I financed a dining room table from XXXX XXXX, XXXX in XXXX Oklahoma in XXXX 2015. I discovered the table was damaged shortly after it was delivered and assembled. I called the store and informed the manager of the damages. He offered to trade out the table for a different table in the store. However, there was no other table I was interested in. I asked him to just re order a new table. He informed me the next day that my table is no longer in stock so it cant be replaced. I then informed him to come pick up the table. The next day the table was picked up and I was told the contract I signed was now null and void. A couple of months later I received a collection call regarding payment for the table. I explained that I no longer had the table and I should no longer have an account with XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The representative apologized for the mistake and said he saw in the notes that the table was returned. I was told by the representative of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, that the account would be erased from my credit report within 60 days. Over two years later the account is still on my credit and is in a negative charged off state. The account is inaccurate and incorrect and should not be found anywhere on my credit.

As of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX also USA Discounters refuses to terminate my account and refund overpayments since XXXX, they are keeping my account open and taking payments for over 7 years. This company 's location in XXXX Maryland has closed-file bankruptcy and working under new name. XXXX is responsible for managing the direct deposits and tranfering funds with additional fees on old outdated yet active accounts. I reporting that XXXX as fraudulently accepted deposits in overages of {$7000.00} if not more. The XXXX implied that there is no contact information for USA Discounters Nor XXXX XXXX only account information, and deatiled information for me ( social Security and Date of birth. I want this investigated for fruad. and money owe to me all refunds.

I paid my account off in XXXX, Three years later I received phone calls & threats demanding payment. I have already paid three times what the appliance cost. Now they have a collection agency taking me to court sueing me for payment. The court date is XX/XX/XXXX. I just recently discovered USA Discounters was sued in XXXX, how can they make me pay twice for the same product. I moved from the address USA Discounters had on file. I did not receive notice of the lawsuit filed against USA Discounters. I did not keep my paper work for the products I purchased in XXXX. Multiple states have sued them for consumer fruad, abuse dept collection and deceptive advertising. The court date is XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX VA. Please Help.

I am a XXXX XXXXXXXX veteran who had dealings with USA Discounters. They went out of business and I found an article that there was a lawsuit which offer their military customers a debt forgiveness of their account. My wife and I started an account with them in XXXX while I was XXXX in XXXX while on XXXX XXXX. For the past few years I have dealing with the law law firm XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX who threaten to put a lien against me and my wife unless I pay over {$20000.00} for what's owed on the USA Discounters account and legal fees. I need to know am I protected from under the lawsuit?

I have tried to reach out to XXXX XXXX XXXX for the past 3 months, to find out that the company for closed for taking advantage of service members. I purchased a XXXX indash navagation system for almost XXXX dollars In XX/XX/2011, which all I wanted was a receipt for the purchased for a police report. I like many other service members have been taking advantage of by XXXX XXXX. When I initially signed up with this company I was told I had a warranty on any of the products that I purchased with them as long as my account was current and I have a balance. I have filed a complaint before on XXXX XXXX XXXX and submitted a cease and desist of phone calls to my work and cell phone. They continue to call and harrass me. I also have all of the saved voicemails where they continue to ignore the required cease and desist.
