I was dealing with Imperial Credit for my monthly payments on my motorcycle. I was never sent the title to my vehicle when the loan was paid in full. My motorcycle was involved in an accident and was totaled. My insurance company can not pay me for the motorcycle until I give them the title. I have made numerous attempts to contact the owner of the company and he will not respond to my emails. The voice mail has been removed from his cell phone. I now have a check made payable to my husband, my son and Imperial Credit for my motorcycle that I can not cash. I have sent a certified letter demanding a response.

They left a voicemail not saying what the issue was however stating my name and they were going to show up at my workplace or home. The person who left the vm left the name of XXXX XXXX. I called back they said the company name of Imperial and the mans name was XXXX XXXX. When I said that the practices were not legal he hung up immediately.
