On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a vehicle from Highline Automotive. A XXXX XXXX XXXX. The sells rep XXXX told me I was approved for a loan. I paid XXXX down payment, paid XXXX $ for insurance, XXXX $ on registration and tags.We went over the contract and I signed it. I left the dealer excited about my new purchase. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from the dealership telling me I had to bring the car back because bank didnt approve my loan. I called the bank to see why the loan wasnt approved. They told me that I was still approved, but since the dealership lied about the mileage on the car, they had to reduce the price of the car. I then call dealership back to see why they said I wasnt approved when I was. The sells rep XXXX got so defensive and told me if I didnt bring the car back they was coming to take it. On XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX I went outside and my car was gone. I called the dealership and the sells man told me I had 2 options. I could come get my stuff out the car or come sign a new contract. Something just didnt seem right. I started looking over the contract and seen that the loan was from the dealership not the bank. The contract was illegally broke. I wasnt even giving my 10 day notice by mail stating to return the car due to contract issue. I wasnt default on payments, cause I just got the car and bank did approve my loan but dealership didnt want to except terms. Therefore they had no legal right to break contract. Then when I asked for my original security notes and credit application back they said they sent them to the bank.
