Good afternoon, my sad story began on XX/XX/XXXX when I chose the scam company HGREG XXXX. The seller who made the deal XXXX XXXX helped me choose a XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$19000.00}. The car had a mileage of XXXX miles, which is confirmed by the documents that I saved. XXXX XXXX assured me that the car was XXXX XXXX and therefore it was not in any serious accident. He also provided me with a XXXX XXXX XXXX. After I was taken to the lending department, where we discussed financing options and the size of the down payment. They also added {$890.00} to the Pre-delivery Fee, as they told me, financing is possible only if I agree with this. I agreed- but after that they said that XXXX XXXX bank put forward the requirement that GPS Monitoring Device be installed in the car, and this device costs {$990.00} extra and free installation. I refused, but they still included this amount in the contract. This is not the main problem - what happened next is completely fraud. Already in the document signed by me and H-Greg - they manually finished {$990.00} after I made a {$5000.00} cash deposit. Then they said that the bank again changed the terms and now it requires an additional {$5000.00} deposit - a total of {$10000.00} were made by me that day - including {$990.00} for a GPS device at the request of XXXX XXXX Bank. Only after making {$10000.00}, H-Greg provided me with a detailed Bill with {$890.00} FEE + XXXX GPS Device, they installed a GPS device and an hour later I drove home. The next day - this is a {$990.00} GPS device that supposedly required the bank to fall out of the steering wheel to the floor near the brake pedal. I was very upset by the quality of the installation and called H-Greg to fix it, to which I received an answer that this was not their problem - and that I should pay for the installation again if I want them to do it. Then I decided to contact the bank and find out whether they put forward the truth on the condition that I had to buy GPS for {$990.00} - and they replied that there were NO such conditions. Then I called H-Greg again and made a complaint that they deceived me, and that their device also disappeared and stopped working the next day. A representative of H-Greg asked me to come to them and talk with a manager named XXXX about uninstalling the device and returning {$990.00} for it. XX/XX/XXXX I arrived at XXXX, and the XXXX manager agreed to uninstall the GPS device, he said that since the car in credit they would send a check to XXXX XXXX so that my balance decreased by {$990.00}. On the same day, they took the car and uninstalled the GPS device. I asked to provide me with any documentation to confirm that they will return {$990.00} to my bank- but the XXXX said that only the cashier can do this - and the cash desk has already been closed since it was evening. I believed him in vain. About a month passed, and I constantly called the bank and checked my balance, no payments from H-Greg were received. The company H-Greg - gradually transferred me to the telephone line, where they did not pick up the phone or, answered, a person who promised to call back and had never called back. Despite the fact that my journey from XXXX to H-Greg XXXX takes more than an hour - I visited them about XXXX times during the first half of XXXX, they always said that they sent a check to the bank, or it was lost, and they will find out and send a new check. After XXXX months of wasting time and nerves, I wrote a review about this on XXXX and then on XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by the head of H-Greg XXXX XXXX - she assured that she would deal with the situation and pay {$990.00} for the GPS that H-Greg took back. After that, other representatives of H-Greg contacted me- with the requirement that they need. Inspect my car, and so I come to them and leave them to the service. Since I no longer trusted this dealer, of course, I refused. After several weeks of unsuccessful conversations, they stopped responding to messages. I just forgot about them and partially reconciled to the fact that they are just scammers and I have nothing to do with them. In XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the full balance for the XXXX, including {$990.00} for GPS. After full payment, I decided to sell my car and added it on XXXX for sale. XXXX gave me the history of the car in which there was information that on XX/XX/XXXX when the company XXXX bought it at auction, the car was marked AUCTION ANNOUNCED AS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. The mark was for mileage XXXX as in the documents when selling to me. H-GREG - they sold me a car that was supposed to pass an inspection and have a Rebuilt Title. I turned to a certified Auto Inspector, who after the inspection found that the VIN number was missing on the car body, and also the rear right side of the underbody was replaced without proper Rebuilt Inspection and Certification. As it turned out later, damage to STRUCTURAL DAMAGE - automatically equates a car with a Car with Rebuilt Title - and the price of such a car is XXXX % lower than a Car with Clean Title. As a result of Title fraud and document fraud for evading Rebuilt H-Greg Certification G-Hreg could not but know the fact that the car has STRUCTURAL DAMAGE - as it was indicated when buying at the Auction in the description. They intentionally hid this information. - I paid XXXX % more than the cost of this car. - I paid {$990.00} for the GPS - which they uninstalled and did not return the money. - I risked the life of myself and my family while operating a car that did not pass the inspection after STRUCTURAL DAMAGE damage. - I change tires 3 times a year, because cars - I would never buy this car if they did not provide a fake report that did not display STRUCTURAL DAMAGE in history. I provide. All evidence, documents, photographs, and I beg you to stop the flow of fraud that H-GREG generates XXXX

