My wife and I applied for a HELOC from XXXX XXXX bank located at XXXX XXXX XXXX Hyannis, MA XXXX, originally on XX/XX/XXXX and were guided through the process by Branch XXXX XXXX XXXX. Our credit scores were XXXX and XXXX and we were asking for {$200000.00}. revolving credit line on a home we purchased XX/XX/XXXX for {$250000.00}. and subsequently paid off on XXXX using proceeds from our day trading self employment income from home. While my wifes credit history is thin, mine is thick, lengthy and I am reported to having an exceptional payment history, no late payments, no bankruptcies or repossessions. We reported to the bank in writing at the time of the application that we had gutted the old house and the roof, siding, trim, garage door, all windows and doors were replaced new, as well as all new appliances, and much more. The home improvements were completed from our own funds from working and were told that the bank itself would appraise the house for us to get the adjusted valuation, as home values had since risen substantially. The real estate " comps '' comparisons in our neighborhood averaged $ 430K - $ 450K. We reported that the HELOC was to complete the home renovations and rent the property and buy a second home. The 2021 year to date income at the time of the application was {$540000.00}, proven by cash transfers from our brokerage accounts direct to our banks from which we pay our bills. Through the lending process we were continuing to receive requests for additional documentation including two years worth of bank statements, two years worth of five different brokerage house statements, XXXX IRA statements, XXXX IRA statements for both spouses, XXXX IRA statements, XXXX XXXX brokerage statements, over ten years old divorce decree, child support determination judgment subsequent to the XXXX divorce decree, homeowners insurance policy, 3 years individual tax returns, real estate tax bill, preliminary real estate tax bill, copy of the notarized quit claim deed for the house, additional identification documents including United States XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Adjustment of Status Approval notice for immediate relative of a US citizen, Permanent Resident Card, pay stubs from the XXXX XXXX we opened in XXXX with no debt, and funded with our own trading proceeds of {$420000.00} from our individual brokerage accounts. So there was no confusion on the sources of our income and assets, aside from the thousands, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX pages of supportive documentation, a partial list above, we also drafted several statements for the bank to accompany the requested documents of which a few I will quote for you here : Income : Our income is derived from our securities trading which we execute from home, for ourselves exclusively, being employed or obligated to no persons or entities. Our capital is our own and we do not trade securities on others behalf, except for the custodial accounts we set up to assist our childrens college degree pursuits. The XXXX file named { XXXX XXXX XXXX Months Deposits From Trading Income } calculated on the associated XXXX file attached at the end of the same file reveals the {$180000.00} trading income deposited to the Bank of XXXX Individual Checking Account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX While the same file calculates the deposits from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX to be {$74000.00}. These amounts are additionally proved by the bank statements which we have provided for you for a complete XXXX year period. The income of profits from trading securities that were deposited into our XXXX XXXXndividual Checking Account ending in # XXXX for the year to date XXXX is calculated on the XXXX file converted to XXXX named { XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Income Deposits } and is calculated for you for the amount of {$350000.00}. Unfortunately XXXX Banks system does not allow us to isolate deposits only and will not do the XXXX, but XXXX months only. The deposits are proved again here by two years worth of bank statements. Additionally, we have begun to invest in crypto currencies and understand the nuances of and dynamics of the deflationary currencies which we believe our country is woefully behind in understanding and regulating ; hence the XXXX hearing just yesterday on crypto currencies. We can not provide you with statements as we do not hold our crypto in brokerages, except XXXX. For your review, I have provided the current screenshots of our holdings in our crypto wallets as of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( See : PDF File named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has but one president, myself, while my wife, who is not a fully naturalized citizen, is an employee of the corporation. As the XXXX XXXX had no business in XXXX and the s-election became effective XX/XX/XXXX, we began to sell securities in our personal accounts and fund the company ourselves from our profits. Our paid in capital to date is approximately {$420000.00}. We have just begun to cut payroll checks on XX/XX/XXXX and will cut the larger ones to cover our XXXX XXXX IRA XXXX XXXX IRA retirement contributions ( per IRS regulations ) probably the third week in XXXX, as the markets are in the tax-loss sell off downturn and naturally wed like to minimize and liquidation simply for payroll. We have an abundance of profits from our individual accounts to pull from as well. Hence, we would like to have access to extra capital this year end to take advantage of the opportunities both in the market and in a rental property. At the time of the application my wife had {$6000.00} in wages and myself {$7000.00}, as we had just begun to run payroll through the company. Naturally, we could have taken half of the {$420000.00}. we deposited into the new business as paid in capital to the corporation and still had the other half for payroll. There are additional statements we gave to the bank for explanatory purposes as well. At the time of the application my wife and I had an approximate capital value in our trading accounts of over {$350000.00} for which we use to day trade daily. This money is key to our continued income, so we can not afford to use it to buy a house. Additionally the Corporation we began on XX/XX/XXXX had a value of XXXX on the XX/XX/XXXX statement as well as a XXXX IRA worth XXXX, a XXXX IRA worth XXXX and a Traditional IRA worth XXXX. At the end of the application process we received letters from the bank denying us the HELOC with the rationale that : ( 1 ) Income was insufficient for the amount of credit requested. ( 2 ) Length of employment. On XX/XX/XXXX we followed up with Vice President XXXX XXXX, Senior Loan XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, for XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, speaking with her for approximately twenty minutes asking and answering questions trying to understand the basis for denial. Naturally, she was a bit subjective towards the banks decision, but we had not called to change the decision, but to better understand. XXXX XXXX stated that she would look into it and get back to us. As of the date of this writing, we have not received any correspondence or follow up from either XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX regarding this inquiry. My wife and I spent tens upon tens of hours compiling and preparing all of these documents and we feel that we at least could have received a truthful answer. It baffles me that insufficient income and length of employment could be plausible causes for denial, unless the only income utilized to arrive at that reasoning would be the XXXX income year to date income, which we explained were the beginning payroll for the XXXX XXXX XXXX As a matter of fact, I ended the year with {$29000.00} in wages, of which I opened an Individual XXXX and deposited {$26000.00}. for an employee elective deferral and an additional {$4300.00} company match. There are a few details about the application process that raise red flags that we feel that should not be overlooked. ( 1 ) In additional to the former insufficient income disproof, there are the XXXX pages of additional required documents. Sixty percent of these pages were brokerage trading account activity and retirement accounts activity ; completely useless for your argument of insufficient XXXX income. ( 2 ) Length of Employment bears no reasoning here as we have been self employed, securities trading from home for years. That is how we paid off our {$250000.00}. house in three years, while investing an additional {$100000.00} into it with our own trading income. In an e-mail dated XX/XX/XXXX we were specifically asked to supply, Two ( 2 ) years personal federal tax returns with all supporting schedules for evidence of self-employment and/or rental income. ( 3 ) My wife and I believe that her appearance at the bank had a decisive effect upon the decision, being that she is a recent immigrant from XXXX, and I am also XXXXAmerican. Because of the demands of the required documentation, it was improbable to upload all of the files to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, simply because it has a low fifty megabyte maximum threshold. We thought it wise to condense the files to a thumb drive and transfer the data more efficiently, as there were over 144 separate files. My wife XXXX met XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at the bank to do so, but it was stated that thumb drives can not be used to transfer data to the bank. Or perhaps redlining is still used in the banking industry today. Depressing at best, because one of the main drivers we have to rent this property and buy another to live in is the eight months of harassment we have received from our neighboring rental tenants who have told us to go back to where we came from. ( 4 ) If the former point is not valid, then why did XXXX XXXX go through all of the trouble to gather XXXX pages of documents and never take the time to complete, schedule, or even mention a home appraisal? In view of the substantial home XXXXmprovements we had reported, it would stand to reason. ( 5 ) Given that the home had no mortgage or home improvement loans, if money was the issue at hand, why were we not asked to complete a personal financial statement if income was unclear to understand? In an e-mail dated XX/XX/XXXX stated, We will not use any bank statements for income ever for self-employment income tax returns only. ( we may have been able to use them for additional assets but not the income piece. Setting aside ALL of our trading activity and bank deposits is nonsensical as it is our business and income AS LISTED ON OUR TAX RETURNS. a. IRS Form 1040, Schedule C, Profit or Loss From Business, ( Sole Proprietorship ), Line A Principal Business, is specifically filled in with the following statement on each tax year, EXPENSES FOR SCHEDULE D, FORM 8949 SECURITIES TRADER If XXXX XXXX did not also have an Investment Management Group, I could understand the confusion with how investments and securities trading are reported on tax returns, but there is no excuse here. None. ( 6 ) In my conversation with Vice President XXXX XXXX, Senior Loan XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I was continually asked about the adjusted gross income from our tax returns. The XXXX XXXX requested tax returns had adjusted gross incomes of $ XXXX, $ XXXX and $ XXXX, respectively. If somehow the income is not substantiated through the bank and brokerage statements, then why is the increasing adjusted gross income year over year rejected as well? ( 7 ) Finally, why did XXXX XXXX not offer a lower amount of home equity line of credit rather than an outright refusal?

