XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Property Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX Mailing Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX Washington , DC XXXX Attention Prime Lending : CC : Prime Lending Loss Mitigation CC : XXXX XXXX XXXX CC : HUD XXXX XXXX : XXXX Loan Number : XXXX I am having several issues requesting my account to be reviewed and reinstated and removed from COVID-19 forbearance. I have been unable to receive clear answers regarding the account review for reinstatement packages. I have logged below the numerous calls made to inquire about my mortgage account. I have requested supervisor assistance and to speak with Loss Mitigation. I have also asked for a face-to-face interview with a HUD Counselor, and as of date, no one has contacted me. The only consistent process is the continuous communication and documentation that I am in default, and if I do not act, Prime Lending can start foreclosures proceedings. When I requested the review for reinstatement options, your site did not indicate the COVID-19 forbearance options will be removed, and you have no further protections. Please see below. I sent in a request for review in XXXX of XXXX. I received notification on XX/XX/XXXX by reviewing notices at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I could log into the LoanSolutionCenter - Document Center for additional details. The only details I received were a request for a lease agreement and a letter stating the reason for the COVID- 19 forbearance request. I sent these documents on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX. I called several times to determine if the documents satisfied the requirements, and on XX/XX/XXXX, Loss Mitigation updated the XXXX XXXX XXXX and I received the Facially Complete Package Notice. This is the only update notification I received ; I was not informed about which option was selected until I called and did my research using HUD Resources. My family and I had to move out of state for employment, so eventually, I was informed the account was under review for the Non-Owner Occupant Modification. I never received details regarding the process since investors at Prime Lending may have slightly different requirements than what I was reviewing on the Hud information sites, how I would be informed, or the next steps. By the way, you are in default, and if you do not cure your default, foreclosure actions could start on XX/XX/XXXX. After requesting the review for reinstatement options, I noticed my account seemed to no longer be under Covid-19 forbearance protections, the account was locked, I could no longer make payments, and some of the options on the site changed. During my several conversations, some agents said we were protected during the review, some agents were unsure. On XX/XX/XXXX, a mortgage statement was generated. Under COVID-19 Protections when a billing statement generated no late fee calculated. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and was informed by Agent Id XXXX that all protections are removed when clicking the review request, and you now must make payments. I was also informed there was never a late fee for XXXX ; however, the late fee was credited under payments. So, because she was unable to see the late fee generation, the agent did not understand my concern ; see below : When I indicated I could not make a payment for XX/XX/XXXX, I was told that's because you need to pay the entire {$23000.00} to reinstate your loan. I informed I am concerned that I will receive a late payment sent to the Credit Bureaus while Prime Lending 's Loss Mitigation is completing their review, which is set to expire on XX/XX/XXXX. The recommended solution was to request a COVID-19 forbearance again and my request for reinstatement review was closed on XX/XX/XXXX. This is not what I wanted as I spent time gathering documents and sending them to the Loss Mitigation Department. I explained to agent XXXX, and I still don't have the answer ; once I request the reinstatement again, am I protected under the COVID-19 protection, she responded, " I don't know what to tell you. '' I explained that I had sent documentation stating I am working and collecting rental income, so this additional forbearance request is technically invalid. I don't want to lose my opportunity for approval options. She then stated, " Everything happens for a reason. '' I logged into XXXX this morning XX/XX/XXXX and noticed my request for assistance was closed. My only option should not have been another Covid-19 Forbearance plan because your customer service teams have been unable to answer valid questions. I want to continue my Non- Owner Occupant Loan Modification request and don't want anotherCOVID-19 Forbearance Plan. I called this morning and spoke with agent id XXXX, who said I see your request for a Loan Modification, and there is no answer yet. When I indicated the request was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, would I still receive a response and move forward, and she said I am unsure. I do not want another forbearance plan I want to continue the Reinstatement review process I started in XXXX I would like someone in Leadership to contact me Record of calls 1. XXXX Agent Id # XXXX informed me to add additional documentation to my review request. She also mentioned she sent a request for the account to be reviewed for a Partial Claim ; although I mentioned I would not qualify because I am a non-occupant owner, she said let 's try it. 2. XXXX Agent Id # XXXX requested an update and was informed requested documentation ( request for lease and letter explain the reason for Covid-19 request ) shows as completed, which I was able to verify on the XXXX XXXX as well. 3. XX/XX/XXXX Agent Id # XXXX requested an update none could be given, could not explain the process. 4. XX/XX/XXXX Agent Id # XXXX still with an underwriter, could not explain the process. 5. XX/XX/XXXX Agent Id # XXXX transferred to another dept. 6. XX/XX/XXXX Agent Id # XXXX no updated, stated it could take the full 30 days the call disconnected call back. 7. XX/XX/XXXX Agent Id XXXX says no updates as of XX/XX/XXXX. Informed XXXX payment is due, but I can not make a payment unless I make a payment of {$23000.00}. Asked if this would affect my credit states, she did not know ; she checked and did not see any credit bureau reporting. She placed me on hold and spoke to a supervisor who recommended wait it out and see what happens or go back on Covid-19 Forbearance. She stated to call back in 5 days to see if the forbearance is approved. When I mentioned Five days or business days, she said, call back Monday XX/XX/XXXX. I requested a face-to-face conversation from a HUD Counselor. She stated when I clicked the review request, and all COVID-19 protections were removed. I explained I was never informed during the review process I would lose my protection, or when I called for updates, she said that might be true, and we need to do a better job at informing customers. She stated you seem very knowledgeable, and we will only answer the questions you ask. She was unsure if I would be reported to the credit bureaus and suggested to request another forbearance under COVID-19 and my request for reinstatement may continue ; don't send any documents back. She also mentioned if I had not moved from my home in XXXX, it would be a simple 7-to-8-day process. Lastly, she said I am glad you called when you did the last day to request forbearance under covid is XX/XX/XXXX, but that was never my request. 8. XXXX informed assistance request closed, call disconnected no call back. 9. XX/XX/XXXX no update on modification package. The account has not been approved for COVID Forbearance. We closed on our home in XX/XX/XXXX. At this time we were advised to ensure we got our new home as our permanent address so that our XXXX taxes reflect the 4 % for our county. But it was in XX/XX/XXXX that I noticed our escrow account had a credit or negative balance. I called the mortgage company Primelending and was advised they had no idea why this was showing like this, as it was send over from the closing with a negative balance. I called my loan officer that we closed with and he advised that we actually needed to get our tax information with the county corrected, so they could fix our escrow account. So I went ahead and send all information over to XXXX County, SC Tax Assessor office, so this was in XX/XX/XXXX, when speaking to the County office they informed me that they were three months behind on processing payment due to COVID, which I understood. I was at this time I informed them that my fianc was on XXXX XXXX and this was going to cause a hardship. I reached out to my State Rep and County Councilwoman who in effect got this moved up and had my application processed early to include getting it moved to the Treasurer office so a refund could be sent to the mortgage company. But by XX/XX/XXXX I received a bill that my mortgage payment was going to triple. So I reached back out to my State Rep who had the treasurer 's office reach out to me and advised they were processing the refund that day in a effort to head off my mortgage tripling. So in XX/XX/XXXX I reach back out to the mortgage company who at this time advised they had no idea why my escrow was still excessive, and I again reached out to my loan officer who said while he doesn't normally do anything with customers after closing he would dig to get me an answer. It was at this time he said he couldn't reach anyone at the county office, but if I was able to him a check number and date it was issued he could have them pull the check and post to our account. So in XXXX of XXXX I found this information with the help of my county councilwoman and the commissioner who advised the check number and date of issuing was XX/XX/XXXX. I called the loan officer to provide this information but didn't reach him so I emailed this information. He informed me via email that the office was unable to locate this check. And he would have to get back with me, well that didn't happen. So I reached back out customer service where I have received a myriad of answers on why this check has not posted. I have spoken with multiple reps to respond that they have no idea where the check was, and that if I could more information they can transfer it to another department. So I once again asked my county council woman if they county could do a trace on the check to see if it was cashed. When speaking with a representative at Primelending it wasn't until Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX that I got a representative who advised he would open a task for the company to do research, and requested that I have the county check to get an address on where the check was sent and if it had been cashed. He informed me that I would get an answer by XX/XX/XXXX. Well on XX/XX/XXXX I called back for an updated only to be advised that they would not be able to provide an answer until XX/XX/XXXX. I also followed up on this date because I got a notification that a property insurance payment has been disbursed, which prompted me to ask this representative why they issued a payment in XXXX when our premium with XXXX XXXX runs from XXXX to XXXX with payment being made in XXXX. She said they pay premiums every six months, which I didn't think much of since we had previously used XXXX XXXX, and figured this was just a change since this is a different lender. Well imagine my surprise when today I got a text from my insurance agent saying they had not received a payment on our insurance, and if not received by XX/XX/XXXX our policy would be canceled. So I today call Primelending only to find out that they claim they had no insurance on our loan which is untrue considering we were legally required to have a policy at closing and it has not changed ever. I also know that my insurance agent called their company back in XXXX to provide the new premium for changed we had made to the home. Well the representative I spoke to today advised that they made a {$1500.00} payment to a insurance company they put on our loan which we never received any information on because we didn't have a insurance company. I flat out advised this was not true. We have had the same insurance company for 15 years, and this was becoming a trend which their company. They disburse payments and then send us the bill and our escrow account continues to get in the negative. To make matters worse we now have to pay out to our insurance company a payment all because Primelending has once again claimed not to have received any information on our loan. I informed the representative this continues to be a trend which I believe is meant to overcharge us and make us pay a higher mortgage and that I have never had a mortgage company disburse fund for a loan that were not paid in full. The representative declined to answer any further questions stating that she had answered all my questions and that I will need to callback after XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to get an answer on the check and insurance information being updated. This can't be legal. They continue to claim not to receive infromation and continue to increase the money we owe on escrow essentially, causing out mortgage payment to increase, without sending any documentation of their actions.. On Friday XX/XX/XXXX I have faxed them a certified letter from XXXX county indicating where the check was mailed with a copy of the check and that it was not cashed and the representative today indicated another department handles tax issue, and I will have to wait. As I state to the representative everyone seems to be doing their part, but your company. Let me add the loan officer did advise he informed his team to do a partial adjustment based on the check information but I informed him that wouldn't be acceptable as they have all information and need to locate where this payment is and update this correctly, because all this will do is be prolong until XXXX and this will be compounding issue when yearly taxes are do.

