I have an issue with my lender " Horizon West Financial '' for my car loan since they informed me the same day on XX/XX/XXXX that my load was sold off to another lender by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I wasn't even given 15-30 days notice in advance that Horizon West Financial sold off my loan. XXXX XXXX XXXX Vice President of Horizon West Financial just shot me an email on XX/XX/XXXX stating that I will have to make all payments to the new lender starting XX/XX/XXXX as stated clearly in her email. I contacted XXXX XXXX asking why & what is going. Such a sudden notice after more than 3 years of being with Horizon West Financial with no late payments and no issues with my file. I made 100 % reported payments as promised. XXXX XXXX did not addressed my issues and concerns in our emails. This is unfair business practices and isn't right about handling this professionally. They sold my loan to a very bad company with very bad XXXX & XXXX reviews along with " F '' rating with the XXXX XXXX XXXX under the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I don't feel comfortable with this company and will not sign new loan agreements with them. I also had issues with my XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX doing fraudulent information on paperwork & requesting more money on top of my car purchased price, I do have all records of the recorded emails with XXXX XXXX for my bad transactions with their dealership. They sold me a car with transmission issues, engine issues, turbo leaks, & did not try and attempt to fix it making it right with me. It's also illegal for them to require me to pay them an additional {$2000.00} cash under the table due to making my loan work with Horizon West Financial. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX financing manager & XXXX XXXX associates did something illegal on my car loan contract & credit application with Horizon West Financial to make my loan to work and required me to pay them additional {$2000.00} cash under the table as stated in the email for me to get the car since my loan was denied by other lenders. Horizon West Financial was the only company who make the file work under what XXXX XXXX did on their end. After our fraudulent bad transaction was already done, I didn't think I had an recourse after XXXX XXXX went out of business. I will be contacting my local DMV Investigator Office in the City of XXXX California & also the Attorney General about this whole transaction. I'm seeking an attorney to assist me in this matter as well.

I bought my car from XXXX XXXX out in XXXX County in the city of XXXX. I don't know if you guys service this area. I don't want to waste anyone 's time and don't have the money for a retainer fee. Please let me know if your firm would be willing to take my case after what I'm going to explain what happened with this dealer. I bought the car for {$21000.00} advertised priced, but the dealer tacked on additional {$2000.00} for helping me get approved with their lender they work with, so the car comes out to be {$23000.00}. They said without their help on the approval, I won't get qualified. I only could of afford {$4000.00} cash down and they said they'll approve me once I bring in the {$4000.00} cash. After the approval they wanted additional {$1000.00} down payment to make the deal work. I told them I don't have room to fork out another {$1000.00}. XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX told me don't worry about it, they could break that up in payments and I could pay it later. Received a voicemail stating do not talk to the lender if they call, I need to call XXXX XXXX back. XXXX told me that they already took care of the {$1000.00} down payment and I owe XXXX XXXX the {$1000.00} down payment now. Isn't that illegal business practices??? Also sold the car with 1,000 miles warranty or up to 30 days only. Car tires was less than 30 % which is against the law for the consumer to drive off their dealer lot. They replaced the tires 3-4 weeks later. I had issues with a loud noise coming from the engine, they said it's going to be taken care of when I bring in the car for the tires. Kept my car for two days. Gave me back the car with new tires, but the engine noise wasn't addressed since their mechanic didn't have the time and he's going on vacation. I have all this recorded on text message. Months later, XXXX XXXX calls me saying I owe them the {$1000.00} for the down payment and they want it. I emailed them to have it recorded and said I don't have that {$1000.00}. He replied back telling me money owed is money owed in the email, I told him you guys didn't even repair what you promised and my car was still under warranty. I recently put my car on the auto repair lifters at the shop and found out that there is a major transmission leak, soaking up the under cover carriage, and the whole bottom of the transmission if leaking oil. My XXXX at my XXXX where I work at also said there is oil in the turbo on both sides therefore I'm looking at thousands of dollars in repairs just for the turbo. The twin turbo on this car has major problems. Transmission I'm looking at addition thousands of dollars of the repair. I found out that the car had been repainted and been into an accident as well. I bought the car for my wife and this has been a nightmare with this dealer. Please call or email me if your firm can help me out. Thank you in advance. Whats the problem & issues going on? I would like to know. Also if this is the case, I want to revise my contract to a lower APR & lower monthly payment if thats even possible. This is such a sudden notice. I have never missed one payment with Horizon First Financial. I also got a letter in the mail stating my next payment will be pulled on the XXXX of XXXX. We already had a discussion about my payment being taking out every month on the XXXX of every month. Please advise, thank you.
