments. I explained to them I wanted them to contact me via mail and no more phone calls or hitting my bank. they told me that this was not a law and the phone calls would continue I explained it was harassment.

Today on XX/XX/19 I was contacted by a loan company I never applied for. They knew all of my information prior so I assumed they were a legit lender that was in business with a company I had shared my information with. They deposited money in my account and I withdrew it and paid for gift cards that I had sent to him via phone pictures. It didnt hit me until he said Id not get my loan if I didnt do it again. I hung up and immediately called my bank. Its my fault legally and now being a XXXX year old thats only trying to build my credit the right way, Im going to lose XXXX dollars of my money this paycheck.

I continue to get more than 3 calls a day from their office trying to collect the debt. They continue to call and purposely irritate me on the phone.
Told me Maybe, you should pay your bill, without asking if I was the person they were calling for!
