At the beginning of XXXX, I had two accounts with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was the sole manager on one account and the second is a joint account that I share with my fianc. Early XXXX, I lost my job and my personal account with XXXX XXXX XXXX over drafted. After overdraft fees, I was unable to bring the account back to positive. In XXXX of XXXX, I received a letter that the balance on that account would still be due, but the bank would be charging off the account. I have not received another letter, a phone call, or any other form of communication regarding that charge off. On XX/XX/XXXX, we received a letter from Centennial Bank informing us that they had purchased XXXX XXXX XXXX and would be taking over our joint account. On XX/XX/XXXX, my fiancs paycheck was direct deposited into our joint account and immediately after it became available, a large amount ( {$1100.00} ) was simultaneously debited from the account. Logging into our account on our computer instead of through the app, a photo of the transaction ticket was available. The ticket is dated XX/XX/XXXX and showed prepared by and approved by signatures that I did not recognize. I also saw another transaction ticket, this time with my fiancs name, but prepared by and authorized by signatures we did not recognize for a much smaller amount ( {$19.00} ) on XX/XX/XXXX. After confirming with my fianc that he had not authorized these transactions or even had any recent contact with our bank, I called the bank for an explanation and to inform them that our account would overdraft multiple times until we were paid again due to billing arrangements that had been scheduled since I was unaware of the banks intent to take any money from our account. I have summarized the interactions I had with the bank following the unauthorized debit transaction : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Called my home branch I inquired why the bank took money from our account and was told it was taken to cover the overdraft from my personal account earlier in the year. I asked what prompted their timing seven months after the event and why we were not given any warning as to when this would be happening, and the teller claimed the closure was initiated on XX/XX/XXXX, authorized at their main branch in Arkansas, and the amount was just taken as soon as the funds became available. ( False at least three of the prior deposits to our account almost doubled the amount taken ) XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Called the main office in AR I asked the representative why they could authorize transactions in my name and without my knowledge and was told that the transaction was not authorized by their back office, and she would send an email to my home branch to contact me the next day. ( The bank is open from XXXX on XXXX ) No call was received. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Called the main office in AR The representative said she would contact my home branch and call me back. I received a call back from my home branch, where I reiterated that we would be incurring overdraft fees if we could not find a resolution. This representative said he did not have an answer to my questions, but he understood my concern and would call back after making a few phone calls. At the end of the day, I received a call from a different person at my home branch. The representative explained where the debt came from again but was unable to tell me why the funds were taken that week, why the transaction ticket had been dated in XXXX and not addressed then, or why we did not receive a notice. She advised me to call the 1-800 number online for the Arkansas branch . XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Called the 1-800 number for AR branch This representative listened to my questions, put me on hold while she contacted my home branch, and when she got back on the line, she told me to call my home branch and talk to a woman I had not heard of. Before I could call my branch, a representative called me and said she was contacting me for the woman I was directed to talk to. Explaining my concerns to her again, she said she needed to make some calls and would call me back. That afternoon, she called me back and stated to me very slowly and loudly, as if I was not hearing her, that just because the account was closed, does not mean that I do not owe the bank the money, including overdraft fees that occurred. I told her that I understood, and I had no intention of not paying the bank. Then I again asked why the entire amount had been taken on a random XXXX seven months after they claimed to have closed the account, why the signatures on the transaction ticket were not mine or anyone I know, and why was I not notified prior to this happening so I could avoid further overdraft fees. To which her response was, Thats just the way it is. The XXXX holiday and a XXXX diagnosis interrupted my inquiries. While I was reviewing any notices sent regarding overdraft fees and returned items fees for XXXX online, since XXXX XXXX XXXX, those documents are no longer available for me to see. From XXXX of XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, the bank took {$5900.00} in overdraft fees and {$1300.00} in returned items fees from this one account. We did not receive a letter regarding excessive overdraft charges until XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX, I deposited a check through the app to pay a bill. I waited to pay the bill until the next business day ( XXXX ), then on the following day ( XXXX ), the account is overdrawn again because the bank withheld over half of the check ( {$270.00} of {$500.00} ) due to over drafting the account repeatedly in the last 6 months, even though more than half of our over drafting has been caused by the bank themselves. I attempted to open an account at a different bank on XX/XX/XXXX, and I was denied. After following the instructions to access XXXX XXXX, I found out that I had been reported by Centennial Bank for NSF Activity and that the {$1100.00} that I owe them is unpaid. This has affected my ability to buy my first house. I am begging for some assistance so I can please move forward with my life.

