On XX/XX/2017 I received a letter from Howard Stomel Attorney at Law reference a XXXX XXXX Credit Card account. This letter indicated an amount that was not correct, and I am disputing this amount with this attorney. I have tried to correct this amount in the past with the original creditor, with no success. The total amount owed is only {$13000.00}. Mr XXXX is advocating along with XXXX XXXX that I owe double that, when a settlement agreement was reached for only 50 % of the original debt amount.