I woke up early on XX/XX/2023 to get ready for work, but I noticed an email about fraudulent charges and then saw text messages from my bank asking to confirm these charges which prompted me to immediately cancel my debit card and contact my bank about the charges. There were 4 fraudulent charges the night before on the XXXX with only 2 going through and one being charged with XXXX dollars. A XXXX XXXX charge for {$690.00} was attempted as well but was declined so only the XXXX charge for {$740.00} and the insurance charge for {$55.00} went through and my account was charged. My card ended up getting killed and I paid to express ship a brand new card to me since the only currency that I have earned and worked for is on that account. I reached out to the bank about the charges so they can investigate and eventually credit me the amount I lost from these charges. I was eventually contacted by XXXX XXXX from PlainsCapital that was acting accusatory of me with these fraudulent charges. I was at work so I had to reschedule the call for tomorrow and she then proceeded to question me about these charges. I obviously didn't know anything about these fraudulent charges since they were not done by me. She was rude and seemed to be against me from the start, she did not seem like she wanted to help and ended our conversation that the investigation will continue and that the new information will be found while hinting that it will not be in my favor. I am not sure when but very early on, she asked me if I knew anyone named XXXX, and that the email that the charged were placed on had that name. I then filed a police report on XX/XX/2023 XXXXXXXX XXXX to help my investigation and listed all the information I knew about the time and dates of the charges and information about trying to work with XXXX. I was contacted by XXXX days later about the insurance charge where I learned was for the tickets purchased, she refused to help me and kept claiming that " no other party benefited '' hinting that I am one that made these charges. The provisional credit I received for that charge was taken away from my account. XXXX refused to work with me and was adamant that I made that purchase with backings. How am I supposed to know anything about these charges if I did not make them? Days later the same thing happened with the ticketmaster charge that went through with XXXX repeatedly claiming multiple times that " no other party benefited '', while mailed letters that I received from PlainsCapital showing the transaction details that had my name and address listed with the email being listed as XXXX XXXXThe IP address from the charge placed was also listed that could of been used to find the source of the fraudulent charges but XXXX refused to help or work with me and was XXXX bent on me losing my provisional credit. How can she accuse me of placing those charges when another email address was used, when their is a trackable IP address that will reveal where the charges were placed, and with me being alerted by the bank itself about these charges being fraudulent through email and text? The first text message I received was asking me if I am allowing the purchase, I sent nothing in response as I was sleeping at night while the next charge went through without my permission or my knowledge, or without any text alert asking for permission, why am I being punished for the failures of PlainsCapital security? It seemed to work the first time with it asking me then seemingly failed due to the faulty security. She also told me the ticket charges were for a XXXX XXXX game in XXXX on XXXX XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX She claimed that it was going to be up to the account officer on what was gon na happen with the investigation but her tone suggested that the investigation was over with her purposely not doing her job and taking proper measures to investigate thoroughly. No steps were taken to reach a solution and help me with these fraudulent charges. She did not attempt to try to contact the stadium, team, parties involved in the transaction, or the Police Department, to use the IP address to find the location of the charges, or ask my job if I was at work during the time of the charged being placed or the day of the game. I am going to speak to an attorney and representatives on what my next steps should be as the amount of these fraudulent charges are great in number and I have been cheated by XXXX XXXX and PlainsCapital Bank with my OWN hard earned money. I will continue to find ways to fight for this as I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and will be returning to college soon where every cent that belongs rightfully to me matters. As I am going over the documents that I was sent by PlainsCapital Bank, it is even more evident that these charges were not from me as the statement from the merchant says the tickets were transferred to another person named XXXX XXXX. Another piece of evidence that I couldn't have authorized this transaction is that the statement says the transaction was placed in XXXX, Tx. I work and live with my parents in XXXX, Tx. I have multiple people and my job to prove my locations during the dates of the charges being placed and the game itself. The account on which the charges were placed on had an age of " XXXX '' and the account name on page XXXX sent to me has it named XXXX on the top right. It was created with the email XXXX with the device IP being XXXX. XXXX XXXX refused to look at the evidence of these fraudulent charges. I will work with an attorney to find out more information about these charges that XXXX XXXX DID NOT tell me. She did not tell me or ask or try to inquire about any of the things that I have just stated before closing the investigation. How can the investigation be concluded if I was not aware of this information and was only shown through mails days after it has ended? How can the basis of XXXX 's reasoning to end the investigation and take away MY money be made from " that no other party benefitted '' with evidence that I did not do these charges while there is evidence that other NAMED people have had committed this fraud with my account.

