I own a home in XXXX XXXX in which I had tenants in. In XXXX of XXXX the tenants asked if they could park their RV on the side of the house. The HOA said yes they could. Then the HOA later said they mis informed us and the RV need be removed. They tried to fine us and we disputed the fine. The HOA dismissed ALL THE FINES. However, HOA COLLECTIONS LLC, is still trying to collect {$510.00} for the " paperwork '' that they did. Hoa Collections LLC first billed us for {$150.00} and now it is {$510.00}. XXXX at HOA collections LLC, who has emailed me, has made false allegations. When she first billed us about our RV fine, I wrote a dispute that she said she would put in front of the board. She then came back and said the board denied my dispute. Well, my husband is friends with a guy on the board and he stated that XXXX never put my dispute before them. Also, XXXX was threating me over the phone and I told her I was due to have a XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and I could not meet with the board right away and she continued to harass us. She also told me that my emails were not composed properly and wouldn't send it to the HOA board, I was in the hospital writing the emails and later found out that there is no format that the emails have to be in. She was harassing me after I had my XXXX just to be mean and cruel. She has not stopped for now it has been over 3 years. This is ridiculous. The HOA made a mistake, we fixed it and the collections agency is continuing to harass us. XXXX yelled at me on the phone saying that I didn't make any sense when I tried to call her to explain to her what was going on. She is now just harassing us to bother us and I have had enough. We are in the clear with our HOA but somehow she is trying to collect over {$500.00} from us for nothing! I had another XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and told her that I had just had a XXXX and to stop with the harassing emails and she still hasn't. It is ridiculous. She sent us an email in XXXX of XXXX, this has gone on for over 3 years!

HOA Collections LLC received a debt validation letter in XXXX ( attached ) and ignored it. We obtained a judgment against them ( attached ). They have recently indicated their intention to attach a lien to our home, when, they have no standing, no privity of contract, have violated the FDCPA, XXXX XXXX and/or XXXX XXXX XXXX we are both seniors ), as well as the XXXX XXXX to the United States XXXX XXXX " In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States XXXX than according to the rules of the common law. '' Furthermore, Federal Law states : The use of fictitious addresses ( ALL CAPITAL LETTERS ) in a private individuals names or a ZIP CODE against the individuals wishes is a crime under Title XXXX XXXX. Section XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment and {>= $1,000,000} names or fine. '' XXXX XXXX is a XXXX man XXXX, and has engaged in at least a half dozen instances of mail fraud, as well.
