An advertisement from the wholesale lender, Loan House, based in Florida appears to offer a referral fee to brokers while advertising " NO YSP Disclosure / NO Failing QM. '' As a mortgage compliance professional, this type of arrangement looks like payment for referral and a classic violation of RESPA, section 8. I am submitting this complaint as a concerned member of the mortgage lending community.
