This has become an on-going practice for XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX to aggressively and excessively collect a debt that has been " paid in full '' according to the original principal amount of {$5000.00}. Again, this law firm is seeking to take advantage of a consumer. I've paid through garnishments the amount of {$9900.00} which is 194.5 % of original debt. I've also requested the law firm to forward me their payment records of this debt with zero success. XXXX had written off debt years ago. This law firm is acting in bad faith and needs to be reported to the attorney gerneral office of Colorado, which I will pursue.

Payroll garnishment on original amount of {$7200.00}, which is incorrect. I've paid {$4000.00} in ( XXXX ) and {$2300.00} YTD ( XXXX ). Total amount paid {$6400.00} or 88 % of incorrect total amount. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting an additional {$6200.00} balance for a total balance of {$13000.00} owed. I believe this law firm and these attorneys are attempting to take advantage and apply unfair and possibly unlawful practices to inflate original debt of a consumer. Excessive interest and taxes being applied to debt that has been recovered and written off by the original credit union ( XXXX XXXX ).

Went to county court on Thursday XX/XX/2019 and satisfied the debt owed to XXXX. through attorney 's representing XXXX ( XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) located in XXXX, CO. according to court documentation XXXX owes me {$350.00} in overpayments plus interest, which was taken from check dated XX/XX/2019. I have yet to receive. Attorneys claim not having my current address, which is, my current address : XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CO XXXX.

Holst & Boettcher continue to harass and use demeaning effor ts of contact. Holst & Boettcher has come to my place of employment to serve dated and inaccurate information. This is both demeaning to my reputation and unnecessary. It may be a violation of both legal and consumer laws.