Below is the message that was sent in reference to this issue. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX my XXXX drove the XXXX XXXX to this dealership location in regards to a replacement vehicle. My XXXX found a vehicle that he likes but wanted the XXXX XXXX to speak with me via phone. The XXXX XXXXXXXX explain that he told my XXXX that we could get this vehicle at a higher percentage rate and in turn a higher payment. He stated that if XXXX payments were made on time that the XXXX XXXXXXXX could get percent rate and payment cut in XXXX. The finance XXXX called me at my XXXX request to have the XXXX XXXXXXXX to explain this to me. I asked XXXX times that he would be able to do this for sure otherwise we would not be able to take on that payment. The XXXX XXXXXXXX said that he has done this many times and it is no problem with the XXXX payments. So at this point there is verbal agreement, I told the XXXX XXXXXXXX that while his word were coming out correctly I wanted this in writing. I also told him that I was staying on the phone until it was wrote and my XXXX had it in his hand and it was on paper. Now, my XXXX has continually contacted them since we are several XXXX past that XXXX payment. My XXXX was being ignored at which time he asked me to contact them. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted the XXXX XXXX at which time the XXXX XXXX contacted my XXXX right away. Now, we are still in this position and being ignored. I have stepped back in. The XXXX XXXXXXXX did get a hold of my XXXX and was Told that he was to contact me in these regards. I spoke with the XXXX XXXXXXXX. I very professionally told him his part of this agreement and the fact he ensured us XXXX times before contract was signed. After Being on the phone with him he stated that he would call me by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX. He wanted to get this wrapped up. I explained to him this has put our budget in a very tight bind because the dealership has not kept their performance agreement while we have as the buyer. Below is a copy of a correspondence that I have sent. Thank you I thank you in advance for any of your assistance that you may be able to give or have given in this matter. My XXXX and I have worked and still continue to work with HGreg dealership in regards to a vehicle purchased at the XXXX location. Ive had to intervene XXXX in this matter the first being on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX since my XXXX had no luck with any followup with the dealership. XXXX I was assured that at XXXX that XXXX would contact me. The contractual agreement, both verbal and written, was done with his reassurance. This agreement is XXXXXXXX XXXX past the execution date. I have once again spoke with XXXX XXXX and was told I would have a call back by XXXXXXXX XXXX and yet again there is no contact. Since I have not been able to receive the corrected revisions to the automobile loan causing a financial hardship on us and with the lack of responsibility in communication from XXXX, I will have no further option but to take this up with the XXXX department in our firm based on breach of contract for a verbal and written agreement. At this point from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX there has definitely been enough time to have XXXX XXXX portion of the contract agreement to be met. We, the buyers, have kept our portion of this agreement therefore the performance on the dealerships performance will now put this as a dishonorable negation on your part. If you feel you could have this resolved, and arrangements made for our financial hardships to be retroactively taken care of because of the issues based on your dealerships promises on what they can deliver to the customers and the continued hardship that we have, than please have an offer ready and call. Otherwise I see no other way than to obtain legal representation in this matter. I am in hopes this can be a much easier and a less direct approach to solve this breach. However, since it has been XXXX and no compliance and or communication from you have been returned ; I am just wondering if legal representation is the only way to settle this. At this point I know what a fair agreement for our party could be resolved with, but that would completely based on what you believe it should be.

I bought a XXXX XXXX vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX, which had problems on the fourth day after purchase. They made me sign the contract without explaining anything to me about what was in it. Their justification was that everything was for my credit approval. On XX/XX/XXXX, the vehicle was requested to be repaired on the XXXX day since it had overheating problems and an hgreg Manager told me that he would repair it for free since it was within the warranty period, at that time it was declared that the vehicle would be repaired for free since it was within the 5 days in which I could request a full refund of my money, they told me that the vehicle could be repaired that Friday, so on Monday they would contact me. They called me on Monday telling me that they would send me an address to go and leave the vehicle since it had overheating problems, I waited all day and that address never came, it happened on Tuesday and that's why I called again on Wednesday and just At that moment they gave me the address over the phone, on Thursday I couldn't take it and on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, I called them because when I started the vehicle it still had the fault and I told them that it needs a tow truck, which they sent it to me on Monday. XX/XX/XXXX, since then I have never seen the car again until today, they told me that the only fault it had was the water pump that the vehicle would be repaired by XX/XX/XXXX, on the XXXX I They say that the vehicle had a failure in the head gasket that they requested and it would arrive on the XXXX, in that process I requested by email via text and call the return of my money since I did not want the vehicle that failed on the XXXX day of purchased, they do not give me a response and I go to the scene on XX/XX/XXXX to tell them that I do not want the vehicle, we cancel the contract and they tell me that the engine is damaged and that they are not going to be responsible for the repair, something that was never reported on. I believe that they damaged the engine while making the changes and since I asked for the refund they did that damage on purpose. I have a camera outside the house that shows that the vehicle was stopped. I assume that they did the damage when they changed the gasket. cylinder head, they damaged the car since engine failure was never reported until I personally went to hgreg they want to blame me for the inefficiency of their mechanics making me spend more money, they never told me anything about the extended warranty, they never changed the car 's oil, they postponed everything, I have more statements from people to whom they did the same thing and we are managing a class action lawsuit in addition to taking this to the media.

I submitted a previous complaint XXXX and the company falsely closed the case saying that they reached out to me and sent me a copy of this complaint to the CFPB. Complete and total lie. They never emailed me, called me, or sent any letters. They never reached out about that complaint and also left a phone number that goes to voicemail and they do not call back which is what happens with all phone numbers they give. XXXX is sold us a car with major problems and failed to disclose it us ( the buyer ). It is a case of fraud. They sold us a car that can no longer be used unless repaired for {$7000.00} due to it having bad a transmission. They purposely did not show the car fax to hide the transmission issue. They have avoided all calls and e-mails sent.