This is the second complaint I am filing on a re-occurring issue with my loan servicer, Primelending. My mortgage loan is federally backed by XXXX XXXX, I have suffered a significant reduction of hours due to COVID-19 and DHM 's. I originally requested a forbearance in XXXX of XXXX, but my loan servicer was demanding I complete loan modification paperwork first. I had to file a complaint with XXXX XXXX and this agency to get that forbearance activated several months later. My loan servicer, Primelending was reporting I was in forbearance to XXXX XXXX however when I called Primelending, telling me I was not and had to complete the loan modification paperwork first. I was finally approved for my forbearance several months later, I believe due to this agencied intervention. After requesting the 6-month extension which was approved without incident I was secure in my home until XXXX, XXXX. In late XXXX, XXXX, I once again requested the newly approved 3-month extension of forbearance for XXXX XXXX backed loans. I was notified in mid XXXX, XXXX, as the forbearance was set to expire that the 3-month extension was denied and I must complete loan modification paperwork asap as my home was in active foreclosure and only protected from eviction through XXXX, XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a phone call from my loan servicer, Primelending, that they re-evaluated my extension request and it was being granted if I still needed it, I of course said yes please. Since that conversation I have received 5 additional calls from their automated dialer to call them immediately. On XX/XX/XXXX, I returned the call to a representative that said I needed to complete the loan modification paperwork, my loan was in active foreclosure and not in forbearance as I had been reassured 5 days prior that it was. Only after providing this representative with the phone call date of XX/XX/XXXX, was she able to locate the notes of my forbearance extension being granted by the previous representative. Yet no further action has occurred. The XX/XX/XXXX, representative said she would email their loss mitigation team to process that forbearance extension request from XXXX XXXX. We are nearing the end of this forbearance period which is not reflected on my account as active and I need to request the last 3-month forbearance extension. Which I can not request because the XXXX forbearance is still not processed or reflected as active on my account. I lost my job when my family contracted XXXX in XXXX, XXXX, I have had to fight unemployment for benefits waiting most recently 8 months for an appeal hearing, which I won yet still waiting on payment, and now I am being bombarded by flippers trying to buy my house despite being on the national Do Not Call registry, yet they call multiple times a day. All of this on top of job searching with all of my kids now home on summer break with no child care lined up due to still being employed as the school year was ending. These calls and constant worry about losing our home is creating an unbearable, extremely stressful situation these federal programs were designed to alleviate. I have XXXX children, I am a recently single parent. I should not have to continually fight for federal benefits that are guaranteed to families in my situation. Yet here I am again worrying multiple times a day about my home and where will we go if they sell it due to my loan servicer again trying to pursue foreclosure rather than grant my forbearance extension request which I am legally entitled to as a XXXX XXXX backed mortgage loan. Please assist my family to resolve my loan servicers unwillingness to process my forbearance extension request from XXXX, XXXX, in addition the remaining 3-month forbearance extension through XXXX, XXXX, for a total forbearance period of 18 months as allowed per federally backed XXXX XXXX loans. We can not lose our home, there are no rentals for a family of my size that are affordable low income properties or private landlords who accept Subsidized housing ( Section 8 ) in my area. Thank You.

The loan officer I am working with a Prime lending has not been up front about the process and she also did not ensure that the paperwork was correct. I reported my concerns but instead of replacing the loan officer they had me work with a loan processor and operations manager and the list of documents keeps changing and growing. The loan officer contacted me while I was working with another loan officer stating she is an expert on programs in XXXX. It's been a frustrating process : The loan officer was not responsive. I told her that an account would be paid off on my credit report and somehow she left off another mortgage account. I told her about it and it was on the bank statements I provided. She sent me disclosures which I signed and she left me an email that I needed to call her back to let her know we should proceed and lock the interest rate. I called her back. She called me after XXXX on the following monday stating she did not lock the interest rate because she needed to talk with me about needing to put 5 % down. That was in the disclosures and the emails. The whole premise was ridiculous. The realtor contacted me to find out why the appraisal hadn't been ordered, I told her that the loan officer had not been in touch since we finished the home inspection that thursday. She told the Real estate agent that she had been unable to contact me. Bottom line I asked for a new loan officer. The action taken was to assign a loan processor and operations manager. The previous loan officer 's narrative was that I was not responsive to her requests for information and I had not told her to correct the documents to add one loan and take off another. When the loan originator contacted me she explained that the loan was left off because it did not appear on the credit report. I wasn't aware of that but I did tell the loan officer ( that's how she knew about it ). Now I'm working with a processor who seems to still be working with the loan officer. The bank has not responded in anyway about my concerns with the loan officer. The loan officer is sending misleading documents to my realtor indicating documents that I did not complete. I did complete those documents, I was telling her about the other documents. She also sent this information to the realtor without my permission. Prime Lending did not assign another loan officer, she is still the assigned loan officer. The documents that were sent to the realtor are not the documents that were needed to process the loan. The whole process is misleading and I'm stuck in the middle. The documents that were sent to the realtor are not the documents that were needed to close the loan. She was made aware that she did not list all the debts properly by me. It did not " come to light '', I told her. The realtor I am working with also said in her contacts with her she usually responded with she was unable to get certain information because she was not at her computer, etc .... Whatever was going on with that loan officer, it is clear that her narrative is not accurate. There is not excuse for waiting 5 days to lock an interest rate after I have done what she asked. She just fell off the face of the earth for 5 days and then told everyone that I was holding up the process. Same with the mortgage and income she did not add to the application, she was told and it was on the bank statements provided. I didn't know it was not on the credit report, but it is not a new debt. I wanted a new loan officer, and I wanted them to acknowledge that something went wrong in the process. Now, they just keep changing the list of things they need for closing, which is on the XXXX. And my realtor was told by them that they only needed 4 things so she believes that I am holding up the process. If I pull out of the process I will lost my security deposit but the fault is with the bank.

