On XX/XX/XXXX my offer was excepted and I notified XXXX XXXX of Home Funding Corporation ( XXXX, XXXX, NMLS # XXXX ) that the offer was excepted. XXXX did not lock in the rate until Friday and explained that the rates with up. Later XXXX needed additional documentation on a transfer of funds from my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account to my XXXX account. At the time my computer was not working and I needed to complete these requests during school hours. ( XXXX ). He stated that he is familiar with XXXX and I can do it on my phone. Well, the only want to get a current transaction history on my phone with XXXX is to download it as a spreadsheet. I knew that my personal information will not be attached to the spreadsheet. I may have a third-party call with XXXX and was able to get access to the XXXX statement today. XXXX processed to get highly volatile and emotional on the call. I asked him to calm down, I remind him that I was his client. I tried to explain that the statement was not available until today. All of this was done in the present of my attorney. I called corporate to explain I can only move forward with someone else handling my file, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to handle the file. The next request XXXX was a letter about my adoption and prior address. He told me if I was to go back with XXXX, XXXX would complete those letters I needed. I told XXXX I only agreed to move forward in this process if XXXX was no longer doing anything on my case. XXXX then informed me that he could not do those letters. I asked him how much was I paying for them to provide this service to me and he told me he could not and would not share that information. The next request came from XXXX and XXXX confined that I needed to send a payment for the appraisal via XXXX that they don't take credit cards. Everything about these interactions screams unethical. I am not familiar with this process but I do feel that they are trying to scam me and others. I have saved all the emails if you would like them for your investigation. They should not be allowed to treat people in this fashion.
