I have requested for the removal of my property mortgage insurance ( PMI ) from my mortgage ( lender ) for the past three years. I have put the request in writing both in email form as well as mailing a certified letter with confirmation signature of receiving. My first request dating back to XX/XX/XXXX and the latest on XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was advised by customer service to submit the request to supervisor XXXX XXXX, and to include her manager XXXX. I received a follow up email from XXXX stating " The MIP will automatically be terminated by HUD. We have attached the document & highlighted the termination date. Have a beautiful day ''. I tried calling XXXX to discuss her email and instead I received a follow up email stating " Please see the attached Servicing Disclosure Statement wherein it states that we may assign, sell or transfer the servicing of your loan. I have also attached a copy of the XXXX XXXX requirement wherein the MIP Insurance must remain on each individual loan. As we have stated previously the MIP will be automatically terminated and there is nothing further we can do at this time ''. My loan is a FHA 30 year loan. Not only does the information XXXX has sent does not apply to my request or mortgage closing disclosure documents, the attachment XXXX sent is a falsified signature document dating back three months before the closing date. According to my mortgage contract signed on XX/XX/XXXX is as follows ; FHA LOAN 30 year If mortgage was Originated prior to XX/XX/XXXX 1. The loan has to reach 78 % loan-to-value from the last known value of the home and not its current appraised value. ( The " last known value '' is the value of the home at the date of purchase ; the last time the home was FHA-appraised. ) 2. Annual MIP has been paid for at least 60 months. My closing date was on XX/XX/XXXX, and as per my closing documents I can request for removal of PMI once 5 years and/or 80 % LTV. All payments have been made in a timely ( never late ) as well as additional funds towards principal have been made, thus bringing the LTV below 77 %. Again, I have been requesting the removal of the PMI from mortgage and have been given run around. I have left messages for XXXX and XXXX to call me regarding matter but have been ignored.

I bought a property on XX/XX/XXXX with Home Financing Center, XXXX as the lender, the title company recommended by them for the closing was XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The Warranty Deed prepared by XXXX XXXX was recorded with and error on my post office address which has the zip code incorrect and is missing the apartment number. I noticed the error on XX/XX/XXXX and brought that to their attention requesting to send a correction to the county. I was informed that an error on the mailing address will not affect the title and the Warranty Deed will not be re-recorded. However, since I did not receive the XXXX Property Taxes bill in the mail and went into the county website on XX/XX/XXXX and I found out that the Property Taxes from XXXX are still due, a Delinquent Tax Certificate was issued on XX/XX/XXXX but I never received the notice because my mailing address is incorrect. I immediately called the company for an explanation about this and they told me the case will be investigated and will submit the payment as I am not responsible for those previous property taxes. As per today, the amount of {$900.00} for XXXX Property Taxes are still delinquent and I have not received an explanation either an apology from the title company. I have been calling and spoke with several people and they keep saying that the bill eventually will get paid and I should not be concerned about that. In addition, regarding the mailing address they told me that I have to go or call to the county and fix it myself. I feel this issue is being handled carelessly without any urgency or consideration from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.

I was in communication with Home Financing Center, Inc. loan servicer for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding a refinance on an existing mortgage I have with XXXX XXXX XXXX. While maintaining communication with XXXX I strongly emphasized not to get my credit pulled until I have the facts and clean numbers on paper and then finally to review. XXXX sent me numerous estimates and finally a final draft. The final draft had so many errors I was stunned and concerned. I immediately contacted him but he was unavailable at times. When I finally got through to him I mentioned all the errors and since I was already disappointed and not trusting this institution I requested to have my request for a refinance terminated. So long story short I never authorized or gave my social security to XXXX. I immediately addressed this to him and his superiors, however everyone ignored me and nothing ever got done. I filed a report through the XXXX and they responded to me " company refused to answer ''. Then I filed a complaint via XXXX, XXXX company they use to pull credit records and opened a claim advising that my credit was pulled without my authorization. On XX/XX/2016 XXXX sent me a letter stating that XXXX XXXX XXXX got verbal authorization from me to have my credit pulled. This is completely false and not true. Now I have decided to report this unethical matter further to assist me in finally getting the unauthorized inquiry removed from my credit reports and finally put closure to this matter.