Residential Loan Misrepresentation, for Commercial Business Use : ( Fraud for Housing/Profit ) PrimeLendings loan # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX OR XXXX, was taken out XX/XX/XXXX as a Residential Loan with a 1-4 Family Rider. This property is a Commercial Business. The loan was misrepresented ( fraud ) as a single-family residential property. The 1-4 Rider was misrepresented ( fraud ) as a multi-family property. The property is a Commercial Business, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This for-profit business will be operated by XXXX XXXX who is the son of XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX . The business started XX/XX/XXXX. The Commercial Business is a medical facility operating 24/7 that will have up to XXXX patients with payment either through insurance or cash. There will be 3-5 employees on staff to operate the business. Numerous permits have been taken out, approved, and completed to turn the single-family residence into commercial use. These facts acknowledge that the mortgage was misrepresented as a residential loan vs. commercial loan. The property is a single-family house and is zoned as a single-family property. It is NOT a multi-unit property. ( 1-4 Family Rider. A 1-4 Family Rider is typically required for multifamily investment properties with up to four units or two-to-four-unit properties that are owner-occupied. This type of rider permits the lender to collect rent from the property if you default on the loan. Any rent the lender collects goes to pay down the outstanding loan balance until the default is cured. If you pay your mortgage on time and do not default on your loan, a 1-4 Family Rider should never be an issue. If you default on the loan, the rider provides protection for the lender because it can use rental income from the property to pay the mortgage. ) The 1-4 Family Rider was misrepresented ( fraud ) as a multi-unit property. G. ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS ; APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER ; LENDER IN POSSESSION. The Commercial Business collects insurance or cash payments for medical purposes. The lender PrimeLending would not being able to collect on any monies without being licensed by the State or Oregon as a medical provider. Since the ability to collect by the lender is not obtainable the 1-4 Family Rider is null and void. Due to these facts, Section 6, Occupancy and Section 8, Borrowers Loan Application have been violated. Since Section B above has been misrepresented using deceptive tactics and manipulation to try and eliminate the owner occupancy requirement. However, this Rider is null and void as an enforceable document by the lender in the 1-4 Family Rider. Occupancy is still required under the original loan document! The owners of the property ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX OR XXXX are XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Trustees. Neither XXXX or XXXX have occupied this property since they purchased the property. Their residence continues to be their home in XXXX XXXX, CA. XXXX XXXX with the Division of Financial Regulation, Compliance Specialist for the State of Oregon was contacted. The recommendation from the Compliance Division was to contact PrimeLending directly to bring any misrepresentation to their attention. XXXX XXXX, PrimeLendings General Counsel was contacted notifying them of the fact that the loan was misrepresented as a residential loan vs. a commercial loan and that the 1-4 Rider was misrepresented and would not be enforceable. Commercial loan costs and loan terms are vastly different than residential loans due to the risks involved. Third Party Reporting It was recommended to submit to XXXX per XXXX XXXX response : submitted XXXX, case closed XX/XX/XXXX, no justification for the closing was provided. Using this document and the evidence provided I am requesting an investigation into the loan fraud for PrimeLendings loan # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX.

In XXXX of XXXX my husband XXXX veteran ) and I went to XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX in XXXX Virginia to begin the steps to build a house. They use a preferred builder and we both completed the paperwork to get pre-approved. It was at this time that both mine and contact information was taken and provided to the lender to begin the process. My husband informed me that he had received a call from a XXXX XXXX XXXX from PRIME Lending stating that he needed documents sent over for the process. Okay I thought no big deal he didn't call or email me, I'll give it a day or so maybe he got busy. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX emailed only my husband asking about the documents, my husband forwarded me the email and i found it odd since its really easy to add another email address especially considering that both of us are making this purchase. The next day I start sending over our information and now there is no question that he has my email. Fast forward to XXXX we get loan disclosures and immediately i see that the information provided was for a conventional loan and we had made it clear from the beginning that we wanted a VA loan. On XX/XX/XXXX I email advising that we are looking for a VA loan and XXXX responds that he would need to see if he can get the certificate of eligibility. On a joint call XXXX XXXX was advised that all communication should be with both of us via email. From that point the only other communication from XXXX XXXX I receive are in reference to signing the loan disclosures that are for the wrong type of loan. A few days pass and I receive a message from a XXXX XXXX stating she is assisting XXXX XXXX and needs more information from me and from this point XXXX XXXX began to interact with me. She advised that she needed to document which type of leave I was on and a document that was not signed was needed. I did not advise of my leave type as that was not relevant as I was not longer on leave as goes against the FDICs policy on discrimination in lending and advised that we did not want that loan. XXXX XXXX responded that she would stop the loan process with her company and was satisfied with knowing that I was no longer on leave. XXXX XXXX did not comprehend that we did not want the conventional loan and took that as we will not be using them as a lender. I sent a clarifying email advising that it was again the loan type as we wanted a VA loan. In XXXX my husband received calls and emails from XXXX XXXX again he chose to only communicate with him even after being advised that communication with both of us was necessary. In XX/XX/XXXX i received an alert that my credit report had a hard inquiry and which I checked in with that company it was determined that PRIME lending had initiated the inquiry it seemed odd as XXXX XXXX 's last contact advised that we needed to find a new lender to meet our needs stemming from a phone call and email follow up. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX was asked to show his work in reference to the VA loan as he continued to steer us towards the conventional loan and stated that the VA Loan is good for first time buyers but not beneficial after that. I have attached several emails for review the first documents XXXX XXXX making contact with my husband, the second calls out again XXXX XXXX talking to my husband and outlines how in depth the conversation was including him telling my husband what is best for HIM not us. It is my perception that XXXX XXXX never had any intentions of assisting us with a VA loan it was in his best interest to us to sign for a conventional loan. I have also included the email chain where he advises that we need a new lender to me then responds to my husband as if it had not happen. It is also my perception that XXXX XXXX does is extremely prejudice and sexist.

XXXX I applied for a loan forbearance with my FHA loan at PrimeLending due to being layed off due to Covid-19. When my forbearance time was over I contacted my lender to resume my payments, I thought. I was then told that I had to pay the payments that were in the forbearance before I could pay the current payment. I didnt have that money so I asked for a deferment. I was denied the deferments. I then asked what were the next steps to try and get my loan back current and continue on. I was able to make a payment in XXXX, but that is the only payment they would let me make. I was told I had to apply for a loan modification. I did exactly what they told me to do and got my paperwork in as soon as I got it and was able to complete it. I believe it was the next day. I then got no other correspondence from them except for bills. I called the lender at least once a month if not more trying to follow up and/or make a payment. Again, they wouldnt take my payments. I was told they were working on the modification. In XXXX I called again to follow up and they said they needed my XXXX tax returns submitted to them. I submitted it through their portal as they asked. I again waited to give them time to process the modification. I then called back XX/XX/XXXX and they said they still needed my XXXX taxes or W2. I tried to submit it again in the portal and it wouldnt allow it because it showed they already had the documents. So I then faxed it to them at the number they told me to fax it and got confirmation that the fax went through with all 12 pages. Again I gave them time to process and called back in XXXX and was told that they had sent my loan to a foreclosure attorney to foreclose on my house. I was told that that was in error and someone had put in the wrong code for my loan and that she was sending a message to underwriting to get it corrected and for me not to worry. She told me to call back in a few days to make a payment because by then I had gotten some overtime with my new employer and was trying to get my payments caught up. I called back in a few days and was told I had to call the foreclosure attorney to make a payment because they couldnt correct their mistake and get my loan back so I could make the payment with them. The attorney emailed me a letter with the reinstatement amount along with their {$1400.00} in fees. I dont have that much money. I called the lender over and over again trying to get them to help me correct their mistake to no avail. I even asked the attorney if they would waive their fees since they had just gotten the file and I explained what had happened. I was told their fees are nonnegotiable and they wouldnt waive or lower their fees. I really feel like PrimeLending set this up trying to take my house because even with proof that the paperwork they requested had been sent and received by them they would not do anything to help in this matter and refused to take any payments. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. No one is being accountable in this matter, but me and I have done everything I was asked and more. I did get a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX stating that they didnt get the documents. But look it took almost a month for me to get that letter.

