On XX/XX/2022, XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX called my work phone and left a threating message on my voicemail which is attached below. Per XXXX XXXX XXXX " Harassment and Call Restrictions Debt collectors can not harass or abuse you. They can not swear, threaten to illegally harm you or your property, threaten you with illegal actions, or falsely threaten you with actions they do not intend to take. They also can not make repeated calls over a short period to annoy or harass you. '' After speaking with XXXX XXXX, I advised him that he threatened me on my work voicemail which is not a legal tactic and told him to never call my work line again. He the threatened me once again and said " I don't care of your embarrassed like I said have your boss or owner available to be served at your work location. '' After being extremely emotional, distraught, embarrassed, and traumatized at work he advised me that I would settle the XXXX debt, however when he sent me over the paperwork it had the incorrect amount listed. I emailed several times... Email thread below ... From : XXXX fam XXXX Sent : Thursday, XX/XX/2022 XXXX PM To : R XXXX XXXX Subject : Fwd : Payment Plan letter for # XXXX Good afternoon,, I spoke with XXXX today and the agreement was not based on the XXXX it was based on the $ XXXX amount. Please see below and refer to the phone conversation. I am requesting that my agreement is revised based on the information provided as agreed upon in the phone conversation. I asked him to provide me that in writing beforehand and he refused and then changed the amount in the agreement. I also requested that he provided me the documentation regarding the auction of the vehicle so I can confirm payments have been applied. Please provide me the agreed upon agreement A.S.A.P. Thanks in advance for your assistance. XXXX XXXX corrected the amount and sent over a new agreement, also attached below. After making a few payments I noticed that the account reflected incorrectly. Email below... XXXX fam XXXX Attachments XX/XX/2022, XXXX AM to R ... Can someone also please correct this? This amount is incorrect on the payment site. I appreciate your help with this. Response ... R XXXX XXXX Sat, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX AM to me The website doesnt reflect reduced payoffs. Settlements can only be dont through the banking department. As you make payments the balance will get reduced and manual letters will get sent out. Thats what the disclosure means under the account information. XXXX XXXX XXXX The amounts are still not correct, and the additional payments were added which was not agreed upon, and then decline notices were sent out. Also attached, XXXX XXXX, called me once again at my work on XX/XX/2022 and advised that he is closing my account simply because he wanted a card on file. However, XXXX XXXX his manager advised me that I can make payments online. After several threatening phone calls, incorrect amounts, and additional payments added not authorized. I'm requesting that my account is paid in full and deleted from all 3 credit bureaus. Documentation is attached below.

Someone called me from XXXX XXXX ( on behalf of Huntington Debt Holdings ) about a debt that XXXX sent on a purchase that i had been reaching out to the merchant for a year about taking the product back. They allowed me 3 months for a return ( which they extended to 6 months later after i asked to return it ). I contacted them right after i received the product as there was XXXX XXXX on the mattress, the mattress was causing XXXX, and it looked used i had purchased this product using XXXX. I sent pictures to the merchant right after opening it, and they told me no one would pick it up due to covid and extended my return window. I called every month and continued emailing asking them to come get this mattress. They kept extending my return window and offering credits. I told them i dont want credits i want to return it. I informed XXXX of this and told them ive been asking the merchant to come get it as per being allowed to return it. They never came to get it. a man from XXXX XXXX called me, yelled at me, didnt let me speak, used intimidation tactics ( violating my FDCPA rights ) and then told me VERBATIM " we dont care what your reasoning is '' and that " Huntington Holdings '' does not care about my proof when i asked where i can forward my repeated correspondence. He then intimiated me by saying they will put negative remarks on my credit report if I refuse to pay it, despite me asking to provide the correspondence proof to Prove I had a return request in. Then he said " SO I HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU THE WHOLE TIME ABOUT THIS? '' and hung up on me when i was providing dates, times and factual information that i can easily provide and asked him to stop talking over me, especially since he just threatened my credit and told me he doesnt care what my proof or reasoning is because lull cant help anymore ( which is false as this goes entirely back to them ). He also tried to say the debt was valdified because I made a few payments ( they collect multiple times a month at XXXX ) before asking to return it. I told him this doesnt validify debt and he got really irritated that I was aware of my rights. He also accused me of having received paperwork that i NEVER received. In fact, before today, i had NEVER heard of this company

