A supervisor at healthcare finance direct continued to get smart with me on the phone. He would say he could go into my bank account whenever he wanted to because of a contract to signed ( even though I asked him to stop ). I also said I was going through hardship and could only afford a certain amount a month because they failed to properly calculate my balance on my account. They told me I missed two payments three months later. When I read reviews for them on other websites ( XXXX, XXXX reviews, and help ) other people said the same thing. I immediately contacted my credit card company and alerted them that healthcare finance direct continued to run my credit card without my permission. They told me I had to dispute the charges on the card even if I didn't want the money bank. I also told healthcare finance direct not to use my credit card anymore and I'd call back to use a prepaid credit card. They said that's fine. So, I called back on XX/XX/2023. I had {$86.00} on the prepaid card that cost my {$8.00} to load. The man got upset because he said it was XXXX and I only had {$86.00}. I let him know I wasn't feeling good and that I wanted to get off of the phone. They try to keep me on the phone all day. He started telling me that I needed to give him a credit card and that I couldn't make my payments online ( even though I had been making payments online before they started harassing me with no problem ). They continued to try and argue with me on the phone for {$3.00}. I had a XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. It was my finals week and I was sick. They were being all dramatic on the phone like, " She's not going to pay us and she isn't following the contract. She removed her credit card so we can't access it ''. Even though I told them countless times I didn't trust them because they kept going into my account and most of their XXXX complaints say that. They'll take hundreds of dollars out of people 's accounts without their permission. I was too sick to argue with them so I decided not to pay them. They were also playing on my phone, pretending to be different people when they were the same person, and lying on me. They told me my card declined when there was definitely money on there. I believe they declined the money on purpose to try and say I wasn't paying and to play the victim. The supervisor got hit with a fraudulent complaint and then decided to retaliate against me by threatening to send me to collections for the two months surprise medical bills + {$25.00} late fees for running for the credit card I told them not to. They tried to run my credit card up on their before I even had the chance to pay in the day we scheduled a payment. I told them I wasn't paying a late fee because you decided to run a credit card the day I told you I was going to pay you before I even got a chance to pay you. It wasn't even XXXX XXXX when I called to pay and they ran my card. They're disorganized about how much I owe, it's different people telling me different things when I call, and they can't properly calculate my balance. Every week it's a new balance. Then they have the audacity to wave a contract in my face telling me I need to give them access to my bank account information. They sound like scammers to be honest. One week I owe them {$1400.00} and the next week it's {$1100.00} + a {$25.00} late fee. Then they say oh I'm sorry, there's no late fees.

XXXX XXXX XXXX has a problem with their account system and is trying to collect money I do not owe and will not take steps to fix it. I purchased XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) invisible teeth aligners in XX/XX/XXXX and signed up to pay {$1800.00} financed through HealthCare Finance Direct ( HFD ). I paid the full amount financed in full in XX/XX/XXXX. I did not receive any notices of any money owed in XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. Due to multiple customer service issues with the product, XXXX refunded me {$150.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. ON XX/XX/XXXX a notice was sent to me by HFD stating I was past due {$170.00} and I would be sent to collections If I did not pay. I also received a text message stating I was past due on this date. I verified on the XXXX website that I show a balance due. The website shows I missed a payment of {$34.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and I owed {$88.00} and I was past due {$170.00}. I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX from XXXX ( who initially refunded me for {$150.00} ). talked to XXXX from HFD and XXXX said it was a glitch and would be fixed. I checked the website and it still showed a balance due. I talked to XXXX from HFD on XX/XX/XXXX who said it was a glitch and would be fixed. XXXX sent me a paid in full letter that stated " your account is PAID IN FULL in the amount of XXXX ''. That letter is incorrect. My account is paid in full for {$1800.00}, and I have been refunded {$150.00} by XXXX I called on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to a supervisor XXXX who said I received a letter showing paid in full. I explained the letter was in error, that I needed a corrected paid in full letter, that I am receiving false debt collection letters and XXXX needs to be corrected. She said she would escalate it but she could not fix the portal because of a technical glitch. She said she would take 5-7 days to fix. I explained that 5-7 days has already passed since this was reported on XX/XX/XXXX and I was getting false letters and collection activity. HFD when I call states I do not owe money but their portal and their automated computer keeps asking me for money which makes me call them to verify I am paid in full. They have not been able to fix the debt on my online account to show I owe {$0.00} and I am paid in full. I have asked them to provide me the name of their compliance officer and they have refused.

XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX had went to the dentist to get an implant applied for a loan through this website, answered three or four questions submitted that they were all true and then it came back with my loan amount, and the annual interest rate with how much it was asking for a down payment, and How long the term was on my monthly payments. I sent in a deposit of XXXX and it sent me an email back of the contract and terms by a whole different company, a whole different contract and put in my information in that contract that were not relevant to the questions that I asked, or signing off on the contract under me when I consented that the information I gave about myself is true, and then they dont want to oblige by the terms and conditions at all going completely get the contract on the late fees, the return fees and then stating that my grace period time doesnt exist anymore they dont do that, and even if the contract says that then the saying that I was charged a whole different amount on top of what the contract says that amount would be for a return fee, but I never returned anything Im updating my card and Im still on my grace period time. Im waiting for my new card. They havent even attempted to make payment and it says that it would be charge the next month for any late payments or return fees when they try to process payment this month and theyre changing everything and whoevers on the phone is saying that it doesnt matter what my contract says so I dont know and then it needs a receipt number on there. They never gave me one with the receipt number on there so I guess its not even valid. And the forms that they sent me after the fact theyre not even signed. And the ones that they printed me out in the office two are not even signed.

XXXX XXXX sent the balance of my account to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. My application number with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX is XXXX. I received an email that said " Once you are signed in, you will see that you have XXXX options : You can pay the account in full and receive a XXXX XXXX discount. You can set up a payment plan. '' I kept choosing to pay the account in full for XXXX XXXX XXXX discount but it kept reverting to the payment plan. I was told by customer service that they could not help me with this issue until I finished activating my account and paying the balance minus the XXXX XXXX I did that and when I called back I was told I would still need to pay the {$120.00} which is the XXXX XXXX discount. I have emailed XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and received the following response " Once the account has been set up for financing on our end, we are not authorized to make any changes to it. You may contact XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX to ask for any further assistance regarding this matter. '' I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX who told me I need to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX calls, texts, and emails me constantly about the {$120.00}. I have explained to everyone that calls me about the issue but they refuse to correct it. I paid the amount owed in all at once minus the 15 % discount which is the {$120.00}.

The company healthcare finance direct is predatory. I talked to a customer service representative about not being understanding to people who get behind on non emergency medical bills. He told me if it was that bad I could file bankruptcy as a full time unemployed college student because if I couldn't afford to pay them $ XXXX dollars a month. I knew that wasn't true because I used to work for bankruptcy department in XXXX filing XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX bankruptcies. They also hold a predatory contract over people 's heads. He asked me if I read the contract to which I honestly answered no and said that they shouldn't have even given me a contract since I didn't have a line of credit. He said that's not his fault and despite the contract being predatory he should get as much money as the contract says. They kept threatening to send me to collections but would never actually send me to collections. The man who told me to file bankruptcy claims to be from North America but doesn't actually live in America. He isn't American and is telling American people to file bankruptcy. Their call center representatives are foreign and seem to have attitudes or evil intentions towards American consumers.

My nephew asked to use my card in XX/XX/2021 to make a one time payment on his XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX aligners. Apparently when a card is in the system it is setup on autopay and I was not aware of this. I contacted Healthcare Finance Direct with my nephew to ask them to remove my card information. They went on to say they can not remove my card without him adding a new one. He do not have a card to add, so they refused to remove mine. Per the rep I spoke with they could not remove his card without replacing one. They provided a email address of XXXX to request them to remove it. I receive a response from them and they say they can not remove it either. I received a addendum to retail contract from XXXX XXXX in which I never saw nor sign stating that I owe a debt. Again never did I give XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX permission to share nor sell my personal information. These company have stolen my identity and made fraudulent contract. XXXX XXXX has made false report to the credit reporting agency, and now they are reporting false and inaccurate information on my report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received finance for {$1100.00} from myfd Healthcare Finance Direct. Our contract was for $ XXXX direct pay. The lender automatic deduct the monthly payment from my bank. On XX/XX/XXXX, I overpaid Healthcare Finance by {$5.00} / $ XXXX before the length of the loan. They website showed that I paid in full. However, their rep constantly called me day and night and emailed me bills every month stating that I still own them money. I called and explained to avail. they still stated that I own them and keep billing me.

I have been behind on payments due to health and family issues.. I tried to explain or to them.but they didnt care so I had to stop payments to make sure my family was fed. I finally got some money coming in and made a ONE time payment of the regular {$67.00} and some change. But they decided after to take four {$25.00} payments and a {$170.00} payment one right after the other without my permission to do so. They completely emptied out my bank account.

I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX who informed me the debt was not theirs but HFD. I informed them that I had paid on time prior to me sending back the product. Two years later this shows on my credit report. There is currently an open case with XXXX XXXX to find the product I sent back two years ago. I reached out to XXXX to verify the debt but the line just rang.
