On XX/XX/21 i received a voicemail from XXXX. The message states that they are calling in regards to a case attached to my name and social security number that is currently pending to be filed against me in my local jurisdiction. The message went on to say they will be stopping by my home or my place of employment to deliver my legal documents. The message then states that they request I call them to confirm my address and if I fail to do so, they will take a default action against my social security number and requests I call XXXX. They did not identify as a debt collector in the voicemail nor did they identify their company name. This is a violation of the FDCPA. They threatened legal action against me. This is a violation of the FDCPA. I have never received a written notification of this debt in the form of a validation letter. Filing a lawsuit without first validating a debt is a violation of the FDCPA. On XX/XX/21 I received another voicemail from XXXX from the same outfit. The voicemail states they are contacting me regarding an attempt to serve me at my residence but there was nobody there to sign for the papers, however my significant other was home and there was no attempt. They requested a call back at the same number XXXX. I called the number back and spoke to a gentleman. I asked the name of the company and he identified as Imperial Recovery Consultants. I asked where they are located and he said they are licensed in 38 states but their headquartered in Pennsylvania. However with a quick XXXX, this agency is in XXXX, FL. They are falsely representing themselves. I asked why they are calling me and what the debt is, he refused to answer, he did not read the mini-miranda, and ultimately hung up on me. Additionally I can not locate an actual office in the state of Washington and to collect and call into the state of Washington, I believe that specific person must be in the state of Washington or within 100 miles of an office within the state of Washington. I called again and gave them my phone number and they said they were looking for someone totally different and they would update their files. Regardless, their tactics were abhorrent, deceptive, misleading, and unlawful. There are state and federal violations all over the place with these people.

IRC Services have contacted my elderly parents in regards to me many times by telephone. This is a violation and we would like for this communication to stop asap. We both have communicated this with them. They are harassing my sick elderly parents by constantly calling their home and cell phones. I am a grown adult and my parents called me in a panic thinking I was in legal trouble stating that I needed to call this number asap ( XXXX ). They stated to my parents that they were a legal firm in my county and wanted to speak about a pending case. When my dad began asking questions the representative was very rude unprofessional and hung up in his face. So I called back. When I called I spoke to a different representative with the same result. She hung up right in my face. With a nasty attitude I was told that there was a pending case against me in district court and she wanted to clear it up. Then she stated somethings about an old cash advance. I said first things first, you are clearly a collection agency and you need to stop harassing me and my parents. She then stated that I should be happy because that was just a courtesy call because I am about to get sued. No mam you all are about to get sued!!! I know my rights and the law and I hope these calls are recorded for MY proof. She stated that they sent letters to my home address and I didn't respond so that is why they contacted my dad even calling his personal cell phone. She knew my email address along with my home address so I'm confused as to why they kept contacting my parents phones stresessing them out. These tactics they are trying to use are unaccepable and I hope something is done about this. See you in court IRC!!!!!

IRC Service ( Imperical Recovery Consulting Services ) has repeatedly called about the same payday loan that I am alleged to owe dating back to XXXX in the amount of {$630.00}. I informed at least three of their consultants, most recently on or about Friday XX/XX/XXXX a male voice identifying himself as Mr. XXXX XXXX, that ( 1 ) it is not my loan and ( 2 ) to stop calling ( cease communicating ) with me because it is not my debt and I am not going to pay any amount to settle it. I looked up the company XXXX reference when asked what does IRC Service stand for ( the full legal name ). I am writing at IRC Service [ aka Imperical Recovery Consulting Services ] at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX and demanding IRC Service cease communicating with me pursuant to 15 USC 1692 ( c ) which is reproduced below. ( c ) Ceasing communication If a consumer notifies a debt collector in writing that the consumer refuses to pay a debt or that the consumer wishes the debt collector to cease further communication with the consumer, the debt collector shall not communicate further with the consumer with respect to such debt, except ( 1 ) to advise the consumer that the debt collectors further efforts are being terminated ; ( 2 ) to notify the consumer that the debt collector or creditor may invoke specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by such debt collector or creditor; or ( 3 ) where applicable, to notify the consumer that the debt collector or creditor intends to invoke a specified remedy. If such notice from the consumer is made by mail, notification shall be complete upon receipt.

