Legal Department, I am a victim of identity-theft. I am writing to request that you block all the following fraudulent accounts in my files with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I made. I did not authorize anyone to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim files an affidavit it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information must be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General with legal action of your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of reporting inaccurate debts, and noncompliance to adhere to laws enacted to help who are victims of identity-theft. I request that an extend fraud alert be placed in my file explaining that fraudulent applications may be submitted in my name. Do not extend credit without first contacting me personally and verifying all applications. Furthermore, as victim of identity-theft I received notification that my personal information was compromise in the several different data breaches. It has made it difficult to resolve this matter in a timely fashion. I have made several attempts to resolve this. If action is not taken to properly assist me with this matter within 15 days. I shall file a class action lawsuit for violating the FCRA and FDCPA violations are as follows not limited to reporting inaccurate information, reporting information that resulted from crime ( s ) and/or crime ( s ) of identity-theft, unlawfully collections of debt, calling after designated hours by law, defamation of character, and misrepresentation of true credit worthiness. I ask that all fraudulent information listed below be removed without question. I have fraudulent accounts, employers, misspellings of my name, and address that are associated with crimes that were committed against me. Once deleting all fraudulent information, you acknowledge that it is indeed fraudulent and resulted from crimes of identity-theft. By doing so you adhere to the FCRA that make it unlawful of any, some, or all information to be transferred, sold to another collection agency or reinserted one 's credit report once it is deemed as fraudulent. You also understand in order to reinsert information to a consumers credit report notification must be given 5 days prior to reinsertion. Failure to comply will also be a violation of the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practice. The below-listed accounts by the Original Creditors, who have reported these accounts within my credit reports, were not opened by me. I also did not give my authorization for anyone else to open these accounts. Someone else of who did these that I did not know. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of a such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. Finally, you are reporting the INQUIRIES that are the result of the same type of fraudulent activities. It must be noted that I did not apply for credit accounts with the below-listed companies and creditors, some of these are the result of attempts to open accounts, but the companies did not approve the accounts. Therefore, these inquiries must be deleted from within my credit file. You can not delete the fraudulently opened accounts without also deleting the fraudulent inquiries. It should be noted that an inquiry that was not made by me is not a factual record, just as a fraudulently opened account is not a factual record and not referred to the creditor to be disputed directly with them. The credit reporting agencies have attempted to address an inquiry as a factual record of file access, but if it was done through fraudulent means, it is not a factual record. As a consumer I should not be required to dispute each fraudulent inquiry directly with each company. These inquiries are the result of fraudulent activity and therefore, inaccurate in which the credit reporting agencies or the creditors can not verify, meaning that these inquiries are unverifiable information and must be deleted from out go my credit files. 1. IDEAL COLLECTION SERVICE bal. {$2900.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity-theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity-theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. *the dates mentioned below are recalled to the best of my knowledge. This debt arose from a rental lease on a townhome in XXXX XXXX condominiums, the property was managed by XXXX XXXX in XXXX, FL. I was on a previous lease for the same address from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX : this lease included myself ; my husband ; and our roommate. During this lease all rental payments were made as required per the agreement. After the XXXX lease ended, my husband and I moved out and a vacate agreement was completed. The remaining tenant chose to stay in the townhome and signed a lease by himself as the tenant for XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX, this tenant spoke to XXXX XXXX and advised them he would be breaking the lease and vacating the townhome. XXXX XXXX lead him to believe as long as another tenant moved in he would not owe further payments, unfortunately this was not in writing. The tenant then vacated and relocated to another home. In XXXX of XXXX, XXXX XXXX sent this tenant a letter regarding the remaining rental payments that he is responsible for per the lease agreement, totaling {$6100.00}. This letter incorrectly has myself and my husband listed in addition to the tenant. XXXX XXXX never reached out to my husband or me ( or we could have cleared this up back then by showing we were not on the lease in question ). The letter also does not indicate the dates of the delinquencies, but per my credit report this did not post until XXXX XXXX. I was never contacted regarding the debt, nor was my husband. We only found out from the remaining tenant that our names were listed on the letter but we never saw it on our credit report. A few years ago Ideal Collections informed the remaining tenant on a phone call that I was also responsible for the debt and that their collection was on my credit report. After receiving this false information I tried to reach out to Ideal Collections and the company never responded. Since we never saw the account on our report through XXXX XXXX we had nothing to dispute except what the collection agency, incorrectly and without our permission, shared with the other tenant. My husband and I are currently going through the process to obtain a mortgage. The first time my credit report was pulled this account from Ideal Collections did not appear. When they re-pulled credit, the Ideal Collections account then appeared showing past due for {$6100.00}. My mortgage company asked for clarification of this debt including dates delinquent etc. I took action and called Ideal Collections and asked for verification of the debt. I was sent only XXXX pages of the prior lease with all three of our names on it and the notice that XXXX received in XXXX of XXXX. I then contacted XXXX realty and they advised the records were in storage. I then sent XXXX XXXX the records I have showing both leases and the vacate agreement but have not heard back. I have since notified Ideal Collections that the lease they have on file is for the incorrect dates and asked them to validate the delinquency dates and also to acknowledge that neither my husband nor I are financially responsible for the debt. A representative advised that she would reach out to XXXX XXXX and request the delinquent dates. I have also contacted XXXX in an attempt to dispute the debt which shows oddly on my credit report but not my husband 's. This problem appears to stem from XXXX XXXX not providing Ideal Collections with the delinquent dates and correct lease agreement, instead they sent an incorrect lease which was paid in full and had nothing to do with the payments they were owed. I am attempting to resolve this dispute and also report both XXXX XXXX and Ideal Collections for not verifying the debt before pursuing collection actions and posting the false account on my credit report.