XX/XX/XXXX To Whom It May Concern : The purpose of this complaint made against Centennial Bank is to receive full credit to my checking account for unauthorized transactions made with my checking account debit card. I noticed my Centennial Bank debit card was missing on XX/XX/XXXX, and then logged into Centennial Bank online banking to look at my account, and that is when I discovered eleven unauthorized transactions had been made. I immediately called XXXX Banks Customer Care Center to report the lost card, and to file a claim for the unauthorized transactions. I told the customer service representative ( XXXX XXXX XXXX that I lost the card without my knowledge and noticed the card missing because I was going to use it for a transaction. Accordingly, on XX/XX/XXXX I received a debit card dispute form via email to complete and sign. The document was mostly filled in with the answers I provided at the time the claim was made on XX/XX/XXXX, i.e., the card wasnt in my possession at the time the transactions were made, the card was lost, and no one had access to the card or PIN. Also, the button was marked that I did not participate or have knowledge of the unauthorized transactions. The form was electronically signed and submitted to the Fraud Dept. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a mailed letter from Centennial Bank which stated, This letter is to inform you that we have made a final determination regarding your claim. Based on the facts of our investigation, we have concluded that no error occurred. No further action will be taken. You have the right to request the documents that the institution relied on in making its determination. Therefore, I called the Centennial Bank Customer Care Center and asked why my claim had been denied. I was told by the representative that Centennial Bank hadnt received the debit card dispute form. I responded that the document had been completed and emailed on XX/XX/XXXX. The representative said in that case she needed to find out what happened to the document. Either the same day or the next I went to the Centennial Bank XXXX branch ( the closest to my residence ) and spoke with XXXX XXXX, a branch supervisor, and explained what had happened. XXXX said she would communicate with the fraud investigator and get in touch with me. Accordingly, the first line of business was finding the dispute form I had emailed or resubmitting a new dispute form. Within a day or two XXXX called me and said that the Fraud Dept. had the dispute form and the investigation would be reopened. Moving forward, on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX called me to tell me that the Fraud Dept. was upholding its original decision to deny my claim. When I asked XXXX what evidence the bank had obtained to verify I was involved in the transactions, she said that the bank had a XXXX surveillance video from a merchant showing someone that appeared to be me. Next, XXXX began communicating via email on XX/XX/XXXX and requested more information to help substantiate my fraud claim. I replied on the same date via email that I dont have any additional information other than the information that was provided on the debit card dispute form ( see the attached email ). I also reiterated that I didnt make the transactions, nor did I authorize anyone to make the transactions. Also, I havent ever done business with any of the merchants where the card was fraudulently used. XXXX replied on XX/XX/XXXX that the case cant be reopened without additional information when merchants are able to verify a clients involvement ( attached email ). On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX sent an email to say that Centennial Bank couldnt provide the information they have, but that more than one merchant confirmed my participation in the transactions. Hence, I asked via email if she could provide the merchants names that verified my participation so I may contact them. Her reply was, contact all of them. Therefore, I requested the transaction times for each of the transaction dates for all the charges. Once that information was provided, I contacted the merchants to see if I could obtain CCTV video footage. Some of the merchants dont use CCTV, but all the ones that use CCTV surveillance video told me that the video can only be provided to law enforcement, and that the information would never be provided directly to an individual or a financial institution. Law enforcement would obtain the video and then may show the video to me. Therefore, the information I had received from XXXX that a merchant had provided CCTV footage to prove I made the transaction, or was in the area, turned out to be false. There hasnt been any further communication with XXXX or another Centennial Bank employee. As stated at the beginning of the complaint, what I seek is credits for the eleven unauthorized transactions on my account. At this time, Centennial Bank has not been able to provide any documents or other evidence that I was involved either directly or indirectly in the aforementioned transactions. I have the consumer right to request documents that the institution relied on in making its determination. Ive attached a copy of the debit card dispute form that was emailed to Centennial Bank, the XX/XX/XXXX claim denial letter, the checking account disputed transactions, along with all email correspondence with XXXX XXXX.

