THE AMOUNT OWED FOR THIS COMPLETED SERVICE IS {$570.00}. NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS OF COMMUNICATING THIS DEBT HAVE BEEN MADE TO XXXX XXXX XXXX PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL STARTING ON XX/XX/2020. TWO LATE FEES HAVE BEEN ADDED IN REGARDS TO THIS EGREGIOUS NONPAYMENT.
ON XX/XX/2020 XXXX XXXX FINALLY COMMUNICATED THAT SHE WOULD NOT BE PAYING THE DEBT OWED BECAUSE OUR COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND I3 LENDING INC DOES NOT PROVIDE HER CHECKS. I3 LENDING INC DID NOT STATE IN ANY WAY THAT PAYMENT COULD ONLY BE MADE THROUGH CREDIT CARD SERVICES BEFORE COMPLETING THE VA APPRAISAL.

I made a mortgage application with I3 lending on XXXX/XXXX/15. I submitted a complete application including name, social security number, dob, address, income, and assets. I was never contacted and did not receive my required respa disclosures. The only contact I ever received was an email thanking me for my application and telling me I wold be contacted.

XX/XX/XXXX.We as buyers paid XXXX XXXX XXXX a {$5000.00} points fee by his require because he told us he is a loan broker. But he does not have an active status on NMLS ( NMLS XXXX ).
Also, the loan did not get through, we need a refund.