I started getting calls from a company called, 'ideal collections ' ( in XX/XX/XXXX ) out of XXXX , Florida . They call at all hours of the night. Sometimes even at XXXX XXXX. They claim to represent our former residence, 'XXXX XXXX. ' We currently have a new lease with a new condo ( for the last 8 months ). We moved here due to the outstanding rental history and recommendation from XXXX XXXX. Now, a new company has bought XXXX XXXX and is demanding more than {$6000.00}. To this day, I still have no idea as to what it is for. I have asked ideal collections and XXXX for any type of documentation. They have both refused. Ideal collections fraudulently submitted information to several credit agencies. Thankfully, all of them have recognized this as fraud and have removed it from my almost perfect credit report. XXXX has refused to remove it. I'm not sure why. I have a credit score well over 700 with everyone else, except for XXXX. I've been on the phone with XXXX numerous times asking them to please remove it. They have since stated that they will re-investigate this obvious fraud. Ideal collections refuses to identify themselves ; location, company identification number, or any type of documentation. This situation has also happened to several other tenants that have left XXXX XXXX. It's the same company ( ideal collections ), and the same amount. I have also been in contact with my lawyer, the state attoreney 's office, the XXXX, and of course, the CFPB. Please help me to have this removed from my XXXX credit report. This has gone past the point of harassment. We are also considering taking this issue to law enforcement. For the record, I actually went to XXXX XXXX in person asking for documentation and as to what this was all about. I was told to leave the property or that they would call the police. Again, I have no idea as to what this is all about. We honored our lease, gave 4 months notice and have lived quietly for the last 8 months at our new place that requires perfect rental history as well as a positive recommendation from our former residence. The same individual from ideal collections has made it clear that he is upset that all other credit agencies have recognized their fraud. He claims that he is going to continue to submit it to XXXX once a week until I wire him ( the amount has since changed ) {$7000.00}. He has recently resubmitted fraudulent information as of XX/XX/XXXX. Again, I would like this removed from my report ( XXXX ). All of the other credit agencies have been more than willing to help when it comes to these scammers. I have also asked them to stop calling me, yet they continue to do so. I've been told by the CFPB that there are currently more than 1,1000 complaints against ideal collections. This does not surprise me. In closing, I find it odd that my wife has not been impacted by this ; she hasn't received any threats, calls, nor has her credit report been effected even though she was also on the lease as an equal renter at XXXX XXXX.

Ideal Collection Services , Inc. located in XXXX, FL Registering Agent : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Account Manager, XXXX XXXX, and Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX are breaking many serious Federal & State laws by trying to collect on an Account that is past, The Statue of Limitation time in The State of Florida, they also have failed to comply with SECTION 609 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act which requires, Ideal Collections to Send me a Copy of the Original Wet-Inked Contract that I signed, and not send me copies of copies of third party fraudulent and inaccurate documents or contracts. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Ideal Collections is required to verify through physical verification of the original signed certified consumer contract with my Wet-Inked Signature on it for any or all accounts they request to be posted and or reported on my Credit Report, and copies of copies are not Validation and are not considered proof for this account Ideal Collections has on my Credit. Ideal Collections continues to only send me a copy of a copy of another company that was not theirs, in which is not acceptable at all, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Laws. With this being done there was never any way for me to have any mistakes or erroneous reporting corrected from the other company, and I requested and am now still requesting the Original instrument indebtedness of it 's original form, which is not a copy, but the original written agreement with my Wet-Ink Signature on it. Once this is provided, I am willing to accept a statement for the amount owing as of X/X/13 together with Ideal Collection Services , Inc. 's Assurance that they will Accept Payment in direct and in immediate exchange for the Original Instrument of indebtedness in it 's original form only. In addition, we also have another issue that was not addressed at all by Ideal Collections, which is this account is now violating Florida State Collection Laws ; because it is way past The Statue of Limitation. If Ideal Collections does n't remove this account immediately or provide me with the Original Instrument, then it will leave me no choice but to report them publicly to The State Attorney General 's Office, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and pursue taking Civil & Criminal legal action against them for breaking Federal and State Laws, as well as turning this into a possible Class Action Lawsuit for others to join in ; because I know there are other consumers who are being abused and are suffering by their fraudulent collection practices. I am asking for Ideal Collection Services , Inc. to provide that Original Contract/Instrument of indebtedness, and not a copy, to Me and show proof to The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau of being in compliance with Federal & State Laws to avoid Civil & Criminal Liability.

Between XXXX of XXXX and the end of XXXX I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on a lease with their community leasing center where I handed off the apartment in the same ( good ) condition I received it since the leasing center offered me to continue someone else 's lease who was leaving the country and indicated I did not need to provide a security deposit since the leaser before me had already given XXXX. During this two and a half years rent was paid on time every single month. At the time of leaving ( ending the lease ) I handed them the apartment in the same good conditions which was received by the leasing administration without a problem with both parties consensus. I never received phone or written communication from them or any representative to indicate something was pending, not even when I left the apartment and they indicated everything was fine and that they were comfortable with the condition of the apartment. Nothing pending was claimed at the time of giving the administration the keys of the apartment. A few days ago I noticed in my credit report that I owe {$1000.00} XXXX to IDEAL COLLECTION SERVICE and that there was a debt originally from XXXX XXXX AT XXXX so I communicated with them right away to understand what was going on and asked for details about it. After several tries ( calls and emails ) they replied to me indicating I had to deal directly with the collections office. Ideal Collection Services sent me a vague description of what was claimed to be the charges without any proper documentation supporting these false claims. None of these charges were mentioned when the end lease agreement was signed and it is strange how after the apartment was received in good conditions after 6 years I hear about these charges for the first time. Given the irregular situation, I request through you, suspend this irregularity on my credit report which affects me and to properly request documentation supporting this claim to the collections office where the debt is currently held with the " check out '' agreement that was signed when the administration received the apartment keys indication clearly that there is a payment or repair pending on my side. Additionally a copy of the attempts to reach me to communicate said pending charges since I have not receive any communication from XXXX or the collection office at all at this moment and were denied to me when asked for it to XXXX and later to the collection office where they provided a vague letter without any details or backup of said pending charges.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my credit report and noticed a collection account had been posted for an apartment that I previously lived in. Prior to the account being sent to collections I spoke with the leasing company to dispute the debt as I was misinformed by one of their agents. In XX/XX/XXXX, I expressed to the leasing agent that I could not continuously walk up to the XX/XX/XXXX due to health concerns. At the time aXX/XX/XXXX unit was available, the agent advised she would submit the internal request for me. In XXXX, I went to the office again for which the unit was still available but had been offered to another tenant. I expressed the need for a XX/XX/XXXX unit or I would have to relocate. The agent assured me that if I signed the lease, the company would rescind it if a XX/XX/XXXX unit did not come available before XXXX. I had to sign the lease to keep the renewal rate or my monthly rent would be month to month which I could not afford. I moved in XX/XX/XXXX because I found a unit with no stairs. I contacted Ideal Collections Services on XX/XX/XXXX to validate the account with negative results. I requested a validation letter that was emailed to me on XX/XX/XXXX after my request but I had not received a letter from Ideal Collections Services prior to this date. To the best of my knowledge the account was still being disputed with the leasing company as I had received their letters and follow-up phone calls regarding the misinformation. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, Ideal Collections Services offered a payment plan with first payment due on XX/XX/XXXX. I was still attempting to negotiate a settlement with the company and make arrangements that would not cause a snowball effect of my other obligations ; however, I did make the payment to Ideal Collections Services for {$180.00} through my banks bill pay service. I feel because I refused to provide my checking account information to the Ideal Collections Services via phone they refused to continue the payment plan. On XX/XX/XXXX Ideal Collections Services representative XXXX XXXX advised they would not be accepting the payment and it will be refunded. To date I have not received a refund or the returned check in the mail. The entire conversation is available in an email thread to prove their unwillingness and deceptive practices as they delayed responding to my requests via email or made it impractical for me to resolve the matter.

