I was called by a someone on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX am who said their name was XXXX XXXX with IPM group who said I had an outstanding payday loan debt from XXXX. He had all of my personal information including address and social security number. He was very aggressive in me having to make a decision to pay them, while being flighty about company details. He called me from an oregon cell phone number ( XXXX ) but claimed his corporate office was in Texas. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. I had pressured him further to speak to someone else, I could hear him hand the phone to someone else who was aggressive who said their name was " XXXX XXXX ''. I asked for a first name and was given XXXX XXXX. When I asked for company information he said " we are not doing this '' and hung up on me. I called back asking for more information from XXXX XXXX who continued using the phrase " are we going to be able to make this payment happen or will we have to move this forward? ''

I received a call today XX/XX/2022 at my place of employment from an IPM debt collector representative regarding a pay day loan. I never gave consent for this employer to contact me at my current place of work. The original loan was taken out when I worked for another company. I let the debt collector XXXX know that I would not be interested in communicating regarding the debt especially since they contacted me at my place of employment. She then threatened to notify my employer of the outstanding debt. The debt collector also notified my coworker who originally answered the phone that it was an attempt to collect a debt.