Plains Capital bank supplied the refund check after I was overcharged. XXXX XXXX is the company I worked with and they issued the check. 1. This company claims for verify your insurance to get the cost of treatment. a. They claim to have done that and patient responsibility would be about XXXX XXXX ( unfortunately, I no longer have all my receipts since I thought this was resolved when I finally received the refund check ) but that was not the case, it was covered at 100 % 2. When I saw the first few claims were covered at 100 %, I inquired as to when my refund would be issued back to the card a. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX advised that they have to see how the rest of the claims are processed ( which makes no sense because if you are billing for the same treatment with the same codes ( as you should unless you're doing something shady ) then the benefit remains the same. I was patient and understanding and said fine b. Once I saw the rest of the claims processed, they advised that they would be issuing a check instead of refunding it back on the card, once again I was patient and understand and I said fine. 3. They finally issued the refund and the check bounced. a. They were closed on Saturday and Sunday so I had to wait until Monday. b. I called for about an hour and the phone just kept ringing. I reached out to my patient advocate who said he would follow up with them. I had to call him around XXXX for an update which was no update. c. Tuesday, same thing. I called will around XXXX and he advised he escalated this since they ( XXXX and XXXX ) were waiting on someone to respond which was not much help and he said he would have an update for me by the end of the day- which he did not. 4. Since I never got an update on Tuesday XX/XX/21 I decided never mind, I'll pursue legal action. The next day XXXX advised me to try and attempt to deposit the check again, which is fraud! After I pointed that out, he said the money was there at the office with XXXX for me to pick up along with the {$15.00} return check fee. a. Got there, XXXX at the front desk advised me not only once but twice that she was not there I have a recording of the second time he said it b. He then went into the back again and claimed she would be with me in 5 or 10 minutes this just seemed like yet another lie or a way to buy more time. Either XXXX lied about her not being there and he could not be trusted any further or he was lying about how soon she would get to me and I really couldn't take anymore shenanigans since at that point I was furious after driving 33 minutes one way, I left. 5. XXXX XXXX ( my checking account ) has sent me a " substitute check '' but they advised not to cash it since the reason is only " refer to maker '' with no other detail. It could be a closed account, bad check or whatever so it would only cause me to incur more fees and possibly put my account in bad standing.

XX/XX/2022 I called Highland Homes. The sales rep informed me about XXXX XXXX. Seen the property and talked to XXXX XXXX. XXXX told me the next step was to talk to the loan office. So, I spoke to the loan officer, applied, and uploaded all my documents. XX/XX/2022 I spoke to the loan officer that morning. Due to miscommunication about the rate and incentives, I drove XXXX minutes back to XXXX to talk to the salesperson ( XXXX ). I was told the final numbers would be available by the end of the day Saturday. Unfortunately, I never received the final numbers to purchase XXXX XXXX. Nor did I receive the application, sales contract, the amount of earnest money, and how and when to pay the earnest money. In addition, I also reached out to the builder and requested to work with another salesperson. XX/XX/2022 I spoke to another sales associate who informed me that the earnest deposit was {$5000.00} and I should receive the final numbers by the end of the day. XX/XX/2022 I received an email from XXXX telling me the property had sold. This was the only time XXXX responded to any of my emails. According to the internet, this house is now pending sale. I spoke to the Division Manager, XXXX XXXX. I informed her of what had happened to me. She told me she would investigate it and get back to me ASAP. XX/XX/2022 XXXX called me back and asked about my experience. But unfortunately, she did not provide any clarification as to what happened. So, I contacted the new salesperson to inquire about XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX sent the buyer sheet. XX/XX/2022 I sent XXXX back to the buyer sheet and asked several questions. XX/XX/2022 I received an email from the loan officer informing me that the XXXX XXXX rate had expired. XX/XX/2022 I still havent received a response to my concerns. I firmly believe there were deliberate actions taken and a refusal to sell me the house at XXXX XXXX. If I had been adequately informed and received the information to pay the earnest money and sign the sales contract before XX/XX/2022, the purchase price would have been $ XXXX with a XXXX XXXX rate. Now, I am looking at another house that is $ XXXX with a XXXX XXXX rate. The projected monthly price is {$800.00} higher. XXXX retaliated against me after reaching out to corporate and asking for another sales rep. I would like to understand why Highland Homes refused to sell me the house at XXXX XXXX and why they are refusing to sell me the house at XXXX XXXX. Below are the questions I asked but never received an answer to. - What is the usual process for buying a house from Highland? - When did XXXX XXXX go under contract? - When did the person buying XXXX XXXX see the house, apply, obtain a pre-approval, and pay the earnest money? - Why did Highland Homes have me reach out to the loan officer, obtain a pre-approval if their intention was never to sell me the house on XXXX XXXX?

I applied for a home loan through a XXXX XXXX approved lender. That's their requirement to use the incentive programs. Pre-approval letter from prime lending generated XX/XX/XXXX Offer accepted XX/XX/XXXX appointment set for XXXX on XXXX to go over final options. Loan XXXX calls at XXXX. I call her back and leave message on same day at XXXX after receiving her message. Received email request to sign docs loan estimate, disclosures, etc... Signed docs same day. We'd already agreed it was conventional loan, interest rate was XXXX I think in that doc. Received call from her on Tuesday the following week stating that the interest rate had not been locked, she'd wanted to talk to me about my loan options and the fact that I could not use some XXXX incentive. She'd been clear about me not being qualified for that incentive from the beginning of the process. It does not show up on any docs. Again, verified conventional loan. Interest rate is now XXXX. Not qualified for XXXX, she follows up with an email and contact for the program proving it. The only reason I got this info is because I asked why it was missing on docs she was sending. Now we're in the process, I'm seemingly committed, home inspection is already done, closing date is set for the XXXX of next month. Conditions of loan has dramatically changed and I seemingly do not have time to switch to a different lender. Initially I was working with a lender that is not certified through XXXX XXXX. Changed to this lender : Was told : you can do 3.5 % down rather than 5 % that outside lender was quoting. 2000 incentive not eligible for additional XXXX incentive because income is too high XXXX program for XXXX. ( lender was aware that I had another property, not first time home buyer ) nterest rate was the same.as with previous lender After signing loan estimate new information : Interest rate has changed because it wasn't locked when you signed loan estimate Not eligible for XXXX Still get XXXX credit Not eligible for 3.5 % down because not eligible for XXXX that I was never eligible for Not eligible for interest rate reduction because not eligible for the XXXX that I was never eligible for There is a const analysis I am attaching. It now does not show the XXXX because it was updated on the XXXX. Initially the XXXX was included on it, the XXXX funding is shown on the loan estimate. It just brings the amount financed to XXXX down to XXXX. This was a part of the intial loan and when it was removed because I didn't qualify I should have been notified. I asked why it was not there and then received a response. Also, an email stating that the lender did not think that I was interested in the XXXX or XXXX because they have to be paid back when I sell the home. It didn't make sense to me because XXXX XXXX has these lenders on the website so they can advise you about these programs, and ... ....