Ideal collection Service has committed serious violations under the Fair Debt Collection Act and the Fair Reporting Act as well as willful non-compliance of XXXX XXXX reporting. On XX/XX/2021 sent certified letter to Ideal Collections to validate the Debt that was they were reporting only to XXXX on my Credit report, from the beginning this account is not in compliance with XXXX XXXX reporting. Ideal Collections is the Data Furnisher and they are reporting inaccurate, erroneous and missing information. I received a copy of a lease along with a letter stating that they had noted my account as disputed. ( See copies of credit report at the time I requested validation, copy of letter requesting validation and copy of letter stating account will be marked as disputed. ) On XX/XX/2021 I sent another certified letter to Ideal Collections informing them I have retained a copy of their signature and date of receipt, as well as a time-stamped copy of my credit reports, showing that you have violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 623 ( a ) ( 3 ) and/or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 807 ( 8 ) by not placing the disclosure within the required 30-day period. ( see copy of letter, copy of report showing account is not marked as disputed with XXXX. This account was added to XXXX and XXXX now all 3 bureaus is furnishing inaccurate, erroneous and missing information. My guess is it was added to XXXX and XXXX as some type of punishment. The important thing is there are willful and continuous violations being done by Ideal Collection Service. On XX/XX/2021 sent certified letter to Ideal Collections requesting Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. My request was ignored. ( See attached copy of certified letter sent, copy of Ideal Collections to the 3 bureaus for the month of XXXX reporting. Still a pattern of will non -compliance of XXXX XXXX and all 3 bureaus not marked as disputed. ( Print out of my recent updated credit report and the account is still not marked with the consumer dispute. ) I am a XXXX veteran and the actions of the company has caused me a great deal of harm when it is viewed by a creditors.

XXXX XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX I rented from for a year and a half. I was working 45 min north in a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXt and wanted to move closer to my job. I gave 60 day written notice to terminate the current lease and paid rent in full. When I went to the office to sign the renew the lease 6 months prior I was told by an office employee that if ever wanting to break the lease I'd have to initial in one place on the lease that said something about property damages which I was confused about but was thinking I knew I would leave it undamaged so initialed anyway. Upon black mold exposure and a massive water leak from the apartment above me and post recovery from covid, I decided since the property manager was aware of these issues but refused to help move me into another apartment on the property that I would go ahead and move out. A year after being in my new apartment I check my lifelock and randomly a collection from ideal collection services in XXXX, XXXX XXXX up on my account. I immediately call their office and try to dispute the charges unbeknownst to my knowledge, no notification via email/mail of an attempt to collect a debt, a copy of my lease and sent all my money order receipts to the collection company of which I paid my rent in gainesville with XXXX The response I got was a lease with inaccurate dates and rental amounts. I called the water company a separate company to see if there was any way I had a unknown bill, entered my account number and was told I had a XXXX dollar balance, which by the way I'm told that it was my responsibility to pay a water bill when I no longer lived at the residence which was part of the XXXX dollars that I was reported for. They will not accept payments or a settlement, I'm afraid that my credit and ability to rent or own will be affected for a long period of time if I do pay it and they refuse to delete it off my credit report. I'm a XXXX XXXX, deal with life and death and feel as if it's only fair to be treated like a human being with good intent who would like to have the freedom to one day own a home if desired. This is really holding me back as I've been aggressive about paying off debt.

Landlord, XXXX XXXX did not give any notice before sending an alleged damage claim to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX states according to Lease agreement without a forwarding address landlord did not need to contact to advise of alleged debt prior to placing on all three reporting agencies. The lease requires a forwarding address for a security deposit but not for the risk fee charged. Landlord never took a security deposit although they charged a risk fee in connection to a security deposit. Then used the laws governing security deposits to attack our credit without warning although no security deposit had been charged or paid. The risk fee was charged and paid not a security deposit and there is no move out protocol given for a risk fee. And as such, we were not required to give a forwarding address in accordance with the lease agreement signed. Landlord had mobile phone numbers and email addresses, yet made no effects to resolve this issues before attacking our credit. In addition, items listed for cleaning charges are not listed in the lease agreement. Landlord waited eights months after move out to attack our credit without warning. I've disputed this debt with the collections company. They are aware the legal forwarding address requirement is for security deposit not risk fees and no notice was given prior to placing damaging items on credit report and they have chosen to move forward with an alleged damage debt. This alleged damage debt was place on our credit at the exact time that I was submitting applications for apartments. One such complex waited three days called with a denial based on the above and has yet to put the denial and or conditional approval in writing as required by the consumer fair credit protection law. The landlord intentionally sought to damage our credit, and I am now being locked out of housing and forced to pay debt regardless of dispute because such damaging items deny one the ability to seek future rentals. The landlord used the credit reporting system as first resort while never giving us the opportunity to dispute items with them and or make payments if necessary to avoid negative credit effects.

