I have contacted XXXX XXXX serveral times and they tell me they do not have my information anymore because it was bought out by XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card. I paid this amount and it was suppose to be deleted off my credit report. It still shows on my credit report and shows as paid with a zero balance and that the account was charged off and sold to another lender. Neither company will deleted this and update it and both state they can not find my information. This was paid off over two years ago.
