My name is XXXX XXXX and I am writing on behalf of my mother XXXX XXXX. Her Home Address is # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MO XXXX. In XXXX, After filing Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy my mother 's home loan balance was XXXX. In XXXX, my mother refinanced her home with Home Town Equity Mortgage. We have documents stating that Home Town Equity Mortgage paid off my mother 's home for XXXX we don't know how there was a XXXX increase to her home loan because she never missed a mortgage payment within XXXX. In addition, to the XXXX increase ; Home Town Equity Mortgage has in the refinancing paperwork that she received a XXXX check during the refinancing process in which she never received. In XXXX, My mother was told that her home loan balance was at a whopping XXXX. She has never missed a mortgage payment ; since she purchased the home in XXXX. She also has a false deed release in XXXX on her home that she never authorized. The Deed Release was notarized by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Both women have been associated with mortgage fraud. In gist, my mother has been making unfair mortgage payments for the past fourteen years and this must stop. Please assist us in providing my mother with justice. We would like for Home Town Equity Mortgage to be investigated for unethical business practices. In our research, we have learned that Home Town Equity Mortgage has an infamous reputation for mortgage fraud.