On XXXX XXXX, 2017. I called Ideal Collection Services in XXXX, XXXX after I had received a letter from them. They were collecting for an outstanding repair fee for an apartment I used to rent over a year ago. They were apparently going after me for some fees that remained even though I paid and signed off on everything. They hired this third party I guess to try and collect. Never ever have I ever experienced such an incredibly rude and demeaning company as this. I went along with all they wanted in order to resolve it, I asked for 1 more day to do it! They told me they could n't do it and told me when I call back I would need to pay the full amount. That if this were not done the account would be reported to the credit bureaus would and hung up. I called again and asked to speak with someone else and they told me I could n't I explained that I wanted to pay it but wanted to speak with someone else, again they told me to call back when I was ready to pay and hung up again. I again called and wanted to speak to someone different and again was told I could not. I could n't believe this was an allowable practice. I was willing to pay and resolve the issue yet it almost seemed like they did n't want me to! All I can think was how incredibly evil this person was. Not sure how she sleeps at night. And shame on this company for having people like this on their staff. I do not want this to reflect on my credit and I am willing to pay it. I was so cooperative and soft spoken and they completely belittled me and did not want to help me at all. They now do not even pick up when I call. I just want to deal with another person as I refuse to be treated that way. At one point I told her I was going to report them and complain in which she responded, who are you going to complain to? '' in a totally condescending way. Like there was no one who I could complain to. I literally was sick after this incident.

On XX/XX/, I received a letter from Ideal Collection Services ( Ideal ) alleging that I owed {$710.00} to XXXX XXXX Apartments ( XXXX XXXX ), which I had moved out of nearly a year prior. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to Ideal disputing their claim and advising them that XXXX XXXX had failed to comply with Florida Statute 83.49 ( 3 ) when they did not send notice to me of their intention to impose a claim for damages against my security deposit within thirty days of the end of my tenancy. Per Florida Statute 83.49 ( 3 ) ( a ), their failure to comply with said requirement precludes them from pursuing a claim for damages unless they first return the full security deposit to me. To date, neither Ideal nor XXXX XXXX has returned my security deposit to me, despite being informed of my new address upon the end of my tenancy and having set up mail forwarding with the United States Postal Service. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX, Manager for Ideal Collection Services. XXXX XXXX letter included documents and pictures, but at no point did she address her clients failure to comply with the Florida Statute. XXXX XXXX letter went on to state that if I did not begin making partial payments by XX/XX/XXXX, she would forward my account to the national credit bureaus. While I have engaged in good faith dealing with both XXXX XXXX and Ideal, I am not receiving the same treatment in return. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX letter appears to be a clear attempt at coercing me into paying a claim that they do not have the legal right to collect under threat of damage to my creditworthiness. My preferred solution is for Ideal and XXXX XXXX to drop their claim against me and allow an amicable end to our business relationship. However, if XXXX XXXX/Ideal wish to pursue their claim against me, I demand that they return my {$250.00} security deposit before doing so, as required by Florida Statute .

AGAIN, IDEAL COLLECTION SERVICES IS REFUSING TO ABIDE BY WHAT I HAVE BEEN TELLING THEM! THEY RESPOND WITH GARBAGE AND ARE NOT CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE CLAIM THEIR CLIENTS HAVE UNRIGHTFULLY CHARGED ME. I WILL CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DISGUST OF THIS COLLECTION AGENCY. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE SO QUICK TO RESPOND THE SAME DAY I SPOKE WITH THEM AND THEY ADVISE MY FILE IS NOT IN THEIR OFFICE ALL OF A SUDDEN AND TO ALLOW 30 DAYS. I have previously complained about Ideal Collection Services and their client XXXX XXXX. Fortunately, Ideal Collection Services have removed from other bureaus except XXXX. XXXX XXXX finally admitted to the XXXX ( see attachment ) on XX/XX/XXXX that the tenant XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX vacated the premises on XX/XX/XXXX. Although they claim it was an eviction, it was an agreed upon move-out due to my notary public sign being a violation. I have the e-mail screenshot ( SEE ATTACHMENT ) of XXXX XXXX, the accountant for XXXX XXXX advising, " ... You have until this weekend [ XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ] to vacate the premises. If you're not vacated, we will begin the EVICTION process on Monday XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ] ... '' Since I was moved out on XX/XX/XXXX PRIOR to the the weekend XX/XX/XXXX & XXXX, XXXX, there should not be ANY " EVICTION '' done and applied to my credit. I spoke to XXXX at Ideal Collection Services and he did inform me my file was in archives and should arrive by Thursday of last week XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX also advised that XXXX had not sent them any requests or communications since XX/XX/XXXX, which is really alarming to hear that XXXX was NOT doing their part in protecting the consumer and attending to my concerns. Furthermore, it is saying last balance updated on XX/XX/XXXX which is absolutely reporting incorrectly because this balance of {$5800.00} has been the same over these last 5 years.

This is a follow up to cfpb complaint XXXX. Ideal Collection Services stated We have already provided the validation which is the name and address of the original creditor and the amount owed in my previous response. We did provide more information then that. We provided the the notice to impose claim, the move out statement, and the signed lease which was signed electronically. Attached, please find a copy the early termination addendum and the signed application. Despite my efforts to rectify this matter concerning account with Ideal Collection Services has to date, failed to prove that this account is mine. You have failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my wet ink signature, showing the account is being reported accurately. I have documented my correspondence with you, and I have filed complaints with the appropriate authorities since you have not removed this item from my credit report. This will serve as your legal notice pursuant to the provisions of federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), to cease all communication with me in regard to the debt referenced above, including the frivolous reporting of this account to any credit reporting agency. If you fail to heed this notice and if I find that this entry on my credit report later interferes with my ability to obtain credit with favorable terms, I will bring suit against your company as well as the original creditor for all applicable damages, as well as for statutory penalties provided under the FDCPA and FCRA. You are also notified that should any adverse information continue to be placed on my credit reports as a result of this notice, appropriate actions will be taken. Please give this very important matter the attention it deserves.

he reason I am filing this complaint is because of the wrongful and damage this agency is doing to my credit history. I have signed a year lease with XXXX XXXX on Saturday XX/XX/. I never moved to the premises due to the unsafe environment I've found : neighbours using drugs right next to my apartment and growing weed in the garden. I called the police that same day and filed a complaint. I've also went back to the management office and told XXXX the property manager that this environment was unsafe for me and that this violates the Florida Health/Safety codes and I was to return my keys and the apartment that I never took possession to under Florida Statues Landlord Tenant 83.60 Attached there's the email I wrote to the leasing office XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/ after several unreturned calls and I was giving up my deposit and first month. I have also spoke personally with XXXX on XXXX XXXX but he was not helpful at all and basically said that once I've signed I had to pay in full for the full lease even if I was not to live there. First infringement on this contract that suppose to be a drug free environment. The XXXX XXXX management kept my deposit and first month ( attached money orders ) as Early termination signed ( attached addendum early termination fees ) but after 3 years of the incident and probably due to new management in charge they send this account to collections via Ideal Collection Services. I've been disputing this case with the credit bureaus but the agency continues to claim this is mine because they are seeking to charge for it but under the Fair Credit Reporting Act this item must be removed as explained the reasons and because the XXXX XXXX already took the fees for early termination and this case was closed.