XXXX XXXX is the owner of XXXX XXXX complaining against Centennial Bank who was the lender. Also, all dates implied year 2020 unless noted otherwise. All correspondence was through emailing. 1. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX requested for mortgage Payoff Statement from lender Centennial Bank. 2. On XXXX XXXX Centennial Bank issued payoff statement in the amount of {>= $1,000,000}. 3. XXXX XXXX requested for a correct payoff statement since the amount was higher than what it should be. 4. After many emails and many versions of payoff statements later, Centennial Bank was unable to provide the correct payoff statement delaying closing of the sale of the property and kept insisting that Centennial Bank has made no errors in XXXX XXXX mortgage. 5. XXXX XXXX suggested paying off the loan amount but set aside {$20000.00} in a closing company trust fund so that the trust fund will be used after the correct amount of pay off calculated. Centennial Bank rejected. 6. XXXX XXXX provided Centennial Bank the correct amount of loan balance with detail of All payments, interest and the escrow expenses which leads to a loan balance of {>= $1,000,000} as of pay date on XXXX XXXX. Centennial Bank chose to adjust only the incorrect interest resulting in a new payoff balance of {>= $1,000,000} and once again kept insisting that Centennial Bank was correct. 7. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX was forced to payoff the incorrect payoff amount after more than 3 weeks of delay in closing to avoid {$100000.00} penalty from the buyer. {>= $1,000,000} was paid to Centennial Bank. This payoff amount is still incorrect and XXXX XXXX still being overcharged by {$11000.00} not including the interest that should be deducted from the overpayment amount over the years. 8. After XXXX XXXX paid off the mortgage, XXXX XXXX had to remind Centennial Bank many times to correct the payoff amount as Centennial Bank intentionally delayed everything. On XX/XX/XXXX, Centennial Bank confirmed once XXXX XXXX submitted the documents Centennial Bank asked for, Centennial Bank would match XXXX XXXX numbers and issue the check for the discrepancy. XXXX XXXX then sent in the documents and Centennial Bank lied again. Centennial Bank came up with many excuses to not correct the {$11000.00} and XXXX XXXX had to spend a lot more time to go over this with Centennial Bank. 9. On XX/XX/XXXX, Centennial Bank stated : After a full review of the loan history, the Bank has arrived at a total refund due of {$9900.00}. Please review the attached spread and let us know if you agree with the total refund amount due. 10. On XX/XX/XXXX, Centennial Bank stated again We have taken account all your comments and have reviewed this matter with the Banks Senior Management. Based on a thorough review of the payment history, the Bank is confident that the total refund due of {$9900.00} is correct. Please let us know what address to send the refund check. 11. On XX/XX/XXXX, Centennial Bank said : The bank believes we have made best effort to resolve the out of balance and return any funds due to you ( {$9900.00} ). At this time, the amount sent you by XXXX is what we have been authorized to refund. Please let us know where you would like the check sent. 12. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX provided mailing address requested. 13. On XX/XX/XXXX ( 3 months since XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX XXXX finally received the check from Centennial Bank in the amount of {$6600.00}. Centennial Bank came up with excuses and lied again to XXXX XXXX even after confirmed an amount of {$9900.00} many times.