Our previous landlord, XXXX XXXX gave us ( XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ) a receipt dated XX/XX/XXXX for our Security deposit and last month 's rent in the amount of $ XXXX # XXXX It was a deposit slip for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ma. We had signed a lease for a property, XXXX XXXX XXXX Unit XXXX, XXXX, Ma XXXX owned by XXXX XXXX, and listed with XXXX XXXX XXXX. We assumed that it was a tenant landlord escrow account. We were tenants from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. Every time the rent went up we had to pay the monthly rent increase and additional money to bring the last months rent to the new rent amount. During the pandemic we had three rent increase in XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX the rent was raised to XXXX with an additional XXXX due towards last months rent. We paid the money and were not given a receipt from XXXX XXXX showing the deposit to the XXXX XXXX Account number that he had given us back in XXXX. We had never been paid annual interest from XXXX to XXXX. We had never been given an letter or XXXX showing the additional money that we had paid each time that there was a rent increase. We took the original receipt that we had for XXXX XXXX showing the deposit of XXXX for our Security deposit and last month 's rent and we went into The XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX We asked to speak to the manager.We explained that ware concerned about the amount of money that was supposed to be in our tenant landlord escrow account. We gave the XXXX the receipts that we had been given in XXXX. The XXXX of the XXXX XXXX XXXX said to us this is NOT a tenant landlord escrow account. Your names are not on it. This is a passbook savings account for XXXX XXXX and you have no right to any information. You have no right to this money. We then contacted XXXX XXXX by text and phone. He ignored us. We then sent certified mail, he refused it. We then had XXXX XXXX served by a XXXX. XXXX XXXX responded by calling XXXX and was angry, screaming, and threatening. XXXX XXXX then sent a letter that same week with a new rent increase to XXXX with an additional XXXX due towards last months rent. We paid XX/XX/XXXX rent and on XX/XX/XXXX received a Notice to Quit even though rent had been paid. We notified XXXX by phone, text, and email that the XXXX rent had been paid and also that there were multiple repairs that needed to be done, including no working oven, a broken toilet, a window that wouldn't open in the XXXX bedroom and other health and safety issues documented by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XXXX we received a letter from XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX addressed to XXXX XXXX only, stating " XXXX XXXX is phasing out the old passbook savings accounts. This is the new account number XXXX make a not of it. '' No amount of money given, no receipt from XXXX XXXX. We once again called XXXX XXXX and we're told that it was a savings account for XXXX XXXX with a notation XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX would not give us any information regarding the account, when it was opened, the amount deposited, the current funds in the account. We moved out on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX met a real estate broker on XX/XX/XXXX listed the property and put a lock box on the condo that day. XXXX XXXX refused to return our security deposit and we took XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We won a judgement in our favor. XXXX XXXX appealed it and wants a jury trial. It is scheduled for trial XX/XX/XXXX. We the tenants are senior citizens and can not afford an attorney. We decided to subpoena the bank records for the XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts. We called XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX branches and each time we're given no help or information and treated with absolute rudeness. We finally spoke to the XXXX of the XXXX XXXX branch in XXXX XXXX, Ma. The XXXX, XXXX XXXX was very professional and responsive to the fact that we had receipts from XXXX for an account that was supposed to be our tenant landlord escrow account and also a letter from XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX for a new account number that was supposed to be a tenant landlord escrow account. The XXXX, XXXX XXXX said that the account from XXXX was a passbook savings account with only XXXX XXXX 's name, neither XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX were ever listed from XXXX to XXXX. The account did not have a XXXX that listed us. The account was closed we had no right to any information. The account number given in XX/XX/XXXX was an account for XXXX XXXX with a notation for XXXX XXXX XXXX, only not XXXX XXXX. We told XXXX XXXX that we had never done any paperwork for this account or signed anything or given our social security number. The XXXX found a XXXX with my name, social security number and signature dated XXXX. The XXXX XXXX XXXX said that he did not understand how a XXXX dated XXXX could be used to open an account in XXXX. The XXXX was never used for the account opened in XXXX. Both accounts have been closed. XXXX XXXX is still in possession of our security deposit. Giving a XXXX in XXXX dated XXXX with no authorization to use the tenants social security number is violation by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and identity theft. We own a small XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX we sent a check to our painter in the amount of {$2500.00}. Several weeks later the painter called and asked him where his check was. I checked with the bank and saw that the check had cleared our account on XXXX XXXX, so I thought we were all set. A couple weeks later the painter called again looking for payment. I told him the check had cleared. Around the same time our bank statement came showing the cleared check image. Painter insists he never received it, so we contacted our bank again. They investigated and said the check was deposited, unendorsed, via a XXXX XXXX XXXX ATM. My husband and the painter filed the appropriate documentation with our bank, Rockland Trust, and the painter signed an affidavit that he does not have a XXXX account. Its been 4 months and we dont have our money back. Rockland Trust says that XXXX is investigating and that could take months!! {$2500.00} is not a huge amount of money, but in this pandemic, we need every cent of cash flow. Not to mention, we had to pay the painter, so we are out an extra {$2500.00}. This was absolutely an unauthorized transaction and both banks, Rockland Trust and XXXX XXXX XXXX are not following the rules for an unauthorized transaction. We reported this well within the 60 day window, but neither bank is following their responsibilities. We have had nothing in writing, just excuses, and we are told to have patience, that the investigation could take 4-5 months. Inexcusable. When I spoke to Rockland Trust on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX 4 months after the check was stolen ), I was advised to open a new account and to be patient. Ordering new checks, deposit slips etc. cost {$400.00}. For a situation where we did nothing wrong. Do we have any recourse? This is ridiculous that neither bank is helping us. If this had been a {$25000.00} check not {$2500.00}, we would have been out of business. And there is absolutely nothing we could have done differently. We mailed a check to a vendor. What else could we have done??? And if the check was deposited via an ATM as we were told, there has to be a card linked to an account. Why is it so difficult to find our money??? Ive asked to speak to the fraud department at our bank to get more info, but was told that they dont talk to the public.????? I have absolutely no faith in either bank. This could easily happen again and, other than handing our vendors cash, there is nothing we could do differently. HELP!!!

