Was applying for a mortgage refinance through Hometrust Mortgage, representative XXXX XXXX XXXX, and submitted ALL the requested documentation. On XX/XX/19, he took it upon his self to run my credit report without my authorization, or siganture even though I had forwarded him a copy of a credit report that was pulled on XX/XX/19 by another mortgage lender that I had been in previous contact with. Upon attempting to have the unauthorized credit pulls preformed by the bureaus on XX/XX/19, it was discovered that I had credit freezes from previous identity theft on my credit reports, and that I would have to have the freezes removed!
At that point, he started acting discriminatory with his customer service conduct blowing off my phone calls, and email communications when I clearly was attempting to contact him to confer with why he had not communicated that he was going to request a credit pull, so I could inform the bureaus to remove the freezes. This went on for about 5 days until I sent a text message to his friend XXXX from XXXX XXXX who referred me to him. After seeing the text he contacted me at XXXX XXXX basically saying XXXX me, and my loan file, in addition to racially disparaging me which I have documented text communication of.
