This complaint is against ALL Consumer Reporting Bureaus/Agencies/Companies/Public Reporting companies/Consumer Data Mining Companies/Consumer Credit Bureaus , et al and the CEOs/Presidents and or Acting CEOs/Presidents and or Successors, Assigns, Agents, and Representatives. We are FEDERALLY PROTECTED CONSULMERS. Our credits report ( s ) AND file ( s ) have erroneous reporting from ALL Consumer Reporting Bureaus/Agencies/Companies/Public Reporting companies/Consumer Data Mining Companies/Consumer Credit Bureaus , et al . We have been advised that CREDIT REPORTING is a form of collection strategy and we DEMAND that ALL credit reporting CEASE IMMEDIATELY, ALL Consumer Reporting Bureaus/Agencies/Companies/Public Reporting companies/Consumer Data Mining Companies/Consumer Credit Bureaus , et al and acting CEOs/Presidents , et al are in direct violation of 15 USC 1692 e ( 8 ). We never received an initial communication from ALL Consumer Reporting Bureaus/Agencies/Companies/Public Reporting companies/Consumer Data Mining Companies/Consumer Credit Bureaus , et al , which means they are in direct violation of 15 USC 1692 G ) ( b ). I was emailed to complete an employment background check with HIRERIGHT on XX/XX/23. My job offer with XXXX XXXX was contingent based on my background check. I submitted my background check on XX/XX/23 later that day. I was emailed by HIRERIGHT on XX/XX/23, which asked me to verify employment with a company worked. I submitted a paystub to provide proof that same day. The addendum they provided in email for acceptable documents stated W2, 1099, or paystub it did not state from beginning to end of paystubs. XXXX after I submitted the document, I waited and I hadnt received any other correspondence. I then logged onto the HIRERIGHT background status on XX/XX/23 and saw they needed me verify my second employer listed, I never received an email regarding that one. Again, I submitted a paystub for that employer to prove that I worked there. On XX/XX/23 I logged back onto the site to check the status and I was prompted for the third time to submit documentation that I worked for third company provided. I submitted a paystub for that company as well. After, I submitted all required documentation I then recieved an email from GPO with Alight Solutions on XX/XX/23 demanding I submit a W2 or 1099 to prove I actually worked for these companies. I explained to GPO that I provided HIRERIGHT with everything the requested, I was not understanding as to why I needed to provide such personable information. Which I did not have to begin with, I dont hold on to W2s and even when forced by the company and sent a link to the IRS website to obtain my W2s to submit to them I was unable due to the ID VERIFY ME used with IRS database. I was helpless! I knew that HIRERIGHT did not conduct a proper background check the numbers I listed were to previous supervisors and when I asked my supervisor did they contact them they stated they had not. To my knowledge employment agencies are only supposed to contact whom was listed however, I found that HIRERIGHT conducted their own third party search by faxing, and calling the companies XXXX numbers. When, I spoke with GPO with Alight which is their HR department I explained this to them via email from XXXX. The agent I spoke with told me since I was unable to provide W2 and 1099. I was going to be sent to hire right XXXX department for further review on XX/XX/23. On XX/XX/23 I submitted an email to GPO XXXX to get a status update on the adjucation, on XX/XX/23 I recieved an email which was a Pre-Adverse Communication letter stating that I did not meet companys standard. If I failed to provide W2, 1099 or dispute from ( 5 ) days of the letter my offer would be rejected and I will not be able to employ with Alight. This has been a very exhausting, and stressful situation. I have never gone through this in my years of employment checks. Not to mention the many lawsuits HIRERIGHT as against them for improper reporting and submitting confidential information of applicants to other entities as well as people loosing job offers due to this. On XX/XX/23 I checked my mailbox and received a paper copy of my background with HIRERIGHT and a letter from the company XXXX XXXX stating I could dispute the information. On XX/XX/23 I called XXXX and spoke to XXXX XXXX in the dispute department at HIRERIGHT. XXXX asked me to resubmit the employers phone numbers I gave on my initial background check and to provide emails. When, I began to provide him with the emails he stated they needed to be company domain emails and not personal such as ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) I stated you asked me for an email if my supervisor no longer works for the company or doesnt want to provide a company email due to the sensitive and classified information it holds I cant do anything about that. He demanded I give him an actual email or HR email, I asked him didnt youll try to reach out to HR for each company in the beginning and no one responded back to you because, companies dont submit personal information like that to third party companies for security. I told him I am helping youll do your job here. I submitted what was asked me of and when youll were unable to reach anyone you deny me the ability to work and feed my family because, you couldnt verify something but, I then supplied you with proof and you didnt get what you felt you needed to proceed. XXXX then stated he didnt need the email and proceeded to submit my dispute. My case number is XXXX.