I tried to receive a PPP loan from Rockland Trust. This is the second draw loan for my business which has been shut down since XXXX of XXXX due to Covid-19. I originally applied for a second draw PPP loan in XXXX once Rockland Trust began accepting requests. I am a sole prop seasonal business under the SBA guidelines released. I was approved for a second draw PPP loan on XX/XX/XXXX. Around this same time the Biden administration released updated guidance for sole props allowing them to use gross income instead of net income to calculate their loan amount. This change would significantly increase my loan amount. My loan officer, XXXX XXXX and I made the decision to not continue with the second draw and instead apply under the new guidelines resulting in a loan amount around {$23000.00} vs {$8500.00}. Once guidance was released to banks, I submitted a second draw loan application immediately. The only change I made from the initial second draw application was using gross income instead of net income to determine the loan amount. In this application I used the sole prop seasonal business calculation worksheet provided by Rockland Trust. After many weeks of back and forth since most reviewers and loan officers at Rockland Trust do not understand the SBA guidelines, I was denied for my loan today stating that sole props can not be considered seasonal businesses. Rockland Trust had already approved my business for two loans under the seasonal business calculation. They have also dragged their feet up to the deadline ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to process these applications. I am now being denied my loan unless I consider my seasonal business non seasonal. Rockland Trust is making up new rules on the final day of the loan eligibility deadline in order to refuse service. I have business accounts with Rockland Trust and have had nothing but issues with Rockland Trust and the PPP loan process since early XXXX.