During the time I lived in the property my family began to wake up with bites on them first the children then I and my husband. I went to the office to notify them and there were other tenants there making the same complaints bed bugs I immediately asked that they exterminate. They informed me I would be billed for the extermination because the exterminator knew this was an ongoing issue he exterminated for free I informed the office manager I would like to move immediately I went into a month to month lease to ensure I properly moved out within 30 days. They were aware I was moving in 30 days this is why I did not sign a new yearly lease but went to a month to month lease in order to properly vacate the premises after 30days. I contacted them about my deposit I got into a dispute with the manager and she informed me she will be sending a bill and also acted as if she had no idea I was moving although she knew about the move out as well as the bed bud infestation the complex was battling she then killed us for things that I know weren't true we did not wear shoes in my home there is no way the carpet needing cleaning we threw all of our belongings away so to the infestation of bed bugs. I could not take a chance on having my 10 mos old baby be bitten by bed bugs. I was also living in the apartment for over a month with no keys I informed them in XXXX that my keys were lost and was never cut new keys and was expected to return them at the time I moved I was going to work with my door unlocked. The month to month addendum was our written notice to vacate we asked what was needed in order to do so and singned the new lease in order to vacate within 30days after contacting the office the debt that was owed increased please see attachments.

In response to your response from previous report number : XXXX about IDEAL COLLECTION SERVICES, INC This is what you wrote : I am confused as at the beginning of your complaint, you acknowledge receiving our response dated XX/XX/XXXX and at the end of your complaint you state instead of us responding we waited 2 years to report the account to the credit bureaus. In my XX/XX/XXXX response I offered a payment plan to avoid the account from being forwarded to the national credit bureaus and sent the validation of the claim. Attached, please find a copy of my response along with the documents that were attached. Also, please find attached, a copy of the notice to vacate form you signed. In the last paragraph of that form and the last sentence states " I understand that management will complete a move out inspection checklist after my departure and any claim on my security deposit will be itemized. '' I our office has already validated the debt and the account is past due and due in full. I respond to you the following : I moved out in XX/XX/XXXX, two years later ( XXXX ) you report the account. The attachments you included verifying the debt, only the notice to vacate is signed by me. The other documents you sent verifying debt, showing all those extra fees they're charging, Is what I previously had asked you to send me the Invoices XXXX XXXX XXXX has for all repairs, because I repaired everything before moving out and hired a carpet cleaner company. This is why I ask for all that so I can take the case to court with my evidence of repairs. That's all you need to send me and I'll proceed from there at court.

On XX/XX/XXXX I became aware of a company by the name of Ideal Collection Services, reporting a debt of {$94.00} on my credit report. I immediately reached out to the company via certified mail to get further details and clear up any errors. The company then responded by sending me a copy of XXXX page from my lease agreement, which still did not justify or prove the debt is owed. After receiving the response letter, I reached out to the company by phone. I informed them that they were in violation of reporting a debt that I did not owe and asked them to provide details on the debt. The representative had no explanation for what the debt was owed for, however kept assisting that I owed it. I requested to have the address that notification was sent to and the representative did not have my current address either. I advised them that I had moved from the property in question XX/XX/XXXX, and satisfied my lease in full. It made no sense that two years later a debt collection company would be reaching out to me regarding charges that can not be validated or explained. I also reached out to the Property via email and received no response. Ideal Collection is still currently reporting the debt even after being notified via certified mail, that I do not owe the debt. The company also has no explanation of what the {$94.00} debt is for and is still requesting a payment. This is violation of the FDCPA, and by reporting it is also a violation as well under the FCRA. I have attached a copy of my communications sent to the company via certified mail.

On XX/XX/2017, this company sent me a letter collecting XXXX. On XX/XX/2017. I requested information about this debt. On XX/XX/2017 they sent me a copy of a lease for an apartment rental at a community by the name of " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. The balance at move out was at {$340.00}. I had given a deposit of {$600.00}. This means that they were supposed to give me back the difference : {$600.00} - {$340.00} = XXXX. Instead, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX added the following fees : {$120.00} Kitchen counter top refinishing. I paid XXXX out of my ocket to do this before I moved out, so they didnt have to do this and don't have an invoice showing they did. They added {$170.00} Master tub refinishing. They don't have an invoice for this. The tub was sparkling clean before I moved. They added {$1200.00} for moving out a month before lease expired. I notified them 90 days prior to moving that I purchased a home. They also added {$390.00} for 34 months left of carpet use, when I also hired a company to clean the carpet two days before moving out. Adding up {$340.00} Balance at move out, why?, plus {$1900.00} additional charges = {$2300.00} minus my XXXX deposit they claim I owe {$1700.00}. So I sent a letter to Ideal Collection Services requesting an investigation of those charges and instead of responding to me, they waited exactly two years to report this account to my credit report. Damaging my impecable credit which was at XXXX credit score to XXXX thanks to their negligence.

I moved out of an apartment XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I received phone calls from Ideal Collection Agency for {$930.00}, that the leasing company was charging me for damages to the apartment. Prior to this I had not received a notice or call from the leasing company regarding the charges. They claimed that they sent a certified letter to the address on file. However, I never received the letter, and even have an email proving that I updated my new mailing address within 30 days after moving. According to Florida statute XXXX, the leasing company has 30 days to send me a certified notice of any charges or forfeits their rights to them. I never received this notice. I sent Ideal Collections a certified letter explaining that the company forfeited their right according to the Florida statute XXXX, and that according to the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act they must acquire proof of the damages as well as proof of the certified letter receipt. No such evidence was produced because I did not receive the letter to sign for it. Instead the Ideal Collections company sent me a copy of the bill from the leasing company with the end of the required notice missing from the page. I would not know how to respond based on their bill. The Ideal Collections company is trying to acquire funds that the leasing company is not entitled to. They did not submit the certified letter to me within the 30 days, and never notified me otherwise of this debt.