XXXX has performed two inaccurate job background checks on me. The first one which I have sent images below to you guys is the one Im taking pictures of it has pink highlighter on it. Pink highlighter is the areas in which I highlighted to show my question upon or to show the and accuracy of it.I was working for a Company named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX updated name is XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and I got terminated due to this inaccurate background check. This first report my XXXX state ID number is incorrect I do not have three birthdays I am not female and male. The alternate last name is different than the one on my recent background check that they performed. My addresses on the first one was completely wrong inaccurate addresses. One of them doesnt even exist in XXXX Mo and the addresses are different from my current background report from HireRight. This ended up getting me terminated from The current job I had. Causing me to not pay my bills and become XXXX seeking help from XXXX Government for housing. The more clearer pics or screenshots per day are different set of pictures of the most recent report that I have had performed by them. These reports are two different reports two completely different reports of the same person and thats me XXXX XXXX. The first one however it was done in XX/XX/XXXX the second one was done XX/XX/XXXX. This company has done two fraudulent pot inaccurate background checks on me within a six-month period and has got me terminated from one job and denied on another job because of inaccurate information.This has inflicted trauma in my life I have not been able to obtain employment I can not pay my bills due to no money coming in and due to lack of employment chances in the future if Hire Right is used again to check my background for different employment. This is causing me grief stress and trauma because of the inaccuracy of HireRight background reportsThousand XXXX and XXXX XXXX So I want to say that the job at XXXX XXXX services can not find a reason as to why this paperwork was even sent to their office because I was already hired and can not find the person who had requested these documents. They just had a phone call telling Them by their corporate office is what I was told telling them to terminate me immediately and they did that with me in the middle of a client visit. This was so embarrassing. However nobody can find the person at corporate that even made this request of my termination. I do have a supervisor that will validate that. Also theres no reason as to why I shouldve got terminated because theres no health related offenses on my record no abuse of any sort and that was the only stipulations On whether or not I would maintain a job. Ive been wrongfully fired Ive been embarrassed in front of clients I have been hungry Ive been sick and Ive been homeless due to The inaccuracy and the incorrect information and the in my opinion fraudulent reports of HireRight. Im not even sure if the two background reports spell out the same company HireRight name. Please can you help me with this so that I may get my life back together be able to eat be able to maintain a place without the Missouri government helping me will you please help me please thank you for your time XXXX XXXX

Unauthorized area/ failure to timely report accident claim : On XX/XX/XXXX I was involved in an accident in XXXX county , Georgia , as the result of an improper lane change. attached are photos of the accident and ticket, and acknowledgment of the accident by the safety director, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX the day of the accident and thereafter he blocked my phone number so he did not receive the pictures on the day of the accident, therefore he followed up with me on Monday. Also the accident was a dot reportable offense which the company reported otherwise. The pictures show the disabled vehicle which had to be towed off the road. Thus, the company failed to send me for a XXXX XXXX as required.. 2. Unauthorized use of equipment/ quit under dispatch On XX/XX/XXXX I returned to the yard under dispatch. I was instructed by the owner, XXXX, to change trucks because the lease on the truck that I was driving was going to expire. XXXX had spoken to me before about the need to change trucks and had offered me an older truck to drive which I refused. Therefore, not wanting to argue with the boss over a new XXXX international truck which she wanted me to move into, I decided to quit. The new truck was slower, did not operate as a manual in all gears and it had to many distracting amenities therefore, it didnt operate like the previous one which I was comfortable driving. Since the truck that was being dispatched was being decommissioned, and I was not going to get a truck of equal stature that I was comfortable operating, I took the revocation of my truck as the initial step in a process toward being let go. You can send a rebuttal statement to : XXXX I provided evidence in attachment to this claim I made to the reporting agency to defend myself from negative retaliation by the trucking company. Believing the reporting agency was a neutral and unbiased party and had the ability to exclude retaliatory complaints made by disgruntled trucking companies, hireright refused to amend my report in light of Evidence I provided to show the trucking company broke the law. And therefore made false reports to keep me from finding employment in other places. This complaint comes timely after I was denied employment by XXXX XXXX for reasons cited in my dac report. Hireright failed to use reasonable discretion when evaluating investigative reports, and reported false claims by the company. As a result of there deceptive actions not to act as an impartial and unbiased party when reporting inaccuracies have been left on my report over a long period of time. And as a result I have been denied fair opportunities of employment.