Hi! I originated a First Time Homebuyer mortgage ( through the One Mortgage Program ) with Rockland Trust in XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I applied to refinance the loan with Rockland Trust. I was ultimately approved and closed on a 20 year fixed rate mortgage refi. However, I didn't find out until the day OF closing that I would be required to hold PMI with the refinanced loan. Under my previous mortgage, PMI wasn't necessary. To my knowledge, none of the paperwork I reviewed prior to closing ( throughout all of the emails, documents, and discussions I had with the bank to complete the refi ) mentioned that I would need PMI. I didn't find out that PMI was necessary until I read it on the paperwork at my lawyer 's office, on the day of closing. I went through with the closing since I was already at the lawyer 's office and all of the paperwork had been complete. I called the mortgage representative at Rockland Trust while I was at the lawyer 's office, but he just apologized and stated it was required. It's not a huge sum of money, but it extends the amount of time it will take for me to " break even '' in closing costs for the refi by a few months. I reached out to both the Lender at the bank I was working with, as well as Customer Service through the Online Banking message feature. However, no one has escalated this to a manager at the bank, which I've requested repeatedly. I'm looking to see if, given the circumstances, the bank would be willing to refund some of the closing fees, to make up for the PMI that I must pay for 3 years. I likely would have waited to refinance the mortgage, had I known that I'd be required to pay PMI. Thank you!