XXXX I spoke to the lending officer at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Texas XXXX and got advice on how to apply for a loan. I took the loan application and completed it. I applied for a XXXX loan for 5 years. The gentleman XXXX told me to have 3 years of tax returns to file with the application. I submitted the application which went to corporate office in Arkansas and should have had a decision in about 1 week. Two weeks went by and no information on approval or denial. I went up there and before or after XXXX, I spoke to another loan officer. I told the older gentleman that I wanted to cancel the request as it was taking too long. He cancelled my request. Prior to canceling the request, I spoke to XXXX, and she pulled it up in the computer and stated that the loan application was still in process. This was in XX/XX/XXXX. The banks camera system can show when I dropped off the loan application complete. I was told by XXXX and others they had everything they needed. After much time, I could not wait so I went with another lender with a higher intertest rate. So at this point, I thought that it was just taking way too long to render a decision at three plus weeks and still no communication. So, in XX/XX/XXXX, I was going to finish my project and wanted to get away from the high intertest loan. I called and asked the lending officer to reinstate my loan application, she stated " oh ok ''. XXXX XXXX called back about a week later and stated that she could not find my original loan request and supporting documents. She stated they were shredded. After speaking to a Vice-President XXXX XXXXPanhandle Branch of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that that loan request was never submitted XXXX. Contrary to belief, XXXX the loan assistant went on the computer and stated it was in process XXXX days after it was submitted in XXXX. XXXX XXXX resigned or was fired in XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, after finding out that they could not find my original loan application, I submitted another request after speaking to XXXX XXXX. I went to the bank on XXXX to speak to her and fill out paperwork. When I went to the loan desk, there were people sitting behind me in arms reach and to the right of me. I ask to speak to XXXX XXXX. I was questioned about my request, what type of loan, etc. After a few minutes of questioning where several strangers and people I know, I asked the young lady about privacy. Did I need to tell everyone my personal business? I told her that i do not want to put my personal business for everyone to hear. The 4-5 people were all focused on her questioning of what, when where and why I want to speak to XXXX XXXX. She allowed me to go to the loan office. XXXX XXXX had to cover up other people 's loan information, but the bank failed to protect my privacy. I am a member of protected class of people who have historically been discriminated against. I am a member of the XXXX XXXX of Oklahoma. I believe that my loan application was not processed and thrown in the trash due to bias of who I am and my race. I also believe that the loan I requested was denied due to breach of my privacy in the bank on XXXX. I was disparately treated and discriminated against due to race.

Centennial Bank I opened my bank acct in XXXX of XXXX. I opted into the overdraft protection option which I was sent a confirmation for on XX/XX/XXXX my acct was opened online. The bank apparently declined to cover the -15.11 for the XXXX that is drafted to come out of my acct. Due to this my CC company returned the XXXX due to XXXX So, my CC payment wasn't made, unknown to me and the bank still charged me a XXXX fee even though they didn't cover the payment coming out. I deposited money the next day into my acct the next day to bring it into a positive balance. ( Believing that my acct was only negative XXXX, I deposited XXXX ). I believed this due to the fact that when I opened my acct I had opted in to the {$500.00} overdraft protection in XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was not informed by the bank that I was being charged any fees, however I did deposit the money the very next day. Out of the {$100.00} that was deposited only {$49.00} was credited to my acct due to the {$35.00} XXXX charge plus the XXXX neg balance. The total neg balance on the acct was XXXX when the XXXX deposit was made. So, the {$35.00} that was taken without my knowledge was thought to be in my acct. I have a {$28.00} and a {$38.00} XXXX that comes out of my acct. Due to the bank taking the {$35.00} it made both of my CC bounce and after they bounced the bank charged me another XXXX fee and still didn't cover the payment coming out of my acct. The CC company wasn't getting my {$28.00} and {$38.00} payments bc the bank declined to cover the overdraft amount while not informing me they weren't covering it and also charging me {$35.00} I told the bank about this error when I realized what happened, and they admitted fault and credited back the total of the XXXX fees. However, due to them taking the fees out of my acct it caused my bank acct to be in the negative and my CC payments weren't being paid and this caused my credit score to drop XXXX points. I was also charged a total of {$260.00} in late fees and returned XXXX payments by XXXX XXXX due to the error on the banks part by not covering the initial XXXX. The bank offered to tell XXXX XXXX that it was an error on their part and cover all fees that I was charged by XXXX XXXX, however they haven't contacted me back after I gave them the amount. The Bank Branch Manager laughed when I told her this issue, I was in her office crying the day I found out that my credit score had dropped and she literally laughed. When I asked her why she laughed at me being upset she quickly said that she was laughing at the weather. I called and played phone tag with the managers until I received a letter informing me the bank has the right to not cover the overdraft amount, and they'd tried to get ahold of me but couldn't. I literally called the man who sent me the letter, today and it went to his voicemail. Please know that my acct has always has a positive balance and this was the first time that my acct have ever been put into a negative status and I deposited the money less than XXXX hours after the payment tried to come out of my acct.