I disputed this already and if I need to write a formal letter I will. Yes, I signed the lease but never stepped inside his apartment due to being hospitalized for XXXX months. XXXX the treatment center I was that wrote a letter and XXXX said I was not living there anymore. She also said she was not living on there anymore. It is XX/XX/XXXX and I 'm just finding out that she has been living there and got a XXXX did and I never properly was taken off the lease. I have tried talking to the apartment company but they have sold the debt to the collections agency and this needs to be removed. I will not stop hassling until it gets done because of the legally I signed a lease I was physically unable to move in and she was falsely representing me. I have tried to contact her and I have no idea where she is and she also caused any eviction which goes on my record as well. This is not right and I do not have the money to pay for something I was told she was not even living there anymore so I was not having to worry about the lease. I physically never lived here although I signed the lease. I was in the hospital and she lied and represented me and was pretending like I was living there with her. This debt is not mine this is her responsibility. This was back in XX/XX/XXXX and I am just now finding out about it because it was supposed to be removed from the lease since I was in the hospital and she said that she was not moving in.

Let me start by saying that this collector may have tried to reach me and I simply did n't get the notice. In XX/XX/XXXX, I separated from my partner and after many months of struggling to make timely payments I was served with a notification to vacate an apartment we leased at XXXX XXXX, I complied. The property, sold that debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX and although they have never reached out I was aware of the debt and I knew at some point I would have to pay it. In any event, I contacted Ideal in XX/XX/XXXX to try to settle that debt and at that moment they advised me that they would not settled and that it had to be paid in full, the rep who has been assigned to my account is very strict and did n't give me much leeway to speak or to understand the process she just said this had to be paid and there would be no deduction. Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX I contacted the creditor again as I am trying to organize my finances and purchase a home and at this point the rep, XXXX XXXX of Ideal Collection, informed me that not only was there no settlement but that there was no arrangement they could make, the debt has to be settled in full. I was perplexed, is this lawful? Not everyone has {$2100.00} to pay off a debt at once. Are agencies allowed to strong arm a citizen or hold their credit hostage? For the record I offered to make 3 payments of {$700.00} and that was not good enough. I would like to understand if this is true.

A collection agency is trying to collect a debt from me that does not belong to me. Previous complaints have revealed that the collection agency wants to obtain information from me in violation of the law regarding collection agencies, namely, obtaining my government issued ID and filling out a legal form provided by the agency is a violation, in addition, this data will be used against me, since the agency does not have any evidence of my debt, except for public information that can be found through any search engine on the Internet. The provided handwritten contract, which is evidence, does not contain my signature, or rather there is a signature, but it is not mine, the evidence also contains Form XXXX in the name of a citizen of the XXXX XXXX , although I am a citizen of the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX According to my rights and the law, I am not obliged to provide the documents that the collection agency requires from me, and the collection agency does not have the right to demand these documents from me. According to the law, the report I provided is official proof that this debt does not belong to me. In turn, I have also filed a complaint through a XXXX state attorney with the credit bureaus and will be preparing a claim against this collection agency. This record has been on my credit report for quite a long time and has caused me a lot of losses.

I paid to terminate my lease in XXXX XXXX apartments in XX/XX/2015. My utilities and rent were prorated and paid for as well. Upon correctly terminating my lease, I had my apartment inspected, prior to leaving, and was able to get my deposit back. I am now being charged {$1900.00} for " damages ''. I have spoken with two different angents at the Ideal Collection service, and both of their claims differ as to why {$1900.00} worth of damages accrued. Also, the property listed my reason for moving out was because I owned a pet. I never had a pet and moved out on my own accord. Adding on, I did not live in this unit for two years and should not be charged for a 2 year carpet replacement. Overall, I do not understand how I am being charged for damages when the property personally paid me my security deposit upon after walking through and verifying that my apartment was in good condition. I have been trying contact the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), the real estate company that XXXX XXXX was under, but have been unsuccessful because XXXX XXXX no longer exists and XXXX has false contact information. Because of the various mistakes, I have already disputed this charge. I have also done my research on this leasing agency and have found reports of falsified claim of charges and wrongfully sending charges to collections with others that have leased with them.

I have sent letters to Ideal Collection Services seeking that they validate the debt. They have failed to do so. I have never heard of this company, nor have I ever did any business with them. I have requested copies of any and all letters sent to me on behalf of this company. I have not so much as received a copy of the dunning letter that they should have sent me when they began attempting to collect on the debt. I have not received copies of all statements, invoices, receipts, summaries of account nor any document that bears my original signature. How then can this company say I owe them but yet they have nothing to substantiate their allegation. How does this company list this entry as data factoring when they are a 3rd party collection company and did not assume the debt prior to charge off? This company did not prove that the statute of limitations has not expired. Where are the documents that reflect my signature? Where are the documents that provide proof of ALL charges, invoices, or slips that prove my indebtness to them? Ideal Collection Services is blatantly violating my consumer rights as well as totally disregarding the mandates set forth in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. This erroneous, unverifiable, inaccurate item should not be reflected on my credit reports.

Good Day, Collection Agency : IDEAL COLLECTION SERVICES Original Creditor Name XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Assigned XX/XX/2020 Original Amount Owed {$3300.00} Amount {$3300.00} Status Date XX/XX/2020 Status UNPAID I have a problem with the company described below, I lived in apartment XXXX XXXX XXXX CT XXXX XXXX, and due to COVID19 reasons, I had to leave on XX/XX/XXXX, I made the delivery of the apartment in good condition, and the administrator of the condominium, he told me there was no problem, that if something happened they would let me know by mail and took my new address. months later I received a message from equifax indicating that I had a negative report ( high impact ), I checked the data and they sent a letter to the address where I lived before XXXX XXXX XXXX CT XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX ( in that date I was not living there ), and for that reason they reported me. I never received a call, an email, a text message, or an email. They never contacted me. Today I contact the company IDEAL COLLECTION SERVICES, they are very rude and they did not answer my calls again, I check their history of qualifications online, and they have 1.7, there they indicate that they are a terrible company. I am afraid of a theft, or permanent damage to my credit. I need your help please