FEMA sent my mother 's funeral reimbursent to my girlfriend 's Account at Rockland Trust because I did not have an account at the time. The money was paid to me and sent electronically XXXX XXXX checking account ( see attached payment details for bank info. ). We went to the Rockland Trust Branch located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MA XXXX to withdraw the money and were told that we could not withdraw it because it was payable to me and I was not in her account. We requested that the money be sent back to FEMA for them to issue a check instead. The customer service person at the bank told us that we needed to contact FEMA for them to stop the payment before the money could be sent back. I'v been dealing with FEMA since XX/XX/2022 and filed a Stop Payment Form ( pease see attached ) Only two weeks ago, I was informed by Agent XXXX badge XXXX XXXX that all I was told was wrong. He stated that FEMA staff are not well trained on this topic and FEMA can not stop payment on electronic payments. He stated that the bank should've sent the money back when it realized it could not process the funds, but more importantly they should have sent the money back when they were asked to return the money by the account holder since it is not her money and certainly not Rockland Trust 's money..

I placed an order on XX/XX/XXXX online via my phone for cookware, ad said it was free, I only had to pay the shipping. I have never received the cookware to this day. When I received my XXXX statement, there were XXXX charges. They said because I gave them my card number online, there was nothing they could do, I should contact the vendor. I called them and they said I had signed up for a drawing for this cookware and said they would be happy to give me a partial credit. I said I didn't sign up for anything but the free cookware, and I only authorized {$6.00} for the shipping. She continued to argue and I explained I received absolutely nothing from them and she agreed and said it was because I didn't win. I asked her to please credit the entire amount and she said she was unable to do that. I called Rockland Trust back and and said I never authorized those three charges, and they said there is nothing that can do. This is just so unbelievable.

I am complaining about Rockland Trust Company in Massachusetts. I have a checking account at the XXXXXXXX XXXX, which is owned by Rockland Trust. They sent me a notice of overdraft, which is impossible because I have over {$4000.00} in the account. I contacted them on their website, filled out and emailed a form to close the account on XX/XX/22 and sent a copy of my driver 's license. They have charged overdraft fees of {$35.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and have another pending on XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke with XXXX on the phone on XX/XX/XXXX but he was unable to close the account. I have had an email exchange with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX again about closing the account. They are also affecting my credit rating because of the overdraft charges on an account with sufficient funds. This is a poorly run bank with a XXXX rating of XXXX. I am a XXXX XXXX and a former member of the XXXX XXXX. Rockland Trust bought XXXXXXXX XXXX probably associating XXXX with wealth and the chance to make big profits. I want all overdraft charges cancelled and the balance in the account sent to me as a check. As a former XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX XXXX want Rockland Trust investigated for possible illegality.

I have been trying to work with my business bank ( XXXX XXXX ) to apply for a PPP loan. I have a business relationship with them. I am a seasonal business requiring a calculation based on a seasonal period, which is allowed under the PPP program. The bank is refusing to process my application for unknown reasons, trying to instead offer me a loan amount significantly less and not an accurate representation of my payroll as specified by the treasury department and the SBA. I originally submitted my application in early XXXX and have tried numerous times to talk with anyone I have dealt with. Any time I am able to speak with someone they are unable to provide any information relevant to my application, including necessary documentation they need from me to validate my payroll numbers. To whom it may concern, I authorized a zelle transaction through my mobile app with my bank, Rockland Trust. Turns out, it was a fraudulent merchant. I filled out the fraud papers for the bank, sent screen shots of several text message and call logs from the merchant and myself. Two weeks later and the bank will not refund my money. I understand I authorized the payment however, banks have protection for stuff like this with their customers and consumers. The transaction occurred on XXXX. I did not receive any correspondence from the bank, I had to call them for statuses. The amount of the claim is {$800.00}. I appreciate any help with this. I'm so disappointed in Rockland Trust as I have been a loyal customer for the past 25 years. I can reach out to any of my credit cards and state fraud happened and they refund the money in days with no questions asked. Thank you!