I lost my Centennial Bank debit card on XX/XX/XXXX, and when I discovered the debit card missing on XX/XX/XXXX I called Centennial Bank to report the debit card lost, and to file a claim for eleven unauthorized transactions. Afterwards, I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, which stated Centennial Bank wasn't going to credit my account for the transactions in question because of a determination no error had occurred. Consequently, I filed a complaint with CFPB on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a letter from Centennial Bank which stated an additional review of the fraud claim was conducted, and a decision was made to credit my account for eight of the eleven unauthorized transactions. Centennial Bank wouldn't credit my account for the remaining three transactions because the merchants were able to confirm my physical presence with a match of my identification provided the bank ( see the attached letter from Centennial Bank dated XX/XX/XXXX ). Centennial Bank wrote that videos are available for viewing from the three merchants in question. However, I called the merchants to ascertain if I could view the surveillance footage and was informed that only law enforcement could view the videos, or a court writ would have to be provided. In addition, there is the mention that someone who was spoken with at one of the merchant 's remembered having a conversation and the merchandise that was purchased. The same merchant was able to match my description with the photo ID on file at the bank. The problem with this statement is that I never did business with this merchant. Also, in regards to the financial institution having my ID on file, I don't recall ever providing my ID to the bank, as the checking account was opened online without a photo ID, and when the claimed was filed I didn't provide a copy of a government issued ID. Next, I don't understand how Centennial Bank can acknowledge that I was a fraud victim for eight of the transactions, but not the remaining three. Two of the transactions that are still being disputed occurred on XX/XX/XXXX. Accordingly, what the bank is saying is that the debit card was lost before the first two unauthorized transactions on XX/XX/XXXX, came back into my possession for one non-credited transaction on XX/XX/XXXX, then was lost again for six fraudulent transactions, followed by two remaining non-credited transactions on XX/XX/XXXX, which the bank says were made by me.

My father had multiple CD 's with Centennial, XXXX XXXX handled his accounts there. Through a long process of many contacts to Centennial Bank with no information willing to be released, no documents willing to be provided ... I finally received contact from the banks attorney XXXX XXXX following an FDIC complaint that I submitted. I had requested ALL copies of CD 's that my father had opened there starting in XXXX. I'm a POD beneficiary. I only received copies of documents showing newer CD 's dated XXXX that were never signed by my father to open. My father died XX/XX/XXXX and was determined to be XXXX quite a while prior. XXXX XXXX, as I have in a recorded confession from XXXX XXXX actually went to my fathers residence in the XXXX with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX present to make a determination of my fathers complete iXXXX thus allowing the trustees-XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX to close these accounts out and put into a money market so they could gain access to the funds. My father created the CD 's specifically to keep them out of probate and out of the reach of the trustees. Centennial states that a Durable Power of Attorney was presented allowing the trustees to access however, The DPOA states clearly that the third party may rely upon it if the power has not been revoked, that I am then living and that No proceedings have been initiated to determine my incapacity. No harm will come to that third party unless they have actual knowledge otherwise. As I can prove in a court of Law- XXXX XXXX had more than personal knowledge, she's the one that determined my fathers incapacity as the bank representative. I want copies of the original CD 's produced that my father set up in XXXX and I want to know exactly how Centennial allowed trustees to close accounts that were never opened. I want to know where these monies actually were since the documents provided to me finally after investigation # XXXX were never signed to be opened by my dad. Centennial, my trustees, and Centennials attorney has taken so much time to conceal the events that took place and deny the existence of critical supporting documents. This was a fraudulent act by all parties involved that needs to be acknowledged with prompt corrections made by Centennial Bank for the loss suffered.