I paid of my mortgage loan XXXX early in full on XX/XX/2017 as per the payoff statement provided by Home Financing Center due to many irregularities in the way the company was hiding excess payments as " fees '' or " taxes '', their not applying payments to the account as paid so that they can bill additional " late '' fees and many other problems. They have provided credits when it has been called to their attention but later " miscellaneous '' charges keep popping up to make funds disappear again. To date I have been unable to obtain my satisfaction of mortgage from them even though it has been over a year since paid. They are also continuing to damage my credit all they while they have the payment sitting in " unapplied '' to rack up more late fees. After I requested a refund of the excess payments, all of a sudden I received a purported backdated " legal fee '' cost on the account from one XXXX XXXX XXXX ( F rating at XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to make the excess funds disappear as I had requested a refund of the escrow account. This " cost '' showed up after the mortgage was paid in full and was not noted on the payoff statement. Home Financing Center needs to lose its ability to service or write mortgages especially FHA mortgages. I would appreciate receiving my satisfaction of lien for my property by the end of this year as it is preventing me from selling it or passing it on to my children causing great damage.

Home Financing Center, XXXX XXXX, Florida, is requiring I have Hazard Insurance on my condo in XXXX, Florida. The condo homeowners association already has property, crime, and general liability insurance on this property. The property is not in a flood zone. I have provided this documentation to HFC. I have written several letters to them requesting information concerning why Hazard insurance is required on this property. The last letter was addressed to XXXX XXXX, President and CEO. HFC claims I have been notified on two occasions explaining the circumstances surrounding the need to have Hazard insurance. To date I have not received a response explaining why Hazard insurance is required on this property. I have owned the property for many years and the only thing that has changed is that the property was refinanced from a 30 year mortgage to a 40 year mortgage. HFC appears to have purchased Hazard insurance for this condo unnecessarily last year and this year at a total cost of over XXXX dollars.

show in my credit report a company whit the name XXXX, I have give a call and ask why I have this report so they tell me a company whit the name home financing have look my credit three times. so I call the company homem financing and asking if they have any documents signed by me give a authorization to look my credit and they dont have. I did not authorize this. they dont have any documents nothing, I need this issue resolved this lower my credit score I have call the company and send email to the manager try in solution this in the best way. this is the three reference number. I have a Conventional Loan with Home Financing Center for over five years. I have been paying PMI the entire time. I did an appraisal to my home and i now i have enough equity in my home to remove PMI under that Conventional Loan rules and guidelines. I have made multiple attempts to begin the process to remove PMI but Home Financing Center refuses to start the process. Some representatives have asked me to email them documentation to begin the removal of PMI process and after i have done so, I have been totally ignored. Other representatives have blatantly informed me when i have called that they will not honor my request to remove PMI.

Beginning in XXXX of 2021, we contacted our mortgage company to have PMI insurance removed since we were well beyond the 20 % equity required in the subject home, We had an appraisal conducted, at our expense, which we forwarded to them. After repeated calls, they told us they would get back to us about when it would be reviewed and the PMI removed. To date, over a year later, they have yet to remove the PMI or explain why not. They keep insisting we need to speak to a specific person who has NOT ONCE returned a call. They just ignore messages and the representatives who answer the phone say they can not help.

I had a first mortgage loan with Home Financing Center in XXXX XXXX Florida which I paid off with a refi from another institution. The closing with the other institution took place on XX/XX/XXXX and Home Financing Center received the payoff on XX/XX/XXXX. I had approximately XXXX in escrow with Home Financing Center and they have not returned those funds to me or to the other institution. I have emailed them, I have called them and approximately a month later they have not returned my funds. This is unacceptable and can not be allowed to happen. XXXX XXXX loan number XXXX

Hello, On XX/XX/XXXX I was notify by credit reporting services that I was 30 days late on my mortgage for the month of XXXX. When I contacted the creditor Home Financing Center about this error and how am I 30 days late when we ae only 8 day into the month I was told that this would be correct. As of today the manager XXXX XXXX and Customer Service Rep XXXX that I've been speaking to has been ignoring my call.
