Been a customer for almost 2 years. Had a replacement card stolen and used and haven't been able to get credited for the amount that was stolen. Heres the summary : XXXX - I was notified of the requirement to get a new debit card. I didn't request it, but was told it had to be done because they were upgrading their systems. XX/XX/XXXX - Card was delivered. I got notifications to activate the new card. I didn't activate it because I had not retrieved it out of the mailbox yet. XXXX - Card was Stolen out of my mailbox before I could retrieve it. I have XXXX XXXX footage of this. XX/XX/XXXX - Card was used by thief XXXX - I disputed the transaction and requested to have the card canceled immediately via email - the only way to get in touch with Found at night. XX/XX/XXXX - Card was used by thief about 25 more times for a total of ~ {$3000.00} XXXX - Chatted with Found support to cancel the card. The support rep admitted that there was no way for me to cancel the card myself, because I did not go through the " activation process. '' Attached is part of the chat that shows the card wasn't activated. XX/XX/XXXX - Reported all fraudulent transactions. 27 business days with no update or provisional credit applied. ( Well beyond Reg E requirement. ) XXXX - Was informed that only some fraudulent transactions would be credited, but not the other ~ {$2300.00}. I tried to speak to somebody who could help, but the support reps wouldn't allow me to speak to anybody in the Risk department about the transactions. Over the phone, the rep did confirm that debit cards are sent in the mail already activated and available for use even though all messaging indicated that it would have to be activated prior to being used. I was told I would receive a call back from a supervisor who might be able to help. XXXX - Asked for more information/details; requested to speak with somebody countless times with slow/no response XXXX - Email response from a rep indicating that I was responsible for the charges because I didn't keep account details/PIN secure, but no details about this. XXXX - Sent email with mention of Reg E non-compliance with XXXX copied XXXX - No update or resolution communicated

My retirement check for {$3400.00} was deposited to my Found checking account on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. Immediately, the bank froze my account for suspicious activity. I sent several emails about this, begging the bank to lift the freeze. This bank has no phone support on the weekend, which is ridiculous. Finally on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, they lifted the freeze. Within a very short time of the freeze being lifted, transactions were made with my account to merchants in XXXX and XXXX. These transactions did not go through and were canceled or declined. However, several large transactions ( {$910.00} -- three of them ) occurred the next morning for a merchant in XXXX called XXXX. I immediately contacted the bank and disputed the charges. I asked why the charges for XXXX and XXXX were declined or canceled but the charges for XXXX went through. The rep stated that the system must have detected suspicious activity with them. After waiting the 10 days for a decision on my dispute, they simply emailed me and told me my dispute was being denied because I am responsible for keeping my account credentials safe. Upon doing further research online for this bank ( XXXX, XXXX, etc. ) I find that this is their standard operating procedure, to deny disputes and put the onus back on the account holder. I informed them that someone got into my account, unlocked my card, and made these fraudulent transactions. It did not seem to matter what I said, they just put the blame back on me. If a bank is FDIC insured, I don't understand how or why they can deny this dispute. I'm not in XXXX. I have no reason to purchase something from a merchant in XXXX, especially for such large amounts! I explained all this to them. For the reviews online, Found provides the same canned responses and blames the account holder for not keeping their account secure, so I am not the only one dealing with this type of matter. This is appalling and can destroy someone's life. I also don't understand why their system would deny the transactions for XXXX and XXXX but then allow the three to go through for XXXX. I think this is an error on their end.

I have a dispute with my online banking account FOUND they are denying my disputed claim of {$1200.00} and it's is their fault that my money was taken.so the end of XXXX XXXX a few transactions to the time of {$600.00} that I didn't make and I had no idea what they were XXXX tried to contact the merchants to see what these charges were for, no luck so I filed a dispute with FOUND telling them that {$600.00} had been stolen or used on my card or account without my permission and I opened a dispute well I thought I did about 2 days later I received an email that made me check my found account and more money has been taken now there has been {$1200.00} stolen from my account and I had to stay on chat and make sure they opened a dispute and secured my money well I was never offered provisional credit and I kept trying to get a hold of a supervisor atter nearlt 25 business days hhas past and no response from my bank so I'm messaging repeatedly and to only geta response back the they would not be honoring my dispute because I failed to keep my account safe how is that possible I took every single precaution that was available to me and I notified the correct parties about the unauthorized activity and I did everything within my power to ensure my moneys safety and for found to blame me for it just infuriated me Because I had to them that money was gone and they let more of my money get taken it stolen after I made them aware that I did not know what those merchants were I did not make those purchases they still after that allowed the same merchant to steal more money from me please help me get my money back