( 1 ) XXXX to XXXX - IRC Services called 6 times concerning a XXXX Loan I received in XX/XX/2014 for {$540.00}. ( 2 ) This Debt was formally Discharged in Bankruptcy XXXX # XXXX on XXXX. ( 3 ) IRC Services called all six times from the following number : XXXX ( 4 ) Upon finally reaching me, The first IRC agent Iidentified himself as an officer from the Financial Crimes Division of the XXXX XXXX XXXX 's Dept. He then proceeded to give me his Badge number for my records. He told me that I presented a fraudulent check for payment on a PAYDAY loan in XXXX. He informed me that the case would be presented to The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for felony indicment. ( 5 ) He also told me that I could prevent the indictment if I agreed to pay the debt in full. He said that he did not want me to get a criminal record or go to jail. ( 6 ) He transferred me to his boss, XXXX XXXX who also provided me a badge number. He told me that he could hold the indictment if I paid the debt in full over the phone. I told him that the Debt was discharged in bankruptcy but he insissted that bankruptcy did not protect me from criminal charges becuse I bounced a fraudulent charges. He assured me that he was presenting the case to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX if I refused to pay in full. ( 7 ) I replied that I wanted to call my Bankruptcy attorney and XXXX XXXX told me that he was presenting the case to the XXXX XXXX Prosecutor for charges.

My mom got a call from imperial recovery consultants advising her that they will send a complaint to the court for felony fraud for a pay day loan I took out in XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX. My mom called me worried gave me a XXXX and a number to call .I called XXXX he said he is with irc and said he will have the lawyer 's from his company send off a complaint with the state of nevada for fraud for a checking account I closed in XXXX, in which stopped XXXX XXXX XXXX from collecting payments. I got scared because I have a high risk XXXX. I paid XXXX {$400.00} towards a {$810.00} loan for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to confirm they sold the debt to Imperial recovery consultants. XXXX XXXX XXXX advised me no and gave me the name of the collections agency that they sold the debt too which is XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX advised me to reach out to XXXX XXXX to settle the debt. I called XXXX XXXX spoke to XXXX, she advised me they bought the debt the date and year and they still have the debt. I told them about Imperial recovery consultants they advised me that they don't know who this company is. I want my refund back for {$400.00} and I don't want this company contacting me or my Mom again and I don't want them attempting to withdraw any more money from my debit card. I'm working with XXXX XXXX to take care of this debt.

A number called me and left voicemails stating they were trying to contact me in regards to a parcel that could not be delivered. I called back today, XX/XX/23 and the lady states she was XXXX XXXX from IRC Services ( XXXX ) and that she was trying to contact me regarding an old payday loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX I stated that I paid off my debt in full with them and have the paid in full letter. I also stated that I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX after paying the debt collection company off and they stated I had no active accounts. XXXX XXXX told me that if I did not pay the amount today XX/XX/23 by XXXX I would get XXXX felony charges filed against me with XXXX XXXX. I again called XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke to their collections department who told me that it sounded like a scam and to request a debt validation letter. When calling IRC Services back requesting a debt validation letter XXXX stated that it would be too late to send XXXX and that charges would already be filed, she stated they sent XXXX to my email and home address in the past, which I did not receive anything from them. I then knew it had to be a scam. Very scary that they had my home address, email and name and threatened to file felony charges against me and that I would have to go in front of a judge.

IRC services called my brothers phone left a.message that they wwre going to have me arrested for me to contact them. He happens to work with me and hunted me down. The guy was yelling that I didn't pay my payday loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX in 2019 and he was filing felony fraud charges against me and I would be arrested today if I didn't pay XXXX. He discussed all this with my brother XXXX. My brother 's name isn't on any thjng that I've ever borrowed. When I called back he was yelling I had XXXX hour to pay. I do have a payday loan that I owe on from 2019. But there was no fraud committed like he said. He said they would be arresting me today in my way home from work. Can you please help? First and foremost, I checked no to fixing this debt because I do not know what debt this apparently is. Secondly- a lady called my father today XX/XX/2023 telling him because he is my father he has to give her my information and because he's not shes going to send the detectives and have me arrested. Thirdly- someone called my husband from an XXXX number and it was a recording saying that I missed a delivery and they need my contact information for delivery. My father/mother 's information is XXXX, XXXX and XXXX My husbands number is XXXX I have never received any calls no nothing. No calls, emails, no letters and or bills in the mail. This company keeps calling for someone who isnt me and leaving a XXXX XXXX saying that there is a XXXX waiting to be delivered. This is a clearly a lie to get XXXX XXXX to call them back. Im NOT that person, Ive blocked several numbers and this tactic continues for over a year. When I called back the number from a rerouted phone to tell them to stop calling, its IRC who picks up. I told them to take my number out and she hung up on me. I called back and she said I just spoke with you and I said yeah and you dont know what number to even take out Like stop harassing the WRONG PERSON and stop being shady about who you are

They have reapeatedly call my numbers AFter I explain that the yare calling the wrong number and that I am not the one that they are looking for. So I told them to please take my number off their calling list. But htey have not. They already call me and hang up 3 times @ XXXX this morning. I return the call just to confirm and the office respond by looking up my phone number and she told me thier was not any number on their list. Company name is IRC services.
