I noticed about 2 years ago that my vehicle loan was no longer reporting to my credit. I reached out to the company upon noticing and requested that it be fixed. They assured me it would be, and said to follow up next month as they report each month on the first. I XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so I agreed and understood. However, it was never resolved. I continued to follow up multiple times over the following year and a half until now, and at each follow up they would reiterate that everything appeared fine and should be fixed. The company did contact me via text on my personal phone however I gave explicit permission for them to do so. I have in the past 4 months frozen my credit, as the company requested that they could pull my credit to " ensure I was reading it correctly '' I denied this request, as I was reading my reports via the official websites, and forwarded pictures via text of my credit reports to the companies contact number I was given. I still have the texts and can provide those upon request. Their account notations seem to have the dates as they reference them whenever I call to reiterate my complaints each month.

I had a auto loan {$13000.00} for a XXXX XXXX financed for 60 months through Hughes Acceptance Corp. in XXXX, KY. beginning XX/XX/2014. This has been paid off but the company has not reported any of the payments or that was paid off to the credit bureau.My credit report still showing I owe the {$13000.00}. I have contacted Hughes Acceptance several times to update my credit report but they have failed to do so. This has caused me not to be able to get another car loan in the past couple of years.