ATM charged my XXXX but didn't give me any money on XX/XX/XXXX I believe. The clerk at store told me it would go back to my account in 12-24 hours and NEVER DID. filed a dispute with my bank ( Found Bank ). Took them several days to respond. They tell me the won't even acknowledge or begin an investigation until i first contact the merchant to resolve the error and then give them ( found bank ) proof I had done do. THIS IS ILLEGAL. REGULATIONS SAY THEY CAN NOT REQUIRE CUSTOMERS DO THIS. I had already done it anyway but that's irrelevant it's still illegal. The the tell my they don't give out provisional credit. But then say if the ATM operator doesn't respond after 30 days they will. AGAIN ILLEGAL. THE LAW SAYS AFTER 10 DAYS THEY MUST PROVISIONALLY CREDIT THE AMOUNT DISPUTED IF THEY STILL REQUIRE MORE TIME TO COMPLETE THEIR INVESTIGATION. I NEED THE MONEY BACK THAT WAS STOLEN BY THE ATM. I HAD TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY RENT TO PAY MY CAR, AND THEN INCUR LATE FEES COMING UP WITH THE {$200.00} I WAS THEN SHORT FOR RENT. THIS IS BS. ILLEGAL. AND I WANT THEM PUT IN THEIR PLACE. IF THEY ARENT GOING TO FOLLOW THE LAW CLOSE THEM DOWN. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. I AM SUFFERING ADDITINAL FINANCIAL HARM BECAUSE OF THEIR REFUSAL TO FOLLOW CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS

Someone stole my card information. I transfered money to XXXX XXXX. I then transfered XXXX back to the bank. Within minutes I got notifications that all my money was again transferred to XXXX XXXX. I contacted the bank ( found ) they said to contact XXXX XXXX and they would contact me to file dispute. They did nothing to help. I contacted XXXX XXXX same result. Told to contact bank. I filed the dispute form and after the period expired to get the money back temporarily had passed I asked about it. They said no unauthorized transaction occurred. And nothing I could do. The thief created a XXXX XXXX with My name on it. Which XXXX XXXX doesn't verify you unless you request their debit card. It wasn't an account ID ever used to transfer or send money too. I begged them to reverse the transaction since it was within seconds and they wouldn't

On XX/XX/ I made XXXX debit transactions and accessed my Found Banking app to check my balance. My account was then frozen for unusual activity. The debit charges were for {$43.00} and {$10.00}. I have routinely used this account in this manner. The application wants me to verify my identity and I can not get the app to work with my device. This is my business account and I do not have access to my funds despite sending the requested documents as attachments to the representative via email. It takes hours to days to get a response and they had no one to assist me over the weekend. At this time they are refusing me access to my account thus freezing the commerce of my small business. I can forward the email thread at your direction to give you a clear understanding of the conversation, dates and times.

I use my car and ATM and the ATM did not dispense any money and did not show that my card had been debited. I did not look at the receipt I did not think that it had debited my account, but when I noticed that it did I contacted My financial institution Immediately and they told me to fill out the paperwork and I did and that was XXXX days ago and they told me today that they were not going to issue me a provisional credit for my lost And I just now seeing that my furniture institution on the very same day that I disputed the transaction they announce that they credit my account, but there was no credit when I looked in there, so I guess they took the provisional credit away. I dont know what happened, but I have proof of the message.

On XX/XX/2023 my lawyer did a money transfer for a settlement that I won from an XXXX XXXX XXXX case and they had it transferred to my found account and found froze my account because they said of initial activity even though I've had a chance for my lawyer before they still chose to freeze my account I've since then have provided my ID front and back and any other verification that they have asked for and they still have not and froze my account I need my funds as soon as possible

XX/XX/ FOUND BUSINESS BANKING WAS BREACHED XXXX XXXX taken and they will not cover or investigate the charge. They said they have a no investigation no refund on unauthorized purchases policy. Found Business Banking Is not to be trusted. And should not be able to have services. As their clients arent protected against breaches and cybersecurity and unauthorized transactions.
