HEIS & WENSTRUP CO., L.P.A., by and through its President, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, is violating the FDCPA by : 1 ) continuing to attempt to collect a debt in the name of " XXXX XXXX XXXX against " XXXX XXXX '' that he knows was disputed in writing on XX/XX/22 ; on XX/XX/22 -- listing 29 sections of the FDCPA it/he has violated with a Cease and Desist Demand ( EXHIBIT ) ; on XX/XX/22 ( to it/him with a 95-page Response disputing the debt and again demanding Cease and Desist ( EXHIBIT ) ; and again on XX/XX/22 ( at XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, EXHIBIT ), harassing and upsetting XXXX XXXX ; 2 ) involvement with the issuance of an Eviction Notice on XX/XX/22, directed to harm, retaliate against, and dislodge XXXX XXXX, acts coordinated with XXXX XXXX conflicted and abusive administrator/Board member/third-party contractor, XXXX XXXX, specifically for XXXX ' not paying the debt in XXXXhe name of XXXX XXXX ( EXHIBIT ) ; 3 ) contacting a third party ( me, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ' POA ) about XXXX XXXX debt and harassing me XXXX and 4 ) a XX/XX/22 Letter ( EXHIBIT ) of the conflicted, unethical and unprofessional HEIS & WENSTRUP CO., L.P.A., signed by XXXX XXXX, setting a meeting over the disputed debt and Eviction Notice not requested of XXXX after many demands to cease and desist communications about the disputed debt, which they/it can not justify, but persists in harassing XXXX XXXX and me.