I was the power of attorney for my mother. Since her passing, Ive been trying to become successor in interest. My brother and my sister and I were heirs to the property in question. My brother and sister declined to be financially attached to the property. And I elected to the successor in interest. Since I submitted my mothers death certificate back in XXXX, I have been railroaded by the mortgage lender, and very disrespected. All the while all Ive wanted to do is clarify who I was, and turn in the documents needed in a timely manner, so then I could assume the notes and find a way to Budget the financial obligation I had. When I kept getting documents sent to my home stating I was not verified because my identification was not legible? I found it very odd and so I kept submitting it over and over and over countless times I believe it was at least 10 times if not more over the course is it Five years weve been living in the home. What I found very odd also was that I went to XXXX XXXX County clerks office to record the affidavit of airship. They asked for my identification, which is clear to me that I wouldve been identified in all aspects of pertaining to the mortgage. Also, since I was power of attorney for my mother the mortgage lender had every knowledge ofI who I was because I showed my ID to become a power of attorney and it is on record, and I have document to prove that as well. No, it is true. My husband and I both became sick. My husband had XXXX I have a XXXX. My husband also suffered a XXXX XXXX and could not work, hes in XXXX and works very hard and its very hard for us to get from one day to the next. It seems some times and were not young anymore. But we want to fulfill our obligation as homeowners and we want to work with the company but I dont see how they can tell me that they can not read my identification or find away promptly, and it just state that in the logbooks that they must identify me as a successor in interest, and give me that afforded me that up of opportunity. And another thing whenever the documents were in their eyes verified they said I was too late that the sale had already started and they had sold my home. However, I received a letter stating that they still needed on my document and that I had 90 days from XX/XX/3020, XXXX XXXX business days to respond and get it in which I did. But all in all the home have been sold underneath me even though the very next day XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to a representative from the company and they assured me that it did not sell and that they were taking the home off of foreclosure list. Thank you very much.

I was never notified by my lender the credit scores or the important factors affecting my credit scores that the consumer reporting agency distributed to them in connection with my home loan until two days ( XX/XX/2020 ) before my original closing date ( XX/XX/2020 ) by my loan officer. He stated that if my credit score was a little better then I would have been able to get a 2.9 % interest rate instead of the 3.125 % that I was currently offered ( costing me roughly {$30000.00} more over the course of the loan ). When I asked him what the score was that he was using to qualify me for my loan it was 100 points lower then what I thought it was. The key ( only ) factor affecting my credit score was an invalid collections claim on my account that I thought was removed in XX/XX/2020. My loan officer never told me my score, that I had a collections on my account or asked me if the collections claim was valid. After finding out this information, I called the collections agency and they removed the claim from my account roughly a week and a half later ( XX/XX/2020 ). When I inquired why my score and the collections impacting my score was not disclosed to me the loan officer, project manager, and regional VP all told me that it was not discussed with me since my score was what they considered to be " good ''. The project manager went on to say if my score was a little lower they would have disclosed this information to me. His justification for this was that they are not in the business of being " credit counselors '', they are just there to give people loans. Basically, they decided for me what was a " good enough '' score without giving me the opportunity to decided for myself. The regional VP did say he was " very surprised '' that my loan officer did not disclose the information to me but was unwilling to compensate me for this mistake because they currently were not making enough money on my loan as is. I was giving the option to have my credit re-pulled but was told that it may actually result in a higher interest rate if interest rates have increased from my current 3.125 % interest rate or the 2.9 % that I was told I would've qualified for ( the lending company does not publicly disclose their interest rates ) and that they may not be able to close my loan on time if I had my credit re-pulled which would result in me losing the house. So this was not a viable option for me.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I was directed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX of Prime Lending as the sole source lender of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was told that Prime Lending was the only Lender I could use building with XXXX XXXX XXXX whom I contracted on XX/XX/XXXX to build my house at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, VA XXXX. I entered an FHA refinance loan on XX/XX/XXXX to build my house under the assertion that my interest rate was to be 2.99 %. On XX/XX/XXXX when asked " when does the rate lock '' XXXX XXXX said in an email " Rates are not moving much so we wont lock until about 60 days from when the house will be completed. To lock now you would need a long term lock which costs money. '' XXXX did not reach out to me again until XX/XX/XXXX at which time rates had already increased drastically. He then advised me that we needed to lock the loan asap. I was understandably dismayed and disappointed that he had directed me not to lock previously, and that he had waited for rates to increase so much before contacting me. I consulted XXXX XXXX representative XXXX XXXX who promised me the project would be done within 90 days. Based on XXXX 's statement XXXX locked the rate for 90 days. At this time, with a much higher interest rate the payment was getting to be unaffordable, so we changed to from FHA to conventional loan, with a plan to pay off outstanding vehicle loan to qualify. XXXX XXXX did not do any work for a month, which caused them to not complete the project as scheduled, and the lock expired. Nobody from Prime Lending ever contacted me to advise me that it had expired, or presented me with any options other than at closing time. I asked XXXX at this time what I could do to get the loan to be affordable, and he said nothing he could do at all. At this time, my property was being held hostage and with no choice, I had to sign the closing documents or risk losing my property all together. Now thanks to Prime Lending and XXXX XXXX, I have a loan that I can not afford and also had to drain my entire savings to pay the closing costs. I tried to explain this to XXXX XXXX and people from XXXX XXXX, and nobody has offered any assistance or resolution, they just want my money. XXXX blames the rising interest rates, but as a loan XXXX, he failed me as his customer, and put me in a bad situation. I would have never built a house or financed with Prime Lending had I known how it would turn out.

To whom it may concern : My name is XXXX XXXX and I am filing this complaint against Prime Lending, specifically towards and employee by the name of XXXX XXXX ( NMLS # XXXX ). XXXX is a Branch Manager at a Prime Lending located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ XXXX. I had reached out via email to a Prime Lending loan officer by the name of XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/21 at approx. XXXX. My correspondence was in regards to refinancing my current home mortgage and I had attached confidential documents for XXXX to review. Upon sending the email and reaching out to XXXX via text message he had informed me that he had parted ways from Prime Lending and I then resent the information to his new email. A few hours later at XXXX I received a phone from an employee of Prime Lending by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX I was a little taken back by someone from Prime Lending reaching out to me to begin with. Upon speaking with XXXX, he discussed with me the information I had confidentiality sent to XXXX and informed me that the email that I had sent to XXXX 's email was intercepted and viewed by XXXX XXXX. XXXX then proceeded to solicit me, asking if he and Prime Lending could provide service for my refinancing needs which I respectfully declined. XXXX said that XXXX XXXX directly instructed him to reach out to me to solicit my business. I believe this to be an absolute violation of privacy. I do not know who else viewed these documents and because I am choosing not to do business with Prime Lending anymore where this information can go or who else has access to XXXX old email account. Someone such as XXXX XXXX in the position as a branch manager should know that these actions are inappropriate and on top of violating someone's privacy, directing an employee to solicit based on viewing confidential information is completely unacceptable. I can only hope that my complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau will prevent this from happening to anyone else and hopefully provide some discipline and guidance to Prime Lending and their employees for these violations. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