On XX/XX/2022, my former apartment complex ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) placed me in collections stating that I owe them money. They sold the debt to a debt collector ( Ideal Collection ) and placed the negative account on my credit. I contacted both XXXX XXXX XXXX and Ideal Collection in XX/XX/2022. The manager at XXXX never responded to my email and Ideal Collection 'verified the debt '', without actually verifying it's accuracy. On XX/XX/2022 - I emailed the manager of the apartment complex again, outlining the errors in the final statement receipt that I had, showing that for 13 months, they collected my rent but left out the collection payment of {$75.00} a month for the water bill, every month they failed to document the water bill in their ledger. I believe that XXXX XXXX XXXX or the individual responsible for accounting, purposely left out the monthly {$75.00} in an attempt to steal it. In return, they claimed that I owed them the funds, but my rental payments on the ledger shows that they received my entire rent amount of {$2000.00} that included the {$75.00} for water. XXXX XXXX XXXX has now sold this debt to a Ideal collection and ILLEGALLY placed the debt on my consumer report, which has caused my credit score to drop significantly.

I have already been to court to pay this debt. XXXX XXXX XXXX made a mistake charging my account with utilities in advance, that was the reason to charge Astronomic fees, also they dont received my current payments. The only way to dispute this was on court. I went to court on XX/XX/XXXX and Plaintiff was pay In full for a total of {$2100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX see Ecase view through Court : XXXX XXXX XXXX . The court records indicate that I already paid in full the Correct balance. No Absurd interest fee for negligent billing procedures in XXXX XXXX. The records that you provided show that the credit first opened in XX/XX/XXXX and was first reported XX/XX/XXXX ; four and seven months, respectively, after the debt was paid in full in court. I am requesting that this information be corrected. There is no reason as to why the credit charge is in a status of collection. it makes no sense, and the timing of the reported date makes even less sense. Given the due process of the law, XXXX XXXX had every opportunity to charge in court more or less than the amount they claimed, but they didnt, so I see no reason as to why they should decide to do it later by Ideall collection services. This is a clear fact how they act, they abuse.

While checking my credit report, I notice an account from IDEAL COLLECTION SERVICE that I believe is not being reported correctly on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent them a certified letter informing them that they were reporting inaccurate information on my credit report and requested that they provide me with the information that they used to verify the accuracy of my account, see Attached. After not hearing from them for more than 45 days, I sent another certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX, see attached, again requesting that they provide me with the information they were using to prove the accuracy of my account. I sent them a final certify letter on XX/XX/XXXX, see attached, again with no response. As of today, they are still reporting negatively on my credit report. I also sent certified letters to the three credit bureaus, along with my incident report, which is attached, asking them to verify or remove the negative report on my credit report that IDEAL COLLECTION SERVICE is reporting. So far, I have not gotten a response from them either. As you can see, I have been dealing with this situation for several months with no success, so I am writing to you to help me with this matter.

Everything started in XX/XX/2017, when I got a letter from Ideal Collections Services, who have been avoiding me ever since. I kept requesting a letter despite having documentation proving this debt is not owed. I raised a dispute with the organization before contacting the credit bureaus. which it was still not taken out. When I spoke to the manager, XXXX, she was quite rude to me and I told her that I had spoken to the original owners and that the bill had been paid, but that it had still appeared on my credit report and that of my roommate. Finally, we reached an understanding, and she suggested that I register for " Our Florida. '' a business that pays back rent ( for rent I do not owe ) I consented to this so that I could cross it off my report. I applied, waited more than three months, and was then informed that tenants whose rent is in collections are not reimbursed or credited the debt. I was deceived and told lies. It has been a complete nightmare going through this process. I have a right to accuracy and honesty under the CFPB and FCRA. This procedure was rife with fabrications. Please look into this business because I'm not the only one going through this.

Hello, So I live at the XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX to XXXX, after I left I never received an invoice for their final bill. I did not know I had a final bill until after it hit my credit. I gave them a forwarding address, but I never heard from them again. I called the collection agency after I saw it hit my credit, but they are a smaller agency with very old equipment that is not up-to-date, so they had to go to some storage shed to get my file, which will take up to 30 days. Anywho, the apartments I moved out of charged me for carpet that was installed before I moved in, they said that it was because it was so damaged that they had to replace it after and charged me a pro-rated amount or something along those lines. These carpets only have a 5 year life expectancy, and i called the flooring place. The carpet was not updated again until XXXX, so they charged me for carpet that was obviously not damaged enough to have to replace again until the end of Its 5 years, which they would have had to replace anyway. Im requesting proof of the cleaning fees and the carpet replacement after I moved that was before the 5 years lifespan of the carpet.

XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX have already recognized 'Ideal collections ' as a fraudulent account on my credit report. In fact, those agencies have sent certified mail to XXXX showing the outcome of their investigations. Still to this day, XXXX refuses to remove this from my credit report. I still have no paperwork, records, etc ( only documents from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX confirming this fraud ). So far, Ideal collections has only posted a fraudulent document that clearly shows forged signatures. My attorney has proof of signature authentication. I would like XXXX to follow suit with the other agencies and remove this fraudulent account. They claim that we owe {$6400.00}, for what I still don't know. A quick search online and you will find that these scammers are using the same amount with hundreds of other individuals. According to the CFPB they currently have 1,137 complaints against 'Ideal collections. ' All of the evidence is there proving obvious fraud. Again, all of the other credit agencies have recognized this as fraud, except for XXXX. I've had a clean credit report for over 2 decades, my FICO is currently XXXX.