I was terminated by XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX.for having a dirty truck.immediately after returning from their selected doctor 's office for the annual XXXX jn XXXX XXXX, which was a reminder of the year before in which I sat at the terminal for a XXXX after and a few other days in which I was initially told that I would n't be paid according to my dispatcher " XXXX '' at the time. However, XXXX XXXX later relented and put {$150.00} on my card. Unfortunately, the year XXXX did not end so well for XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX he decided to make some disrespectful comments to me by saying I was " acting like an XXXX '' in front of a witness XXXX XXXX my current dispatcher at that time. XXXX had earlier givrn me the letter head paper to write XXXX XXXX up on which he had refuse to sign and stating he had called XXXX XXXX about what he had done. XX/XX/XXXX came and the safety department of XXXX shut me me down due to the lack of eye wear. After arranging another person to drive a company vehicle I was escorted around town to the local XXXX to retain some eye wear. After sitting a few more days I was told to go with my dispatcher to XXXX XXXX to get another pear of glasses because the glasses from XXXX were taking to long and XXXX XXXX could get my XXXX within an hour. The following day I was again driven to the doctor 's office to complete the DOT physical. After a sucessful completion of the XXXX I was told to report to XXXX 's office at which time I was immediately terminated for having a dirty truck. I was told that they would empty out my property and was told standby and watch. Afterwards, I was driven to the airport to get a rental car with XXXX 's permission. I returned to the XXXX XXXX terminal to retrieve some of my items. XXXX days later I returned to get the rest of my property. I later went to work for XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. and In XX/XX/XXXX I went to work at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX weeks at which time adverse action took place. I was told by the Safety XXXX XXXX XXXX that I had lied on my application and I told him in front of the HR women that I did n't. XXXX proceeded to say that I had failed a XXXX or refused to test in XXXX and asked who told them that at that time the HR woman said XXXX and I asked if I could see it she said " No '' then I said I 'd taken a XXXX XXXX in XXXX and I then asked for a copy of threir report and I was denied. However, XXXX did give me copies of why I had been terminated by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX basically saying I had lied on my application which was n't true. When I returned to XXXX I contacted all parties. HireRight is the company entrusted by XXXX XXXX to conduct background checks on their candidates. I filled out the paperwork and turned it in on XXXX. On the same date HireRight completed the whole report. I was not notified of any problem until XXXX when XXXX XXXX sent me an email notifying my something was not checking out in the report and this could mean an end to my offer of employment. Alongside XXXX XXXX email in the attachments was a specific report on the education section. The HireRight report had the incorrect institution name and address as " verified information ''. I provided the correct information to XXXX XXXX but I guess that never made it to HireRight as they " continued '' the background check. On XXXX I was notified by XXXX XXXX that they had reconsidered adversely my offer of employment in whole or in part because .of information on the HireRight report. On XXXX was the first time I was able to see the full report and read the full content ( Other than having the wrong information on the institution, they also claim the school was not accredited or valid ). On XXXX I contacted HireRight to start a dispute, they had never received the corrections I had provided XXXX XXXX and so I proceeded to give them the correct information over the phone. The day after I also sent them supporting documents such as diploma and transcripts XXXX ( friday ). On XXXX, they claimed they were done with the investigation on the dispute and still held that the school is not valid, They also claim what because the school is not " valid '' they will not contact to verify if I attended or not ( which is contradictory to the notes they made on my report on XXXX where they state, they sent a fax to the school ). When I called that week they told me that although the investigation was done, that a performance review of the investigation was still not completed. The following week they said the report was done, and just reiterated the school was not accredited by their standards and that's it. But my report was never updated, still to this date the information on there is from XXXX with erroneous information on my name during school years, school name, address, accreditation information, claims that the school is not listed with the Florida department of education ( which it is ) etc. If the school is indeed no good, I would like the report to indicate the correct information so that I may bring it up with the school, but to these inefficiencies I question if HireRight really do its due diligence.

