Starting in 2007 my father knowingly recieved loans using his birthdate and my social security number. I was only XXXX. I later then applied for a loavn at my bank and was told that there was numerous loans with my dads birthdate and my social security number. I went to the company to resolve the issue. I showed them my identification proving I was a minor and my correct date of birth. they told me there was nothing they could do and It was up to me to get a copy of my dads ss #. I contacted my dad and he says the company is lying. I Want THIS FIXED

Loan is in my name. Just found out the bank put the vehicles in someone elses name but mine not included. Other person canceled insurance without my knowledge and since they are not in my name I can not reinsure. Talked to bank about it being illegal to do so and they were of no help