My name is XXXX XXXX and I used to live in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Florida. I always paid my bills on time I have 100 % of payment on time on my credit report and I was just blindsided by this negative report made by ideal collection service. It was regarding {$64.00} and I never got a letter or a phone call saying that I had this depth regarding water bill thats what they say to me when I called Them yesterday. I take care of my credit very closely and I really care about my reports and I do my best to be on top of my hundred percent payment on time all my payments are automatic pay so I will never forget about them. I never got any phone calls from XXXX XXXX or the collector office. Im really upset that my credit decreasing 42 points over {$64.00} that I have no idea that I had to pay. I found out that yesterday and I already filled out a check and I send it out to Ideal Collection. I think what they did wasnt fair. They hurt my credit bad. Im really upset about this and I hope they will remove this bad report after my check clears up. Sincerely XXXX XXXX

When my lease ended with XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX they sent me a notice saying I owed {$310.00} and had 15 days from receiving the notice to dispute it which i did. They claimed i only returned one house key and charged me {$25.00}. Fortunately i took a picture of BOTH keys initialed by them that it was received by them. I made sure to send them that proof with my dispute. They also wanted to charge me {$120.00} to replace the carpet which they said was dirty. I dispute that as well since they promised me via email that when i renewed my lease in XXXX that i would get a free carpet cleaning. Had they done as promised i would have a clean carpet and they would not be charging me for that. They also want to charge me {$100.00} cleaning fee for " leaving items '' behind. This i dispute as well. They never did a walk through with me even though i requested it when i moved out. They said it was not necessary. So I dispute all this and I hear nothing back and now suddenly XXXX months later its with a collection agency. I don't know how that is allowed

I just learned that I have an account in collections with this company. I do not have an account number or any other identifying information since I have not received any contact from this company. They are collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX, an apartment complex that I no longer reside at. My family left XXXX XXXX on bad terms and they charged us for a number of items which we disputed but to no avail. In the end we sent a check to the company and we heard nothing further so we assumed there was no further action needed. We have n't received any dunning notice, verification of debt, notice to dispute from Ideal Collections Services therefore we were n't able to dispute the debt or even request verification. When I contacted the company I was told that because I do n't have an account number they would not be able to look into it but that they would " continue to pursue me '' for the debt and " most likely '' we will be sued. Threats and other improper communication tactics being used are violating my rights as a consumer.

Ideal collection services is falsely adding a collections account to my credit report. I was NEVER contacted by this company in regards to such claim. I was never provided any documents, i was spoken to very rudely when i called them. I was advised from them to send a copy of my ID & Affidavit to dispute this issue. Which i did! But still no response from them. They have refused to remove this item from my credit report. They're very unprofessional and spoke to me so disrespectfully. I am very concerned with what they're going to do with my personal information that was sent to dispute this negative item on my credit report. I was not given a fair shot to dispute this information before it affected my credit report, which violated my rights. Then i sent in all the correct supporting documents ( which was advised from them ) and they still never communicated back to me by removing this item, never sent me any details about this false account. I want this item removed from my credit report, as it is not mine.

This is in regards to Account # XXXX with Ideal Collection Service. I recently disputed this item reporting inaccurately on my credit reports with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and the item came back verified by your company. However, on the results from the bureaus there is a different address reporting for the item on XXXX and on XXXX. On XXXX the address for the item is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX AND on XXXX for the SAME ACCOUNT the address is reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX. This is information is obviously not accurate and certainly very confusing to the consumer and there are supposed to be by law specific policies and procedures in place for these types of things. I am being harmed financially due to this item and it is being reported inaccurately. Since in my original letter I asked that if the item was not reporting 100 % accurate to please have it deleted and it is not reporting accurately I am asking that this item please be deleted from my credit report.

I spoke with someone named XXXX, ( last name was not provided ) and when I advised her I was not aware of any lease in my name and that I planned to put the matter in dispute. She then advised me that the only way I could dispute the debt per federal law was to report the matter as fraud to my local authorities and then provide her company a copy of this police report in order to have the debt investigated and removed from my credit. When I asked her what federal law this was applicable under, she refused to provide me that information and told me I would have to find out myself. She then proceeded to be very rude and unhelpful in providing any additional information regarding the account. I then requested to speak with a manager, she told me she was the manager and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else at the company who may have been helpful.

I never received any notification that anything was owed or I was in any type of wrong. I feel as if I should be given some sort of hardship break. As I try to make sense of my collection amount I wanted to see out of good faith if you were able to remove this off of my credit report. At the time I was going through a very hard break up with my ex wife and was forced to move as I could not afford the rent. I am currently getting back on my feet and plan to catch up with everything. Thank you for your time

XXXX XXXX XXXX is trying to collect on debt not owed. We completed our lease and never signed any renewals. We were given a refund for deposit at the time we moved out. When asking XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide copy of lease and full payment history she said she did not have to provide. I explained they have a billing error and she advised I had to discuss with XXXX XXXX but the collection agency is telling me to contact original creditor. This debt does not belong to me and is invalid. Both the collection agency and original creditor have been given over 120 days to provide validating documents and not one shred of evidence supporting the amount they are trying to collect has been provided. This need to be deleted from my credit and the account needs to be closed as this debt collection is invalid.

Ideal Collection Services is attempting to collect a debt that has not been properly validated. The debt to which ICS is attempting to collect was compiled XXXX/XXXX/2018 and faxed to ICS on XXXX/XXXX/2018 for carpet replacement on a rental i vacated on XX/XX/2018. ICS provided USPS certified mail Labels ONLY without the original contents, no sender info at all. Just .... XXXX XXXX .... they mailed the certified labels to the apartment that has been vacated where it sat for over a month " knowing i could not possibly of had any knowledge of its existence to respond to the bill obviously ''. This clearly is in violation of my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Act and the state of Florida Statues Law Title VI Chapter 83 Article ( 3 ) ( a ) 3rd paragraph.

1. In response to the previous complaint, I received an answer that I must fill out a form stating that my identity was stolen, but I do not believe this, since the company can not provide any evidence that this debt belongs to me. 3. By law, the debt collector must prove to me that I owe them, but in fact, the debt collector asks me to confirm or refute this debt. 4. The address where I allegedly rented the apartment is in an office building.

I have sent a debt validation notices to the creditor and only receive a verification of the debt instead of a validation of the debt. As per the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act ( FDCPA ), a credit is supposed to respond with the original creditors name, address, and account number and not report to the credit bureaus nor attempt to collect until they have responded. However, the creditor did not send the required information and is still reporting to the credit bureaus, which is in violation of the FDCPA. My next step is to contact a consumer protection attorney unless the matter is resolved here. This account is not mine.

My community is charging me {$380.00} to paint XXXX walls when I was told that it was ok to paint, and that they would cover the cost from my XXXX of dollars damage deposit that I left. This is a falsified debt that is forged in an attempt to make more money. This apartment community is unfair. I have the original invoice for the paint job they did to repait the walls and it was no where near {$380.00} it was significantly less.