I have been trying to reach Huntington DH at ( XXXX ) XXXX about a debt showing on my credit report. This is the phone number showing on my credit report. I called on XX/XX/2021 and left a voicemail. I called again on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 and left voicemails each time. No one called me back so on XX/XX/2021, I searched for the company on XXXX, found the company website and called the phone number listed of ( XXXX ) XXXX. I left another voicemail. On XX/XX/2021, I still had not received a call back from anyone so I reached out to XXXX XXXX which is showing as the originator of the debt. I called XXXX XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX. A rep told me it was transferred to another agency called XXXX XXXX XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX. When I called that number, the rep said the account was transferred to Huntington and gave me the phone number of ( XXXX ) XXXX. I called that number and spoke with XXXX, who said that I called XXXX XXXX XXXX but they are affiliated with Huntington Debt Holdings. XXXX told me the account was outsourced to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX. I called that number and spoke with XXXX around XXXX. XXXX asked for my name but she could not find an account. She then asked for the last XXXX of my social and still did not find an account. She asked for my full social security number and then put me on hold. She came back to the phone, said she was still trying to locate the account, and put me back on hold. After being on the phone and on hold for a total of XXXX minutes, XXXX came back to the phone, said her whole system crashed, asked for my phone number and said she would call me back. I still have not heard back from XXXX or anyone else from this agency or anyone from Huntington which is the debt agency showing on my credit report. I would like this account removed from all three credit bureaus and I would this debt to be cancelled. No one can tell me what the account is, what it is for, or who it originally came from. No one can provide documentation showing this debt or who the debt even belongs to. This debt is not mine and there is proof of an actual debt.

On XX/XX/2020, I was contacted by XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of Huntington Debt Holdings, LLC. XXXX XXXX called my cell phone twice within 5 minutes ( XXXX CST and XXXX CST ) and called my work immediately after looking for me. Upon answering the call at my work, I attempted to work out an agreement with Mr. XXXX, but he indicated that my account was in " garnishment '' status. I questioned this, as no legal action had not yet been served, nor a judgment levied against me. I probed this further, and said that there could not be a garnishment against me, as there had been no legal proceedings. Mr. XXXX then threatened me with legal action, saying it was " in garnishment status '' because the State of Kansas would just go ahead and approve their claim. I countered this with " well, since it was not presented in court, no garnishment could occur as of yet. '' Mr. XXXX then became very defensive, saying that I " took merchandise without paying for it. '' At that time, I demanded to speak with a different person, as I did not approve of his tone or professionalism. I spoke to a different representative at XXXX XXXX XXXX, and we came to an amicable agreement to pay the debt in full.

My family and friends were receiving back to back calls and voicemails over the course of 20 minutes from a person saying they were from the Information Research Department asking for my address to send me a certified notice. I called the number back and was yelled at by a staff member of a company claiming to be XXXX XXXX XXXX. He forwarded me to his manager who said I owed a debt of {$510.00} to Huntington Debt Holdings LLC and that they were collecting on their behalf. I told him I never received a notice. He said it was sent to an old address of mine but he wouldnt provide me with a copy of the notice that Huntington allegedly sent. He would only provide a copy of a demand from XXXX which does not specify I have a right to dispute. I have called Huntington many times, left voicemails, and emailed. I can not get through to a person to request verification of debt. XXXX is threatening to send this debt to collections if I do not set up a payment plan with them by XXXX today. But I dont feel comfortable giving out my account information without verifying the debt. All I am looking for is verification of debt from the actual holder of the debt, Huntington Debt Holdings LLC.

I received a letter dated XX/XX/2023 from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that they are trying to collect a debt that I owe to " Huntington Debt Holdings LLC '' in the amount of {$1900.00}. I have never heard of " Huntington Debt Holdings LLC ''. I have had no contact with that company, and have never taken out a loan or debt with them. I have taken action to formally dispute the debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I submitted my dispute through their website at " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have mailed my formal dispute to them. So far I have not received resolution to this fraud claim. I also had credit freezes in place with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I have placed a fraud alert with all 3 agencies to try and help prevent against similar cases of fraud like this in the future.

I provided letter a formal request to opt out of authorization for information sharing under 15 USC 6802, a statute governing the privacy of personal information. The letter included full name and account number, and requested the recipient acknowledge and confirm in writing that the sender 's information will no longer be shared with non-affiliated third parties. It emphasizes the importance of privacy protection and requests a prompt response from the recipient. I have already opt out w/ financial institution to not share my information. I have also submitted a complaint to XXXX ( complaint # XXXX ). Thus far I have not had a response from XXXX or XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX

I received a voicemail message stating that if I didn't return the call it would be escalated legally. This company never left their name or advised they were attempting to collect a debt. I returned the call the lady stated they were collecting on behalf of Huntington debt holdings. She stated they had bought the debt from XXXX XXXX. I informed her that I never received any communication stating the account was sold nor did they send a letter giving me the amount owed and opportunity to dispute the debt.

I was unaware of my account was XXXX XXXX XXXX was sold two different times. It was paid in full {$3900.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The original Balance was XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Open date was XX/XX/XXXX. It is showing negative status as it has been paid in full as of XX/XX/XXXX. And still has a negative status. Loan was an illegal tribal loan that has been sold multiple times to non-tribal collection agencies that do not have any legal authority to collect. They refuse to provide anything. They are threatening to take my car and house despite neither being collateral for the loan.

Repeated phone calls from many many different phone numbers, I spoke to them to begin with told them that that was not my debt and told them repeatedly to stop calling. They are leaving harassing voice messages and threatening me.