XX/XX/XXXX my account was hacked. I called them right away and told them 2 transactions at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX one for {$890.00} and {$120.00} were not made my me. Since I was at work in XXXX, Tx. They turned the card off. Since it was a Saturday they told me to go in on Monday to file the dispute. They also told me there was another purchase pending for XXXX for {$360.00} that I couldnt see on my mobile app. Monday morning I go to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX tell them what happened and to stop transactions in or out of the account. they looked at the account and told me that the XXXX fell off and that the 2 charges for XXXX XXXX were going to hard post at XXXXt and come back tomorrow. Went on that Tuesday and filed the dispute. Was told that someone would call me in a couple of days. No one called so I went back on Friday. They said it would take up to 2 weeks. Waited until XX/XX/XXXX went to a different branch she looked it up and said my account was flagged as critical bc they did not have me sign the dispute, but no one contacted me to come sign it. She told me she was glad I came in bc the dispute was going to be cancelled the very next day. She printed off another one and had me back date it to the original date it was disputed said they had up to 90 days to investigate. But normally only too 2 weeks. Checked on my account this morning and there were 29 NSFs on my account. Called, waited on hold for 35 minutes explained what happed she asked where I opened the account and they would get a hold of the branch manager. She said he wasnt available. Went to that location on my way to work asked to speak to the branch manger and to close my 3 accounts. Was able to close 2 but the one with the dispute was negative and couldnt close it. I told him the account wouldnt be negative if they would of given my funds back that I had disputed and stopped the transactions from when I asked them in the first place. To add, when they merged with centennial bank in XXXX I wasnt able to see my second business account for 5 weeks, log in or do any achs. So regardless, I want my funds returned to me, those 29 nsfs dropped from account and close my that last remaining account.

I am a XXXX living in Oklahoma. I continued to use XXXX XXXX XXXX while I am away because it used to be easy to use the mobile deposit option or have family to deposit money into. I recently tried to deposit a check for {$7500.00} through the mobile deposit option. It took several days, but after talking to several people at the bank, we got it worked out. The money hit my account the very next day-I was warned it might take up to two, but it was quicker than expected. Again, the money was approved and in my account. Two days later, I go to XXXX from XXXX XXXX for an errand. My card was not working. I checked my account. The bank had withdrawn the {$7500.00}. The consequences of this are : late rent, a returned check fee, another trip to XXXX, and three missed XXXX XXXX classes. I am still waiting on information to calculate full damages, but I have it at at least {$1000.00} right now. i contacted the bank several times. They claim to have real bankers with real solutions-a quote from their automated customer service line. I memorized it after waiting on hold for hours. When I finally got ahold of of them, they, at first, said there was no issues. They then recanted this statement to the XXXX, and said they did in fact make a mistake. I asked the bank for {$500.00} reimbursement. They refused and will only pay the expenses in regards to the rent and the returned check. I am very unhappy. I am a lXXXX XXXXXXXX I do not believe that this was legal. I could be wrong. Please help me with this situation.

