I had a XXXX XXXX and was billed for an amount of {$300.00} after my insurance deduction. I was unable to pay this amount to the original creditor ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and therefore was sent to collection. In XXXX XXXX, I paid off this amount to the collection Agency ( Horizon Financial ) through my bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I requested my husband to follow up with the collection Agency to make sure they take away the derogatory remarks on my credit report and close the account. He spoke with a lady called XXXX at Horizon Financial who assured us that this will be done. However, 8months down the line, the negative reporting is still on my credit report and when my husband called on XXXX XXXX, XXXX at XXXX ET, he spoke with the same XXXX who says that, although the account has been paid, the derogatory remarks will still be there. Also, the account remained opened on my XXXX credit report.

On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I sent Horizon Financial Management a letter requesting validation of a said account on my credit file ... To the present day Horizon has failed to respond with validation nor has my account been placed in dispute and it has been MORE THAN 30 DAYS.. This is a direct violation of the FCRA ... Horizon 's trade line is displaying the following inaccuracies .... Missing account and payment history, No monthly payments, No date of first delinquent payment, No contractual agreement, No estimated removal date, No responsibility listed, Missing close date, and no contact details ... Horizon is in direct violation of the FDRA by not reporting accurate and factual information ....