I set up an overdraft protection account to stop overdraft fees, yet they called it a " line of Credit '' AFTER I set it up and went through the application process. THey charged me over {$350.00} in fees. After many phone calls, they said that they would agree to give back all but {$150.00} an that was their policy .... I think I should get all of those fees back as I am a long time customer and have many accounts with them including an very old {$5000.00} overdraft protection plan! I communicated this in person at the branch too so the Branch manager new exactly my intent and goal to do banking with out the fefar of huge fees. So i had to pay for a new account AND the fees too! I get I can bank elsewhere but isnt that wring to lead a customer on and let them think they are all set and protected against aggressive fees?

I have an issue with a company that I suspect has sold fake shoes. I was also overcharged and I can prove the company has inflated the price and falsely advertised the shoes as rare. I have attempted to work it out with the merchant, they wont take back the shoes. The merchandise smells like plastic and has an itchy powder in them. My bank has some preconceived notions about me and they are not filing this correctly. So their response was to fight it out with the merchant. I am not happy with this as they are not responding. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and XXXX and I feel the bank has a responsibility to protect customers instead of using false judgements against their customers for a legit problem. I didnt authorize the charge via signature either and it is higher than marked.

I had XXXX XXXX transfer my {$750.00} balance to my regular bank ( Rockland Trust ) Initially, it looked as if they were transferring to the wrong account, so I tried to reverse the deposit. I am now being told by XXXX XXXX that the deposit went through to Rockland Trust, but the reversal was denied by them. I spoke with Rockland Trust ( Branch XXXX XXXX XXXX ) that the reversal went through and XXXX XXXX now has the money. This was also verified by Rockland Trust 's website. This happened on XX/XX/2021. I have called XXXX XXXX numerous times, Emailed them, chatted with them. The discussion always ends with them saying I need to file a complaint with Rockland Trust. I asked Rockland Trust to help and they refused, saying they can not dispute any transaction over 24 hours old. Please Help

On XX/XX/2021 I disputed the balance of my mortgage with Rockland Trust to XXXX through XXXX XXXX. Instead of updating the balance, Rockland Trust was totally removed from my credit report. I have been going back and forth with Rockland Trust and XXXX. Rockland Trust says XXXX has to request information to put Rockland Trust back onto my credit report and XXXX says the Rockland Trust has to report my mortgage to XXXX. I was also told by XXXX and by XXXX at XXXX that even if I send a letter to XXXX from Rockland Trust stating my mortgage is in good standing along with my mortgage statement, they will question the validity of the documents because they are coming from consumer ( me ) and not from actual creditor, Rockland Trust. Pease help. My credit score is affected.

On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I made a deposit of {$1000.00} on the ATM at Rockland Trust Bank in XXXX Massachusetts and the deposit went through but in the next morning the money was gone I called them and they promptly credited the money to my account and I thought all the issues were resolved but then on the same day later the money was taken again and when I called them, they started another report and told me that the problem was with the ATM that I used and since then I've been calling every day and it's been almost a week. Actually it's been one week and I called them today and they said they have no answer they can't help me and I don't know what to do. A scammer got my social security number and my debit card number from my bank account and took XXXX dollars out of my checking. Plus saw my social security number on my online banking account. I called the 3 credit bureaus and put security freeze on each of them. Also went to police department and filed a identity theft because the scammer has my social security number. Also went to my bank and they closed my checking account and took my debit card and I have no longer a checking account with no debit card. I paid off an installment loan early which was the loan I used to buy my XXXX XXXX. I paid it off on XX/XX/20. The last statement I got was XX/XX/20. I asked four times for them to send me a statement for the last month and they will not do it. I do not have the amounts for how much went to principal and interest. Also they charged me a prepayment fee ( which they later reversed ). The loan had a prepayment penalty if I refinanced with another bank but I did not refinance. I do not have a statement after XX/XX/20 and the payoff was XX/XX/20. I believe I should have a statement for any month that had a transaction.

I was banking with Rockland Trust Bank and I was at work when they called me to ask if someone deposited money into my account, which I was unaware of.