On XX/XX/2020, my wife and I purchased an electronic dog toy using our debit Mastercard from Centennial bank. The purchase was for {$77.00}. The merchant name is XXXX ( aka XXXX ). After receiving the toy, it was not the product we purchased. The merchant was using descriptions and photos of another product. We contacted the merchant and they offered a credit of 10 %, but would not go any further in refunding the amount back to us. I called my bank and opened up a dispute on XX/XX/2020. I provided the bank all of the details of the transactions to clearly show that the merchant sent a different product, and they were not honoring their refund policy either. On XX/XX/2020, I received a letter from Centennial bank denying the dispute claiming " no error was made ''. Upon calling a bank representative at my local branch in XXXX, FL, they claimed that they could not follow through with the dispute because it was an " authorized purchase ''. I was under the impression that I had the right as a cardholder to dispute a transaction, and this right was being denied. At this point, it's the only way I can find a resolution. The bank did not follow through with investigating the dispute, or provide documentation to back up its findings. I wasn't able to challenge it either. I feel my rights within the FCBA were not processed fairly.

HI Starting this as new complaint but I believe it ties in with my initial complaint still in progress. I have reason to believe my bank is trolling my account based on XXXX XXXX and having just turned XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I must not have the abilities to handle my transactions. XXXX XXXX sent me an email about a counter deposit ( s ) now turned debit. Though transpired days apart. Can they be brought upon criminal charges as we are not acquaintances, nor did I leave anyone in charge of personal banking issue and I am sure the bank itself has more than 3 employees to settle the daily transactions, as this branch holds only three employees when I go in. ( please read attached email ) I made some deposits as I was monitoring my debtors habits myself so I would make my cash deposits to make sure daily activities would post as paid. Hopefully you understand that. Also because of the unknown debits by XXXX, and protect web as cited in my previous complaint. They both have the same non working contact number, et having reported it to my bank for investigation, I receive an email an debit to my recent deposits. I just seems extra attention and criminal to my account. Debit a deposit?? I've never caught that ... plus an email? Thanks for your help. XXXX XXXX XXXX

There is an ongoing problem with both my identity and finances. This third party has been interfering with my financial business and causing me financial losses : This point is echoed via a transaction for {$99.00} on XX/XX/22. On the exact same day, I specifically and explicitly spoke with a woman by the name of XXXX XXXX in the XXXX, FL branch who told me the charge was investigated by a third party. As it turns out XXXX statement was a lie, no investigation was performed. I spoke with XXXX again about the charge on XX/XX/22 and she submitted some form on that day but then goes on to say that investigations do not work that way. THERE APPEARS TO BE A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH FRAUD ORIGINATING OUT OF THIS BRANCH. THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH ANYONE THERE WHO CAN SPEAK PROFICIENT ENGLISH WHICH THEY USE AS AN EXCUSE TO IMPROPERLY HANDLE ISSUES OR NOT HANDLE THEM AT ALL. THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL LAW WITH RESPECT TO HANDLING DISPUTES AND PROVISIONAL CREDITS, THERE APPEARS TO BE A VERY SEEDY CRIMINAL ELEMENT INVOLVED WITH BANK AND THE HANDLING OF TRANSACTIONS. THIS ISSUE WARRANTS A CIVIL AND LIKELY A CRIMINAL PROBE. THERE IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF FDIC INSURED ACCOUNTS AT THIS BANK.

Centennial Bank employees, XXXX XXXX under the failed leadership of XXXX XXXX, lied on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Application in XX/XX/2022. This caused the XXXX to only partially be forgiven. Had the XXXX received the correct information that matched the supporting documentation the lender received all 4 businesses would have received full forgiveness. Our small businesses have appealed to the XXXX through the corrupt lender but have run out of resources to fight the overwhelming amount of paperwork and requests from the XXXX as they conduct an audit spanning 4 years that is completely unnecessary because the lender gave them incorrect information as our representation. The burden far surpasses a reasonable expectation of a small business struggling to recover from the financial trauma of the pandemic. The lender took money from the XXXX for this process and failed to represent the borrower accurately causing a debt to be owed to the lender that is false. Please hold them accountable.

