I am a customer with Lender Loans at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX SC. I fell behind in payments before and they sent my account to the magistrate office and tried to take me to court. But I had to beg my back for a XXXX loan to pay them so they could stop the charges on my. So on XX/XX/XXXX I had to be rushed to hospital for XXXX XXXX due to a XXXX XXXX I had and had to be admitted in for a few days and out of work for a minute. I sent this company a letter explaining my situation to them and ask them kindly to give me a break on the phone calls and the letters sent to me. Cause I am on bed rest and doctors want me to be stress free. And they have not stopped. I ended up putting them in call block to get them to stop on my end. After I don't scrap up XXXX to put towards the loan and stop the charges look like they would close my account. I am a single parent with a serious health issues and trying to live for my kids without debt killing me. I need help with this company.

Hi, my name is Ms. XXXX XXXX. Back in XXXX I filed a complaint against Lenders Loan Company at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX SC XXXX. Case number XXXX. From my understanding before it was closed. I thought the Lenders Loans had closed my case, my account. Is that right? If so, I was summons again by these people on XX/XX/2019 and the magistrate papers are dated XX/XX/2019. Why are they serving me again when the case is closed on their end. I don't understand. What can be done for this company to leave me alone. I am a XXXX XXXX with severe problems and a single parent and trying to live for my kids. I been out of work off and on with health issues with myself and my young daughter XXXX XXXX at school and fall up stairs XXXX her XXXX.These people are really stressing me out. Can you all please help me.