The check to pay the XXXX mortgage payment to PrimeLending is dated XX/XX/XXXX. I have a copy of the front and back of the check. Since I get paid at the end of the month, I pay my mortgage when I get paid. It was 3 weeks into XXXX when I noticed that prime lending hadnt cashed my XXXX mortgage check. I thought maybe the check got lost. I was concerned, so I called PrimeLending and made a payment over the phone. On XX/XX/XXXX, PrimeLending cashed the check and tried to cash my online payment at the same time. There wasnt enough money in the account to cover two mortgage payments in the same month. I was told to block the online payment. So I did. Since I have never blocked a payment before, I didnt know that the block would be in place with that company until I removed the block. Our XX/XX/XXXX I went down to my bank and I removed the block on PrimeLending. I called PrimeLending and alerted them that I had removed the block. I have been in constant contact with PrimeLending. Each time, I have asked them if they were taking notes. They always tell me that they are taking notes. Every time I called PrimeLending, I tell the PrimeLending customer service representative that I want to pay my mortgage and ask them to help me clear up the problem. I checked my credit report today XX/XX/2021 and found PrimeLending had posted a delinquent account on my part. When I call PrimeLending, I get the impression that the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing in their accounting department. If prime lending had cashed my check in a timely manner, instead of waiting until XX/XX/XXXX, there would be no problem. I have tried to talk to representatives from PrimeLending numerous times and to no avail. My credit score dropped significantly due to this error on the part of PrimeLending. After hours on the phone, I finally found someone that would help me. My mortgage account is fully up-to-date as of today XX/XX/2021. My loan number is XXXX

I am a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Military Veteran, and have full tax exemption status on my property taxes in Texas. I supplied my letter of full exemption from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) along with my original exemption application as instructed by XXXX to my mortgage company, Prime Lending. I sent via online messaging through their website on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I also tried sending it through the email given by the company without success on XXXX. No matter what size email the email is returned undeliverable. I received a letter from the tax department at Prime Lending stating my letter was insufficient and lacked all of the information required. In referencing their letter on what information was missing I found that my letter contained all of the required information they were asking for. I sent my letter again highlighting the information they requested, and sent it certified mail through the post office on XX/XX/XXXX. Using the tracking number from USPS I see that it was indeed picked up. I have spoken to no less than 5 customer service representatives and 1 manager about the issue. They all tell me that there is no way to transfer me to the tax department nor does the tax department have a customer service phone number that I can call. They refuse to put me in touch with anyone in their tax department and keep telling me that they do not have my tax exemption letter on file. One customer service representative, in fact, kept interrupting me to repeat what she had already said and was extremely rude. I am disturbed that Prime Lending is treating a XXXX military veteran so poorly, and that they are comfortable taking additional money out of my account each month to use to grow their interest in their own account. I want the additional funds they are robbing from me refunded, and if possible with interest that I could have earned in my own account.

OnXX/XX/2020 my loan with PrimeLending was paid off. I had an Escrow account with PrimeLending for my property taxes and although PrimeLending knew I was paying off my loan ( a PrimeLending rep. " XXXX '' in early XXXX told me that PrimeLending 's policy is not to pay the Property Taxes when there is a payoff request-which XXXX said she shows in her system and I have a letter ) a property tax payment for {$2500.00} was made on XX/XX/20by XXXX XXXX is PrimeLending 's 3rd party vendor. The County of XXXX XXXX received a XXXX XXXX payment from Corelogic ( to cover multiple properties ) and it took the County until XX/XX/20 to allocate the payment and then refund XXXX for my duplicate property tax payment. My new lender had paid the property taxes ( simultaneously ) and they were accepted by the County prior to the XXXX allocation and therefore the County refunded the duplicate payment to XXXX. The County provided me with the refund check # ( I have ) and the amount ( about XXXX ) to XXXX! I have yet to receive my escrow/tax refund in the amount of {$2500.00}. I have called Primelending numerous times and asked for assistance. I've tried to escalate and I have asked to speak with a supervisor -but no supervisor will talk with me ). Please help. None of the customer service reps know what their procedure is. Basically the customer service say there is an open task -and it is with the tax accounting department. When I ask to speak to tax accounting, I'm told they are " back office '' only. My property taxes have been with PrimelendingXXXX now for 60 days ( since XX/XX/20). My loan with PrimeLending was paid off 131 days ago. Did they steal my money? I am getting very nervous. I have tried to call XXXX but there phone system clearly states that it is the individual mortgage company that is responsible. Please, please assist me.

Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been trying to begin the loan assumption process for my husband to assume my co-signers portion of our mortgage. My co-signer has not lived at this residence or made any financial contribution to this loan since XX/XX/XXXX. I have a court ordered settlement agreement stating that my husband and I must assume the mortgage. However, I am getting nowhere through emailing : XXXX, or through Primelendings chat portal or by messaging through the dashboard. I am routinely disconnected in the chat portal and while on the phone with customer service. In XXXX of XXXX, I did receive an assumption packet/application, but it was for an FHA loan . I have received no response outside of an automated please allow 7-10 business days to process your request since XX/XX/XXXX. I sent a certified letter to XXXX/Primelendings assumption department on XX/XX/XXXX, it was signed for and received. As of today XX/XX/XXXX I have still not received a response.

I fell behind on my mortgage payments in XXXX due to many issues impacting my marriage and my finances. I put the house up for sale, then sold the house in XX/XX/2019. My broker and title company satisfied the outstanding amount on my loan to XXXX and Prime. Since XXXX I have been trying to rent and now I am trying to purchase a new house and the credit reporting agencies have my mortgage listed as charged off. In addition to that the mortgage company did not return my escrow payment to me, they sent it to the state of pennsylvania. I have been suffering trying to live a decent quality of life due to this. I have forwarded the closing documentation from my broker and title company to the old mortgage company XXXX, Prime lending and they refuse to correct and update my records nor my credit reporting information. I have sent faxes to them at XXXX requesting updated information and I attached recording documentation proving I paid the mortgage off. My current potential mortgage adviser is impacted because they want to show that the mortgage was paid off and I can't do that because of the erroneous reporting from the old mortgage company. In addition to that my potential future interest rate has more than doubled due to this error. I am no longer seen as a responsible borrower to creditors.

My initial interest rate was locked for 30 days. I was not given a choice of how long I wanted to lock my initial interest rate. My original closing date was XX/XX/2020. My interest rate was initially locked until XX/XX/2020. My closing date was pushed to XX/XX/2020. I was charged a fee ( over {$300.00} ) to keep my interest rate locked until XX/XX/2020. I was never notified in writing or verbally that there would be any fees if my interest rate expired before my closing date. I was instead charged in my closing disclosures the extension fees. I looked on the loan website to see if there was any information available about possible consequences if an interest rate locking expired before the closing date. The only information I could find stated " You can lock in your rate for up to 180 days ( additional restrictions and fees may apply for lock terms in excess of 90 days ). This guarantees your rate lock for the entire lock period. '' To me, this reads that from 0-90 days there is no fee. I was not given the option if I wanted to initially lock in for 90 days. Additionally, my closing date ( XX/XX/2020 ) does not exceed the 90 days, but I am being charged.

I received a mortgage from Prime Lending. In the mortgage it specifically said we would not acquire the property until XXXX the XXXX. It was not our house, we did not live there. The house we were living in was listed in the mortgage and was listed as our address. Prime Lending sold the mortgage. They claim to have contacted us by mail on the XXXX of XXXX. However, we didn't live there so I have no idea if they did. I received an email from them on the XXXX of XXXX saying the mortgage had been sold and would be finalized on the XXXX of XXXX. This is only 10 days before the sale of the loan. " Except as provided in paragraphs ( b ) ( 3 ) ( ii ) and ( iii ) of this section, the transferor servicer shall provide the notice of transfer to the borrower not less than 15 days before the effective date of the transfer of the servicing of the mortgage loan. '' Now that the loan has been transferred. according to the documentation with the new company, Prime Leaning lied about the effective date. They show the effective date as XX/XX/XXXX, not XX/XX/XXXX. This means even the first documentation they sent me was sent before the 15 day period.