Can a bank give a renewal on a loan to someone who no longer owns the property the loan is tied to, with out the property owners consent or knowledge? In XXXX, a BANK allowed my ex husband to sigh a renewal loan my home, even though they were aware he no longer own the property. My divorce decree for XXXX clearly states the loan would have to be paid in full by XX/XX/XXXX, by my ex husband. In XX/XX/XXXX, the Bank allowed him to sign a renewal loan document to extend it to XX/XX/XXXX. I was not made aware of this. I was not contacted. I absolutely did not consent. Now, XX/XX/XXXX, the bank is threatening foreclosure on my home, if I don't sign documents needed for a new renewal or pay off the loan. They wouldn't even give me the pay off amount, until they contacted their lawyer. This is causing stress, sleeplessness and panic. I don't know how a bank/loan officer can legally approve a renewal on property for someone who does not own said property.

I had a commercial mortgage on a property for 5 years which was always in good standing with XXXX XXXX. I recently ( XX/XX/XXXX ) sold the property and paid off the loan at closing. In addition to the property being the collateral for the loan, I also had to put up a " pledge account '' for collateral to XXXX XXXX. This was basically a brokerage account at another bank that the Lender ( XXXX XXXX ) had a collateral agreement over during the term of the loan. However, since the loan has been paid off, XXXX XXXX has failed to release the brokerage account held as collateral. On XX/XX/XXXX, 5 days after closing, XXXX XXXX informed me that it might be another 10-15 days before they can write the letter to release the collateral hold. All they have to do is write a letter, yet they feel no sense of urgency to release my account. With the loan paid off, they have absolutely no right to maintain the hold, and should immediately release the account.

I am contacting you about Centennial Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have the option to make recurrent payments to vendors. In XX/XX/XXXX, I removed a vendor because of an overpayment and I would no longer be required to pay this landlord on my office lease. In XX/XX/XXXX, despite canceling this payment, they remitted {$2500.00} to XXXX XXXX. I contact Centennial after XXXX returned the checks marked void. Today, I received two additional checks, one dated XX/XX/XXXX and another dated XX/XX/XXXX, for the same amount that was voided and returned. I contacted the bank helpline, and they looked at my recurrent list of payees and my list of payees. XXXX appeared on neither list. They can not explain why. This is a sorry state of affairs. Since Centennial acquired XXXX XXXX XXXX, it has been a total disaster. This is one of many errors. It is my intent to withdraw and close all my accounts once I can switch how they are linked to payees.

On XX/XX/2022 I submitted an international wire transfer to XXXX XXXX in XXXX, originating from my local bank branch, Centennial Bank in XXXX XXXX, Arkansas. The amount of the wire was {$12000.00}. After several days, the beneficiary had not received the funds so I went back to my bank branch to try to trace the funds. At that time we discovered that the account number had not been entered correctly and one or more numbers had been transposed. On XX/XX/2022 my bank submitted an amendment to the wire department with the corrected account number, but by that time the original wire had already been applied to the wrong account and could not be recalled. As a result I have lost over $ XXXX due to this error. I recently submitted my claim to FDIC, who referred it onto The Federal Reserve, and they referred me to CFPB as having jurisdiction with this bank institution.

On XX/XX/XXXX my balance at Cenntinial Bank based out of XXXX, AR was listed as - {$780.00}. 7 NSF charges were listed ( see attached files ) One of which was {$1100.00}, which far exceeds {$780.00}. This charge had been processed 3 times by Centennial Bank even though it was issued once on XX/XX/XXXX to a XXXX credit card. According to XXXX transactions, the sent it once and charged me a returned check fee. ( Also attached ). The amounts of the other 6 NSF charges were : {$0.00} {$0.00} {$10.00} {$90.00} {$220.00} {$300.00} This is the very definition of debt resequencing. If XXXX bank would have paid the 6 smallest charges, they would have only made {$35.00} off me. Instead they made {$240.00}. This is only the most recent offense since they processed the payment 2 other times.

I am a victim and have been discriminated against by the duty of the bank not doing thier job, I will not stop till I get my money back, the banks need to be held accountable for taking no action to reverse my money.
