On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX of XXXX I spoke with XXXX XXXXXXXX about applying for a VA Mortgage Loan. The person also added another co-worker to the call. The merged caller was said that she is great with VA Loans. They ran my credit information and contacted me later in the day. I then explained to them about our selling of the home in XXXX, moving to XXXX and paying off all the revolving debt. I was told that my score was too low, but to wait 30-45 days for the credit history to reflect. The housing situation during this pandemic is not the best at letting you wait for anything. So, I then asked about doing a Rapid Rescore for the accounts that were not reflecting the recent payments. I was told that they would investigate it. The company called back the next day with an amount of $ XXXX that they wanted to charge me to run a rapid rescore. I never sent them the information to prove to the credit agencies of the payments, nor did they ask for said information. I was told it cost {$290.00} per account per credit agency. I told them that I was not going to pay for that. I then told them that they were not supposed to charge me for that either. I sent XXXX a text about sending me the disclosure on the rapid rescore so I could go over the charges. I never received a disclosure but was called the next day by an associate of the company claiming to merge the call with the owner of HomeKey Mortgage. The call looked important so I answered, even though I was in the restroom. I asked them to call back in 10 minutes to let me get out of the restroom. I was told that they probably would not be available. I did not receive a call back. I called back 11 minutes later, but was transferred to voicemail. I called back 12 minutes later again, but was transferred to voicemail again. I then left a message, with no one calling back. I have not heard back from anyone with the company since then. The realty company has not put us in contact with another lender.