I have so much information regarding my loan and how XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX have handled my mortgage loan. I have tried repeatedly to work with XXXX but the company refers me to their Texas law firm XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, XXXX from XXXX, Texas and that firm would tell me to call XXXX. Very deceptive since I submitted in XX/XX/2021, {$19000.00} to CENLAR since their office claimed that was what was owed and the money was refunded back to me since I was short {$10000.00} and they would not allow for the fees to be added to the {$56000.00} note. My house will be sold tomorrow, XX/XX/2021 for {$56000.00} so who will pay the {$29000.00} plus that will still be owed? I have researched and realized that this company is very deceptive and have several lawsuits against them for the exact same reason they are foreclosing on my property. Please help to stop this and maybe it will help another family somewhere not suffer these consequences. What I want for them to be investigated and brought to justice for what they do to families along with their Law firm that represents them.

Person at phone also told me not to make any payment until i receive some papers by mail. I wait weeks and weeks. Called them end of XXXX andXX/XX/XXXX times. Each time i call they said i will receive papers and let me wait. But at other hand primelending kept sending me bills to make payments all of them once. Each time i make a call they ask me to pay and i remind them i had applications for put my debt to end of mortgage payments. Their answer is " well i will take a note here '' this situation scares me that one day i will get forclosure papers. Please do something. It's so stressful situation. XXXX XXXX XXXX

I repeatedly asked for an accurate loan estimate and I kept being sent inaccurate loan estimates. The loan estimates did not have the correct interest rate on it ( the down payment assistance program I am using does not allow for buying points ), down payment on it, the wrong title fees, and seller credits I never received. I never received an accurate loan estimate after asking repeatedly for weeks. I was still waiting for an accurate loan estimate. Then I was sent a denial letter with untrue reasons on why I was denied. They only pulled one of my credit scores to make a decision according to denial letter which is not correct either. How in the span of a week I was qualified for the loan and now a week later I'm denied? How am I in the process of closing on my loan with another lender? See text messages between the loan officer XXXX XXXX and I. Also, see the fraudulent loan estimates with inaccurate information. Lastly, see the fraudulent denial reasons after being pre-approved for the loan and being sent loan estimates.

I applied for Covid Relief Forbearance in XXXX, due to a temporary decrease in income and was approved so I did not need to make XXXX, XXXX, & XX/XX/2022 mortgage payments. Before the forbearance was over, I communicated with Prime Lending that I could resume making normal payments beginning XX/XX/XXXX and that I wanted to move the three months of missed payments to the end of the loan. I made a payment of the phone on XX/XX/XXXX because they have disabled the ability for me to make payments online. The payment was listed as unapplied in escrow and not credited as my XXXX mortgage payment. On XX/XX/XXXX they returned the payment to me.They have made me submit many documents and pulled my credit. They have told me that the only option I am allowed is a loan modification as long as their underwriting approves it. Whenever I call they treat me as though I am in default and nearing foreclosure. I was under the impression from reading the CARES Act that I was allowed to automatically move those payments upon request.

XX/XX/2023 I began getting notices about bills not being paid on time. The bank showed that the payments were sumitted on time but one was more than 2 weeks late. Then on the XX/XX/2023 more bills posted late or were returned to the after the account numbers had been changed, when I contacted the bank we checked and made sure the account number were correct in which thet were. Then after talking to a friend that banks at the same bank he told me about a letter he received about a data breach! XX/XX/2023 When I went back into the bank to talk a bout the data breach and if that could be the problem, then it was turned on me that I didn't know how to pay my bills on line. I've paid my bills on line for mor than 20 years. I went back to my other bank and started paying my bills thru them and have not had any more trouble. I'm trying to get this account shut down after having {$81.00} dollars in late fees that I should not have had to pay. As soon as I can I will shut the account down.

I was the account holder in PrimeLending. I recently refinanced my loan with another lender. A payoff letter was issued by PrimeLending with effective date from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX and the refinance was closed on XX/XX/XXXX successfully. The title company wired the fund on XX/XX/XXXX, and the funds where confirmed received by Prime Lending at XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, 6 days later ; the wired funds where returned to the title company without ANY explanation as to why. I have since learned that Prime Lending paid the invoice for my old home owner insurance on XX/XX/XXXX ( after they received the payoff from the title company ). And now my mortgage was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by Prime Lending on XX/XX/XXXX. I need a response to this complaint as soon as possible my entire refinance process is in jeopardy and I may lose my new rate AND cost significant money already spent on the new loan. Please provide an immediate resolution to this.

Back in XXXX I lost my job due to being XXXX and XXXX. So I did a 3 month forbearance on my mortgage. When the forbearance ended in the end of XXXX I was able to start back paying in XXXX. I made a payment but I was unaware when I did the foreclosure that those months of the forbearance were all due at one time once it ended that was not explained to me. I have since called at lease 12 times talked to several different people or the phone just hangs up on their end. I have been told several different things and that I would be sent out a packet for payment options and have yet to receive anything at all. We are now in XXXX and have been trying to get this resolved. I just got off the phone with someone they were supposed to be transferring me but instead the phone hung up on their end. I have been getting the runaround with my lending company PrimeLending.

I was in forbearance with Prime Lending for XX/XX/2020 - XX/XX/2020. I was caught up on payments until I was approved for forbearance. I received a letter from Prime Lending dated XX/XX/2020 stating my forbearance would be ending soon. I sold my home on XX/XX/2020 and received a subsequent letter dated XX/XX/2020 from Prime Lending saying my loan had been paid in full. I received a notice my credit score had changed and I see there was a report made on XX/XX/2020 from Prime Lending for a delinquent account. I reached out to Prime Lending on XX/XX/2020 and was told that I would need to reach out to the credit bureau to fix the issue or I could submit a letter to Prime Lending with a copy of my credit report showing the error.

Someone buying my home used prime lending for their mortgage. The closing has been delayed multiple times costing me several thousands of dollars. Their reason for the delays - we dont have enough people and I dont have time. The contract was signed XX/XX/XXXX with a set closing of XX/XX/XXXX. A second closing was set for XX/XX/XXXX and the lending officer still has not sent the paperwork to the attorney. When my realtor called to inquire the lending office hung up on him. The unprofessionalism, lack of empathy, disregard for client impacts and overall rudeness has been staggering. I work in the financial services industry and have been shocked and appalled by his behavior.

On XX/XX/XXXX an insurance bill for {$1000.00} was paid out of my escrow account. The fire insurance did not belong to me. I have been trying to get reimbursed for this money since the occurrence. Every week I get a different story. This needs to be refunded immediately along with any interest that might have been paid on it. XXXX for PrimeLending has been awful to deal with. My name and address did not appear on the bill they paid and they give no reason how this happened. Also, the bill was for insurance that expires XX/XX/XXXX. I purchased my place last XXXX so I could I have a policy that was going to expire in XXXX? Very sloppy and incompetent bookkeeping.

On several occasions, this company has called 2-3 times back-to-back. They call when I am at work, and when I send the call to voicemail, they will simply call back, 1-2 more times at least. Most recently, they sent me notification about my debt in an open letter format. This was done by placing a door tag on my door notifying me that they were trying to collect on a debt and to contact them.