XX/XX/XXXX denied employment for reasons that was falsely listed by XXXX. Contacted hire right regarding this issue, they denied first, 2nd & 3rd dispute. After 4th dispute over the same situation, 1 change was made. Me filing police report on employee & complaining to safety management regarding being forced to drive a unsafe XXXX XXXX - In retaliation from XXXX listed I had a failed roadside performance violation from department of transportation false no violations on my record or points received a civil citation/ non moving traffic citation NO Points on MVR XX/XX/XXXX no DOT inspection Another was a warning from police officer no fine no court date regarding cell phone - XXXX admits all drivers personal cell phone is required to keep track of hours of service electronic logging system per department of transportation requirement also all logging devices must be mounted/stationary. HireRight gave inconclusive credit findings to a Company called XXXX and company. I was scheduled to start work for XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2015. On XXXX/XXXX/2015 I was extended an offer for employment with them. I accepted and received paperwork from HireRight. I received a credit report from XXXX saying that my public records were sent to XXXX, but the address on the report was that of HireRight 's. The credit report had XXXX items that should have be on the report. XXXX showing that of a paid Indiana Tax lie and the other showing a false judgement against me from a check cashing company. There was XXXX also for Indiana state that I did owe and was paid on XXXX/XXXX/2015. HireRight showed these as flags on my credit to XXXX. HireRight did not investigate these thoroughly. As a result XXXX called me on friday XXXX/XXXX/2015 saying not to go in on XXXX/XXXX/2015 and I would start on XXXX/XXXX/2015 and they wanted to discuss HireRight 's flag that they showed. On Monday at the end of business day I got a call from XXXX and the HR rep had pulled my personal credit report and really didnt talk much about my public records. We talked about my personal credit. On Tuesday I received an email from the HR rep saying she and the hiring manger would be talking again on what their thoughts were. Finally, after seeing that I was getting strung along. I reached out in the after hours expressing that maybe it would be best that I pursue other opportunities and that I could see that XXXX was stringing me along. HireRight reported information costing me a job. As a result of this I am now unemployed with bills vastly approaching. I have no way of recoup my losses. Company in Violation of Texas State Business and Commerce code regarding Consumer Reporting Agencies. A criminal background check was initiated by Hire Right using my personal information. I received a copy of the report via email several days later. The report contained a criminal history report with dates beyond the Texas State requirement for reporting of 7 years. The only exception to this 7 year law is if the employment salary exceeds XXXX in which this position applied for reaches XXXX. This information was unlawfully reported and upon filing a dispute, remains unresolved. The company allowed me to file a dispute ( XXXX ) however their response to the dispute is the law does not apply to " Hire Right ''. This is not only inaccurate as they are indeed a consumer reporting agency according to the Texas Business & Commerce Code but its also very vague. I have spoken to a multitude of attorneys regarding this issue and have confirmed that Hire Right has a legal duty to not only follow Federal regulations, but state regulations as well. I have confirmed with said attorneys that HireRight is indeed a consumer reporting agency and have previously been held liable in the court of law regarding violations of state and federal regulations. I have attached the business commerce code regarding Consumer Reporting Agencies along with the specific section that clearly prohibits information being reported beyond a certain timeframe. HireRight performed a background screen for me on XX/XX/XXXX. I received the report on XX/XX/XXXX and several misdemeanors and active warrants were listed under someone else 's name in my report. I asked HireRight to redo the screen on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, they finished a review and I just received the report with the crimes for the other person all still listed. They claim that the other person 's misdemeanor in XXXX XXXX XXXX was filed under my SSN and DOB. They didn't review anything else, based on what I am reading. I was given a temporary position when the first report came back with the errors. I will likely be XXXX from my employment tomorrow, because this is still an issue. The misdemeanors were committed in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and I have had other background screens between the latest offense and today, where these never appeared. This leads me to believe HireRight has made an error. The report also says " full name on record confirmed to belong to the candidate '' beside each arrest record for the other person and her multiple aliases. It is not me. This company maintains a database of consumer information, mainly for the purposes of hiring in the trucking industry. I have disputed the information countless times over the years but they will not correct it. I have been party to XXXX class action lawsuits because of their refusal to remove incorrect and fraudulent information report by the subscribers of their database services, trucking companies. Also the last time I made a complaint was when the last class-action was supposed to pay out. To be paid a person was supposed to have disputed information during a specific time period and mail in an affidavit to something called the XXXX. This company is infinitely corrupt that is why they are operating under bankruptcy protection. I reached out to Hire Right to advise them that the information they have is inaccurate and incorrect. They stated that the information they have and received was from the credit bureaus. I reached out to all 3 credit bureaus, and none of my information matches the information that Hire Right have. I've stated and verify to Hire Right that this information is inaccurate and they must delete it immediately and I also stated to them they are in violation of my rights under the FCRA. I have disputed many times in the past but it has not done any good. This company continues to provide inaccurate or outdated information to prospective employers which has limited my employment opportunities. 9 months ago i received a copy of the report that employers get and a couple of weeks ago I saw a report with the same outdated and incorrect information. I have asked for my report and received what i consider a fake copy that is dramatically different from the one employers get. This company has been successfully sued a few years ago for this same practice. Higher right is performing an employee background check. Hireright has responded to me saying that they were unable to verify my income and to submit them proof of times of my employment by providing documents. A list of what was acceptable was provided to me. Some of those things were year-to-date pay stub as well as IRS tax transcripts so I went ahead and called the IRS and they sent my transcripts to me. I had forwarded those to hire right as well as my XXXX pay stubs w-2s. They responded back saying that what I had sent them was not acceptable forms. My potential employer requested a background check from HireRight. I received a notice from my employer that they would not hire me based on information they received from HireRight. Their report included a criminal conviction from 1988 that is an error. Also, the background check was only supposed to go back 10 years but clearly they went back 30 years to find a record that does n't even belong to me. My problem is that they 're reporting is haphazard at best. Surely, they must have access to a myriad of other data points that they could have used to discount this erroneous record. Lastly, they asked for documentation to clarify past employment. I sent them additional documentation which they did n't even bother following up on.

I was going through the hiring process at a recruitment firm and they were doing the background check through HireRight.
